Great ramen spot! The broth was rich and flavorful, noodles were perfect, and the staff was very friendly. Cozy atmosphere and fast service. Definitely coming back.
My family has been here a lot of times and every time the ramen is delicious especially the original ramen the serves is nice and polite .The atmosphere is very good and relaxing:)
A good ramen spot for locals. Prices are slightly on the higher end, but understandable for the quality of food served. Hours long broths. I’ve had all their noodles before and always go back to the Kuro or classic. I would also tell them to please make the noodles firm. Not soft. As I like my ramen with a chew and not limp and all soft. 8/10 Always leaving with a smile and a full stomach. Great service and good food.
Hands down, a great experience at [Name of Place/Product/Service]! What really stood out to me was the [mention a key positive, e.g., incredible quality, exceptional customer service, vibrant atmosphere]. It's clear they put a lot of care into what they do. If you're on the hunt for [what it offers], this is definitely the place to go. I'm already recommending it to everyone I know!
This is my go-to local spot for Ramen and I have to say that it's not just great for my area. I would travel for this restaurant. Their food is amazing. Attentive service with a smile.
Okay, I just got back from Ajimi and I had to immediately write a review because this place is fantastic. Seriously, every single thing we ordered was great. The highlight for me was hands down the Ajimi Kuro ramen. I could eat that stuff every day. It was just perfectly savory and delicious. If you go, you HAVE to get it. What really blew me away, though, was the value. The food was exceptional, and the portions were actually really good. I was expecting less given the price, and other reviews so that was a huge plus. We definitely left full and happy! And finally, the service was on point. Our server was attentive and great, checking in on us when we needed something but never hovering. It was that perfect balance where you actually get to enjoy your meal without constant interruptions. Bottom line: If you're looking for fantastic ramen and great Japanese food that won't empty your wallet, go to Ajimi. You won't regret it!
My boyfriend and I went to this ramen restaurant, and we had a really good experience. The place was clean, the service was fast, and the staff was very friendly. It felt welcoming as soon as we walked in. The menu had a lot of options, and everything was affordable, which was great. We ordered ramen, fried rice, and teriyaki, and everything tasted amazing. The ramen was hot and flavorful, with a rich broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The fried rice was well-seasoned and had a nice texture, not too oily or dry. The teriyaki was tender and had a sweet, savory sauce that made every bite delicious.we didn’t have to wait long for our food. The portions were generous, and we left feeling full and satisfied. Overall, it was a great experience. The food was tasty, the service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking for good ramen and Japanese food.
I've been coming here about every month for the past few years and it has been very consistently good. I had a tantan ramen and it tastes exactly like how I would expect it to taste. I also ordered a chicken skin skewer and it is so much better than the nearby sushi place "Osaka fusion". The only nitpick I have is that this place is cash only
Food was really good and I have to say it takes a lot but I was definitely impressed. The scallops were delicious! Everything was good no complaints. The ramen was decent however. Our server was very nice and accommodating, and I like the fact they have an experimental menu. It was decently priced from what I to remember. If you’re in the area I’d recommend coming down!
The waiter was so friendly and knowledgeable, I like the interior which reminds me of Japan. Staff promptly wiped all tables and menus. I like the food, the mixed fries are interesting especially the sauce. The raven broth is very dense, and "true." They open late so it helps when I'm hungry at night!
Good ramen, not the best I’ve ever had but a lot better than other places in Bensonhurst. I’ve dined here a few times and tried different ramens. My favorites are the TanTan and Kuro, my boyfriend likes the Zurutto Deluxe and truffle mazemen. I love their fried oysters, just wish they gave more :( The garlic shrimp was good but I wouldn’t order again. The service here is great, waiters are friendly and attentive.
The restaurant is located in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn. They prepare Japanese cuisine. They have a limited menu consisting of various yakitori(skewer), appetizers, salads, sashimi, ramen and drinks. I ordered the ajimi kuro which is a ramen with black garlic oil, poached egg, chashu, onion, scallion and bamboo shoots. It was good and flavorful. The takoyaki appetizer were six small octopus balls topped with sauce and bonito. The restaurant is cash-only. Friendly and helpful staff.
Ajimi is one of the few top-quality ramen spots in the southern Brooklyn area. The Ajimi Kuro (black garlic oil tonkotsu ramen) is always a must-order. The rich, flavorful tonkotsu broth combined with the fragrant black garlic oil is mouthwatering even before you take your first bite. If you’re not in the mood for soup ramen, I highly recommend the Ajimi Mazemen. The salty and savory sauce, mixed with the well-marinated ground pork and noodles, is equally delightful. In addition to ramen, Ajimi’s appetizers and Kushiyaki skewers are also worth trying. This time, I sampled their new Maki Maki chicken mushroom rolls, which were excellently balanced—rich without being greasy or heavy. Most dishes here won’t disappoint. However, I wouldn’t recommend the new wonton noodle soup; the wontons were quite ordinary. Overall, Ajimi is a solid choice whenever you have a craving for ramen.
A neat little ramen place that offers a lot of variety. They only offer chicken broth and no tonkotsu. The ramen itself is ok nothing amazing. Prices was reasonable and the staff was very nice. The yakitori was ok. The aged chicken I wouldn't order. The beer was very good and they serve it up in a ice cold pint glass which I loved. West coast oyster are always good the salmon tartar was very bland and didn't taste of anything. Stay away from that. Overall it's a little cool spot to chill out with friends. I wouldn't go there just for the food. But if I was around with some buddies and needed a place to chill and hangout. I might choose to go.
Food isn't bad, pricey for the neighborhood and cash only. If they had a pork broth ramen bowl, I'd push this up 5*. I've asked about it before but they're adamant about using chicken broth which isn't as flavorful. I really wanted to like this place so bad because it's local, I've been here over 5 times. The staff is amazing and awesome but the broth just doesn't compare.
Decent ramen spot with a fun vibe—love the lanterns and cozy setup. The food was okay, but not super memorable for the price. Service was fine, though a bit slow during peak hours. Might come back if I’m in the area, but wouldn’t go out of my way.
The restaurant had a clean and organized atmosphere, and the seating was comfortable. The service was satisfactory, but I was slightly bothered when the waiter suggested that my six-year-old and I sit on high chairs near the counter. I wondered if he had considered safety concerns. The chicken broth did not meet our preferences; we would have preferred pork broth instead. The pork belly in the ramen was burnt and negatively affected the overall taste. Additionally, the portion sizes were quite small compared to the price they charged.
Food were served fast enough but quantity was an issue. Simple presentation but surprisingly priced when you get your bill. Glass of water is free but cost $3 per cup of hot tea. Hot oil was also charged per person if requested.Compared with most Sushi restaurant, tea...hot oil...always for free!
The service was particularly poor. There was a woman with a high ponytail. I don't know why she was so harsh. Her attitude and work style were particularly disrespectful. There was a bottle of water that couldn't be opened at all. I asked the waiter how to open it and why it couldn't be opened. The woman said in a very impatient tone, "Why can't it be opened? If it can't be opened, please help me open it." Is it so difficult to be a waiter? If you are so reluctant, you should not work in the business. Later, a short-haired waiter came to collect the money from us. She was very nice, gentle and respectful. I only gave a 2¥tip, but the food was delicious.
