OMG!! FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING!!! We ordered to go. We ordered the Dominican Smash Burger, Pernil Chimi, Steak and cheese quesadilla, Yuca fries, French fries and 2 lemonade. The Dominican smash burger was probably the best burger I've ever had. Im not kidding. I wasn't sure about everything on it but when I took that first bite I said oh hell noo!!! It was a little messy cause the sauce but didn't care definitely worth it. Pernil chimi was very unique very flavorful and delicious. My husband was obsessed. The first thing that came out of his mouth was "We need to come back here". ( We live in nj sooooo..))) Steak ans cheese quesadilla was seasoned well and soft. Delish as well. You can't go wrong with Yuca( Cassava) Fries and reg fries as an additional one. They give you the delicious pink sauce (mayo/ketchup combo) to pair it with everything is need but we only used it for the fries as everything was so flavorful. I'm very picky with my lemonade. I WAS BLOWN AWAY!! When you go to a typical Dominican restaurant the lemonade can have an insane amount of sugar but not here, Lemonade was fresh and not too sweet. Perfectly put together and refreshing. Will be back ! Let me tell you I didn't even make it home before writing this review.
We try new places whenever possible. This is very authentic DR food. We tried the DR steak sandwich, it's big enough for two and the empanadas. Both dishes were very good. Empanadas perfectly flaky. The steak was a bit over cooked but still delicious.
I stopped by here to get a quick bite before getting my massage from next door and i was so pleasantly impressed. i got the shrimp quesadilla and it was the best quesadilla i have had all year! i will be back
As soon as you walk in the atmosphere immediately puts you in a good mood. Tons or sunlight and Latin music in the background makes you forgot its cold outside. I got the grilled Salmon wrap and Shrimp Mofongo, which hit the spot after a good work out. Excellent portions and the food tasted super fresh. My 3rd time there but felt compelled to write a review after this visit. Hospitality makes you feel welcomed like visiting a traditional Dominican home. Keep up the good work.
Passed by a few times and was dragged in and nowhere we are leaving a review 😀

The food here is delicious every day of the week, but $2 Emapandas in this economy are just a deal too good to pass up! I go every week. This corner has scene a few different spots in recent years and I’m really hoping this one is the champion that stays 🙏 it’s a welcoming inside experience, the employees are all kind, I really love it!
Take it from a Dominican. Best Dominican food I’ve had in Brooklyn! Good atmosphere and great food. My wife ordered steak tacos and fried platanos maduro. I ordered Chicken pechurina mofongo with fried cheese and a chicken empanada. All of it was so good and rich in taste!
Beautiful spacious and well maintained. Service was great and the food was delish, I had the chicken chimi and fried yuka, my cousin had chicken empanada & yuka. I will def return and highly suggest y’all give this place a try.

The place has a casual feel, like more of a to-go place, but there is plenty of seating including outdoor seating. We got take out. It was a bit of a wait to get the food. Overall the food was pretty good and very reasonably priced. The empanada was delicious and the croquettas were great. The pernil was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender. The burger is very interesting. The cabbage on the chimi is perfect, fresh, lightly pickled. The Cuban sandwich was disappointing and dry.
I’m excited that there’s finally a new Dominican food option in the area, we’ve been waiting! We weren’t too hungry but we decided to try out a few empanadas. They were fresh, which was great, but the beef was just okay. They initially gave us the wrong empanada but were very nice when we reminded them of our order. I’m looking forward to going back and trying out their other dishes like the mofongo and sandwiches. The people working here are friendly and I’d highly recommend giving them a chance if you’re nearby.

Delicious mofonguitos with pernil margaritas was good and strong good choice when eating mofonguitos. Morir soñando was also good.
Its very cold the seating is uncomfortable the food is good but not worth the price the music is also very loud.

paid $10 for them to give me no meat, just one piece. i’ve also had better, nothing special about this chimi. only ate bread and cabbage. i usually get full very easily but after eating the full sandwich i’m still hungry. i’ve never needed to make a review on google until now. very unsatisfied.

There needs to be a change from the customer service to the food all the girls here are different I remember there was another girl on Thursday afternoon I used to be a regular because her vibe and customer service was amazing I don’t know what happened that there’s another girl now and she’s always so serious never wants to talk I decided to go on Tuesdays since it’s also empanada Tuesday and both girls are so rude they talk over you like if they were irritated it honestly sucks how this place is going down hill I would honestly recommend just going to 45 street they’re vibe and customer service is just amazing and the food portions are better even the empanadas are bigger however the prices are kinda ridiculous charging $17 for a sandwich.
Chicken plate was so depressingly small - not like the pictures online at all. Empanadas barely had any meat. Won’t be coming here again :(
Went in here to get a drink I’m 27 showed the girl at the front my ID she denied me saying it was damaged. She also doesn’t even know how to take orders correctly.
Horrible horrible service the person taking orders does not know what she doing dry empanadas barely meat in them Bad frozen fries just horrible especially the woman taking the orders.
