Came all the way from Poland to try. it’s worth all the hype Grandma’s is the best slice I have ever had. This place here on 13th Ave is special. The second you come in you feel welcome. The boys are working hard and the service is really top notch, even when it gets busy. It deserves 3 Michelin stars, because by definition, it’s worth to plan a trip around this place. Finest pizza, family ran business vibe and honest prices. Really appreciate the boss taking a minute to get a picture. I will come back for sure
Nice people that work there. Yes yes we all came in from the tiktok videos and youtube shorts. The boss was there tonight with his kid. Nice resturant and vibe. Also the people when we went there were super nice. Each table was laughing and talking to other people waiting in line for turn to order. The food.....I tried 3. 13 Ave, grandma, and margarita. They all test special and different. To me worth the hype. Boss was smily and Nice to folks. Working hard and still smiling. The whole staff was super nixce even though they were super busy. A surprising experience that I won't soon forget. Back to boring texas pizza I guess.
Wow just wow , after seeing countless videos online of this place I finally made the visit and I am so glad I did. The vibes are immaculate it was busy and everything was fresh and the guys were banging out food like a well oiled machine. The pizza was amazing but what really stood out were the hot honey pinwheels.
We stayed in New York City and took an Uber just to come try this place, and it was so worth it. I came all the way from Arizona and had to see what the hype was about — and wow. Hands down some of the BEST pizza I’ve had. Absolutely amazing. I ate here and everything was perfect — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I also had the chance to meet the owner’s son, and he was a truly polite gentleman who seemed genuinely thankful for every customer who walks through the door. The customer service was totally old school — the kind that’s hard to find these days. Krispy Pizza is the best!! God bless your family! 🙏
Simply put, Krispy Pizza is INCREDIBLE. I traveled all the way from Michigan after watching countless videos and it exceeded my expectations. The owner is very respectful and welcoming. Even though the restaurant was absolutely slammed, he was still willing to chat, take photos, and exchange pleasantries. I tried the 13th ave, cheese pizza, and garlic bites. Everything was stellar. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and try this stellar pizzeria. You won't regret it!
I follow them on Facebook for over a year and when my father was in the hospital I showed him the pizza and he said it looked good ... this was the last time I talked to my dad because the next day I got the call that he had passed away. So on my 50th Birthday me, my daughter and my girlfriend took the hour and a half ride to try the pizza I couldn't get him and it was very delicious especially the Palermo square . I will be back thank you for your hospitality. The only thing I didn't get was, I wanted to tell the owner Fred my story.
This was our first stop when driving into NYC. My boyfriend found this place on YouTube. I love pizza regardless but this place was probably the best pizza I've had. We each got our own slice and then shared one. The place was busy but the workers are very efficient as getting orders in and out. We dined in and the dinning area was clean and spaced out. The bathroom was also clean as well. We were just visiting for the day but if we ever come back we will definitely be stopping here for pizza!!
Visited from Toronto, Canada this week and came to the conclusion that our pizza is terrible and I'll never be the same. Pete was great, he made my friend and I feel very welcomed, and took his time to chat with us a little bit before we left. If I'm ever back in Brooklyn, I'll be sure to come by again. The trio and the buffalo pinwheel went hard. Cheers!
I was born and raised in Brooklyn so pizza is everything! I live in Queens now so when I get the opportunity to go back home, we are always looking for new places to go. Krispy Pizza was amazing!Their regular slice was so thin and crispy. The sauce was delicious. There was nothing about it I didn't like. I also had the Krispy Trio and took a bite of the hot honey slice my husband got. Both were really good but I liked the regular slice the best. Definitely going to go back there.
Decided to stop in to this well renowned Brooklyn Pizza shop for the first time after taking the family to see the Awe Inspiring Christmas Lights of Dyker Heights. The Brooklyn Classic Pizzeria (first and foremost) is packed. When you walk in you order by the glass and pay up front by the door. They have a wide array of pizzas including (but not limited to) pepperoni, vodka, chicken parm, sausage, Sicilian and grandma slice. You can sit and eat (if you can find a table) or you can take it to go. Everyone is gain a great time, the place has a great vibe although space is limited. Please note there is one bathroom (men and women) and it forms a like pretty quickly. Additionally, parking is traditional NYC style (if you can find a spot its a good Day) out front. The pizza is delicious simply put and is indeed KRISPYand flaky. I strongly recommend the Sicilian pepperoni, traditional pepperoni and a beef patty, wash it down with a cold Root Beer, you'll be glad that you did. Fresh and hot food, ice cold beverages great pizza and people, what else is there left to say.
Krispy Pizza feels like one of those classic New York City pizzerias that’s slowly disappearing, and stepping inside honestly brought back childhood memories of growing up in the city. I love that they’ve kept that nostalgic vibe alive. The pizza itself was very good, and they also have a few creative items like the pinwheels, which were a nice surprise. The mozzarella sticks were especially flavorful. They also offer fountain soda, which adds to that old-school NYC pizzeria feeling. The only thing I found a bit strange was that there were about 15 people working, but the service still felt a little slow. Not a big deal, just unexpected. Overall, everything tasted great and the atmosphere makes it worth coming back. I would definitely visit again.
Been wanting to go here for months. I see their Instagram posts and hope their food is as good as it looks. I finally went yesterday with a friend from out of town. Vodka pepperoni slice and chicken parm slice for me and it was worth the trip. The chicken parm slice didn't really taste like chicken parm, or a least not what I was expecting; but it was still good. The vodka pepperoni! Say less. It was crispy, savory, had a little heat, and was a perfect slice. Now that I know what I am missing I will add it to my travel plans when I am in Brooklyn.
I went in wanting to try the Upside Down Square, but it wasn’t available at that time. So I went with the Palermo Square instead. And let me say this. It’s the best square slice I’ve had since Peter’s Pizza moved to New Jersey. Even though they’re different styles, the pizza hits the same way: super crunchy (Krispy) on the bottom, light and fluffy in the middle, and top with really fresh and high quality ingredients. I also tried the garlic knots. I haven’t had one this good in a very, very long time, clearly made with care. Definitely a must-try.
Our experience at Krispy Pizza in Brooklyn, New York, was so, so amazing. We traveled all the way from Metro Detroit, Michigan, and could not wait to finally try this place, and I promise you, it was so worth it. We basically tried every pizza flavor they had, and each one was incredible in its own way. Every slice was perfectly crisp, cheesy, and full of flavor. The variety was impressive, and it was impossible to pick a favorite because they were all that good. I was completely stunned by how many unique flavors they even had. Very impressive, to say the least. The place itself was cute, cozy, and had that classic New York pizza vibe we were hoping for. The staff were fantastic. They were very funny, kind, and professional. They also worked quickly to get everyone their food while keeping such a friendly and polite attitude. It is so easy to see why this place has become so popular on social media since it literally lives up to the hype. We loved it so much that after finishing our first round of pizza, we noticed they had added new flavors, so of course we had to try those too. It was insane how fast they added more flavors by the time we finished eating. Overall, it was such a fun and delicious experience, and it made our trip to New York even more memorable. 10/10 experience for sure. We would absolutely come back again if we are ever in the state. I am also recommending this spot to our friends and family back home, if they ever travel to New York.
I got the original mozzarella cheese and tomato, and ate the whole pie! It was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. Perfectly crispy, no under-carriage, and the cheese-to-sauce ratio was perfect - Not to mention the incredible taste. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I’d be back in a heartbeat next time I’m in New York!
This is the best Pizza in New York City. Got to try to famous Cheesesteak Pinwheels and an amazing specialty Sicilian slice. The prices were also great! For both it came out to $11. What was even more incredible was seeing Freddy and Joey leading the charge on a busy Saturday night! So much care and quality you can feel and taste at this great establishment!
Wow. Yes the crust is Crispy! We went here for dinner after seeing posts about it on instagram and had to try it. No regrets. We loved the options of the individual slices like the vodka slice, 13th Ave slice and the grandma slice. Everything was good. The place was busy but not overfilled with customers so it was easy to get a seat and enjoy. I see there are other locations that I plan to visit as well.
Everything i hoped it would be! Been following them on instagram from STL and was so excited for the trip to NY to try them out! We got multiple slices and a salad, my personal favorite was the spicy vodka, hands down my favorite slice I may have ever had EVER. The dough is chewy, but crisp and tender, how is that even an option?? Sauce flavor is perfect, the quality of the cheese is also great. The tiny cupped pepperoni may be the perfect meat...just sayin... Salad was also great, the vinaigrette was awesome, just added a bit of parmesan to the salad and it was delicious and fresh! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
I finally tried this place to see if their TikTok fame is warranted. They’re -genuinely- not famous enough. Their pizza is the best I’ve ever had: crispy, light, flavorful, filling. Their use of real, in-house ingredients really shows. Portions are very good, and their slice choices are numerous and very creative. Their pinwheels were fantastic too. I’m having lunch there tomorrow again
I went to krispy pizza all the way from California and it was definitely worth it! Hands-down, the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life and I’ll be back for sure! There’s something different about the pizza in New York, but I wish we knew what it was in California lol we’ve been around the whole city and tried more than a few types of different pizzas in New York while we were there, but this was number one by a far shot believe me!
Stopped in to check out the pizza selection. I have been following them on social media for a while so I had to check them out while in town for Christmas. They definitely lived up to the hype and met all expectations. We even got to see Freddy on the the back counter cooking up the spesh. An added bonus i didn't even realize is they are a couple blocks down from Dyker Heights Christmas Lights. We tried the plain cheese, vodka sauce, pesto pepperoni, and margarita. The margarita looked so good i got a whole pie to go. Everything was spectacular. Even distribush was on point, with no slop jallops. Each slice was a different experience, and a home run! Best margarita pizza and vodka sauce pizza I've ever had! I love the sweetness of their marg and the subtle Ness of the vodka sauce. The pesto pep gets an honorable mention. And the plain cheese was realllly really really good for a plain cheese. They have so much to choose from that I'll have to come back about 15 times to try everything I got my eyes on. Grandma pie and sweet ricotta/roni are up next!!!
Went on Father's Day for my Dad who had been viewing the YouTube videos for a while. He really wanted to try the pizza (it's the simple things in life). But anyways the customer service and food was excellent! My Dad had the opportunity to speak to Freddy on the phone to wish him a Happy Father's Day. It made his whole day. We will be returning to try more.
The Krispy Trio Sicilian pizza did not disappoint. Marinara sauce, vodka sauce, and pesto sauce all on the same pizza - fantastic. I hear it’s good topped with pepperoni too but I didn’t see it being offered at the time. As a tourist this was a nice addition to my Brooklyn pizza list because they had plenty of seats and a nice environment. The pizza was great and it seems like ordering a whole pizza would be great for take out.
I’ve been coming here for a bit now and LITERALLY IT’S ALWAYS PHENOMENAL. The best pizza in NYC and therefore, the world. Great ingredients, fresh, flavorful. No one does it like these guys. Just went in today near closing and got one of the last few slice and the quality does.not.drop. These are the pizza gods.
I’ve seen them on TikTok and have been dying to try it out. We were in NY for our honeymoon cruise and took the time to come out and try them. Such good food!!! A must try! We are from Oklahoma and this is our 3rd time to NYC. This will definitely be a must have on our future trips! I’m unsure of the man’s name who helped us, but he was so super friendly! 10/10
I'm Leo I usually like to get to places very early if I know the place is very busy so I called at 11:01 and ordered a Sfincione pie I literally got lucky because if I would've called 20 min later they wouldn't have made the pie because there was a gas leak they turned off the ovens. So I left happy knowing that I came all the way from Upper westside in Manhattan fuggetabouit I made it. I also got a cheese steak pin wheel its very delish worth the trip I enjoyed every bite. Anyone second guessing, just make the trip. As for Krispy pizza GOOD JOB 🥂✔.
I would like to start by saying I’m from Chicago. We pride ourselves as having the best pizza. Then I came to Krispy Pizza in Brooklyn. I must say it was an awesome surprise. This pizza is phenomenal. We ordered several slices so we can taste their different options. I loved the pesto best but they were all amazing. This is a must visit place. Worth the visit all the way from Chicago.
I live in Bath Beach near Krispy Pizza. Between where I live and this place there are easily 20 pizza places. It is the Brooklyn thing. Krispy Pizza is on the edge of Dyker Heights. I have watched their social media on TicTok and always wanted to taste their delights. How well do they hold up against L&B and Amore Pizza and several others in Bay Ridge. I got their famous Pepperoni Square with honey. This was definitely worth the trip. The hint of sweetness really made for a great slice. The White slice was packed with cheese and very good. The garlic knots were really fluffy and delicious with the marinara sauce which was also top notch. They have a wide selection of pizza slices. I need to order a fresh pie the next time I pass by there. That said, the staff there are really nice. It was really fun to see all the people who made the vids online. If you want a pizza with something special then Krispy is a very creative place to start. Looking forward to tasting other items. They live up to all the HYPE... nice job Krispy Pizza Boys
Excellent pizza!! We were visiting the area from out of state and HAD to stop in to try Krispy Pizza after following them online! I was helped pretty quickly even though it was super busy on a Sunday evening. Customer service was great! We tried slices of the Margherita, Trio, and chicken parmigiana. All of them were awesome. Our favorite was the chicken parmigiana. Prices were great!!
I found Krispy's on Instagram and YouTube. The pie looked fresh and tasty, so I had to go find out for myself. I was not disappointed. In turn, I found my new favorite pizza place in Brooklyn, quite possibly in all of NYC. I've eaten at a lot pizza places in the city, and this one takes the #1 spot for me. Everything was excellent, and the service was very prompt, and friendly. Not to mention the pricepoint was amazing. I only spent $16 on 4 big items, all of them very tasty and flavorful. The only reason I didn't give the atmosphere five stars is because its a no nonsense place, where the food is center stage, and what its all about. There's nothing wrong or off with the atmosphere, it is just simple and has a handful of tables to sit and eat. Lots of take out orders, and very busy most of the time, which of course is a good sign. I strongly recommend going here for your next pizza, calzone, etc... whether you are a local, or just visiting. Its well worth the trek deeper into Brooklyn
The pizza really is krispy. Was a bit packed, yet service was still quick and friendly. Even had the honor of meeting the legendary big boss, Freddy. 100% recommend the margherita pizza. Sauce is phenomenal in texture and sweetness, cheese is wonderfully toasted and not too overwhelming, and the crust is nice and crispy to top off the slices. Sensational.
Been coming here since the '80s. Best Pizza in Dyker Heights - Hands Down. Great atmosphere when sitting down to eat, and the service is always amazing. I think they have the best Sicilian Slices. Their other food dishes are great too.
I had an incredible 5-star experience at Krispy Pizza- Brooklyn, NY! The atmosphere was a total standout, earning a perfect 5-star rating. The food was also high quality at 4 stars, and the service was solid with a 3-star rating. This is a fantastic local spot for great pizza in a perfect environment!
Drove all the way out from Worcester Massachusetts to try this pizza that ive been seeing all over facebook,my only regret I didn't take the trip sooner. That Alfredo is next level, you can taste the quality ingredients & the prosciutto complemented it nicely. The tomato sauce, I couldn't get enough of it. That sauce could have gave my Italian grandmothers a run for their money. Sorry ma! These guys don't mess around. The vodka parm sandwich blew me away the chicken cutlet was exceptional & the bread madone.. those ovens create magic with the crust they really mean it no slop gallops over here. The trio pizza and steak pin wheels were phenomenal. You guys set new standards I'm not going to find back home in Massachusetts. Keep doing what your doing krispy pizza I'll be taking the 3 hour trip again soon!
I recently visited Krispy Pizza all the way from Australia, and it was hands down one of the best pizza experiences I've ever had! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and great vibes. Joey was incredible, such a friendly guy! He took the time to chat with us and made sure we felt right at home. Now, let’s talk about the pizza! It was simply amazing! The crust was perfectly crispy and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. Each bite was a blend of deliciousness that left us wanting more. We tried a few different kinds, and they were all fantastic! If you’re in the area, you’ve got to check out Krispy Pizza. It made our trip so much more memorable, and I can’t wait to come back for another slice! Thanks, Joey, for the great food and hospitality!
I traveled there from Jersey with my friend last week, and their pizza definitely lived up to the hype! Their pizza was phenomenal, and the workers were all very nice. I also took their baked ziti to go and it was delicious! I had a cheese pizza, margarita pizza, the 13th Ave pizza and the grandma pizza. The best pizza I've ever had!! My friend absolutely loved the Sicilian trio slice!! The owner was very friendly as well. My friend and I had a great time!!
I went there as part of my New York trip after seeing them show up on Youtube, and they definite did not disappoint. I got their 3 sauce pizza and the buffalo chicken pinwheel and man it really hit the spot. This place is definitely going in my list of places to hit up when I'm in NYC, loved to see the owner there as well making the pies in front of me.
I follow Krispy Pizza on tik tok and I was eager to try them on our New York trip and I was definitely NOT disappointed!!! This place absolutely lives up to the hype. It is one of the best pizza places we have ever been to. It was unbelievably delicious and the service was fantastic and the atmosphere was on point. I can't recommend this place enough. We got a slice of regular cheese, cheese with vodka sauce, margarita, and the spicy Sicilian and we couldn't pick a favorite.
Let me tell you, I would want to find a place to rent within walking distance of this place. Starting everyday off with a slice from Krispy pizza, my life would improve 10 fold~ I came all the way from AZ just to try this place, and it was everything I wanted. Even got some family treatment from the workers wile I was there. Made me fall in love with this place. 100% worth all the hype and more~
Decided to come for a visit after seeing them on Tiktok and I wasn’t disappointed! The pizza is so crunchy it’s delicious. Friendly staff as well. Only criticism I will give — the meat croquettes just taste like rice or whatever carb was in there. Very little meat in them. Otherwise highly recommend the pizza!
One of the best slices I’ve had in NYC. I went to a few other locations in Queens in the past few years and wasn’t impressed. I live in Atlanta, so when I come to NYC I want a good slice of pizza and a chopped cheese. Krispy pizza didn’t disappoint. I got a slice of cheese pizza and a Krispy trio. It was well worth the 30 minute drive I took from my hotel in Newark. The staff was friendly, prices were very reasonable and wait wasn’t look. I can definitely see myself coming back the next time I’m in the area.
Finally made it here and it met my high expectations. Neighborhood feel and the early lunch crowd just arriving at 11:30 am. Very fast, efficient at the counter with lots of slice options. Nice clean seating area. Most patrons eating 3 or more slices (seriously?!). Oh, and the pizza...solid. Regular slice with pepperoni and a Palermo square. Tomatoes on the Palermo as good as I've ever had. Look forward to coming back
Krispy Pizza in Brooklyn, NY...the quality and consistency are always spot-on. My absolute favorite is the spicy vodka pepperoni square, with its bold, creamy vodka sauce, perfectly cupped pepperoni, and just the right kick of heat that makes every bite addictive. The thick, crispy crust holds up beautifully, and the flavors are so well-balanced it's hard to stop at just one slice. Definitely one of the standout spots in Brooklyn.
This place was a trek out but as a devoted pizza lover I just had to give it a try - and it was so worth it!! They have a good variety of slices on offer - and while they were out of their famous pinwheels on my visit - I definitely got my fill of great pizza. I ordered four - a traditional margherita slice and three Sicilian squares. The margherita was good but man, the spicy pepperoni and pepperoni and ricotta Sicilians were next level. Nice and airy with a wonderfully crispy bottom and excellent toppings. I especially liked their tomato sauce which was high quality and had a nice sweetness to it. Definitely worth the trip!
Both the square and round pizza have great dough. Good quality ingrédients. Delicious sauces. Fast efficient and friendly service. Clean and organized store. This place lives up to the hype. It is worth the drive, wherever it is you are coming from. For me, the only negative thing was that the pizza was filling and I could t have more than two slices. I wish I lived close enough to try everything.
Traveled in from South Florida, staying in lower Manhattan. We made it a point to venture down to Krispy Pizza and it did not disappoint. We purchased a couple different slices and all were amazing. Service was fast, and professional. Would highly recommend going if you’re in the area. The pizza choices are awesome! Not only does it look good, but it tastes even better!
5 stars is an understatement. We ordered 6 different slices and apparently they can get it just right 6 different ways. The trio, Palermo, grandma, margherita, vodka pepperoni, and a regular cheese slice...every single one was amazing. If I had to pick one, the Palermo was my favorite, but I could have had anything up there. I met Joe that I saw on all the videos. He was so nice and even got a picture with me. He is the real deal. He doesn't just watch people work, we saw him cleaning tables and behind the counter. We traveled from Michigan to the Poconos for a vacation and had an extra day, my wife asked me if I was interested in going to New York for anything and I said, "Yeah. Krispy Pizza in Brooklyn." So was it worth the drive? Well I am coming back in 3 days that we weren't planning for! Thank you Krispy staff. Thank you Joe. Made our trip out east special.
What can I say except Wow! It was great going up to Krispy pizza in Brooklyn seeing Joe and the crew no Jojo or Freddy. The spot is right in the middle of the block 13th ave and 71st st. The joint was packed when we got there, lots of pies in the glass. I introduced myself told Joe I came from Philly he treated me with class told everyone we came up to try the food. The place is smaller lucky my wife got a table, cause it's busy!. I got the Grandma pie, the pesto roni, the plum tomato with caramelized opinions and Ricotta. So good! I then got to take home 2 trio slices and pesto roni(loved) and spicy vodka with hot honey roni jawn. It was a great time I'll be back for a Philly Spec! Thx Joe for being so nice!
I've been following this restaurant on Instagram for a few months prior to coming to NYC, and I'd hoped that the gentlemen in the videos would be as down to earth as they seemed to be in their posts. They didn't disappoint! They were earnest and kind and absolutely willing to talk story and take a selfie. Not only were they fantastic human beings but they also truly did have the BEST pizza I'd ever eaten! My favorite part about their pizza was the undercarriage! They talk about this a lot in their videos and now I understand what they meant! It was so Krispy, while the rest of the pizza was soft, fluffy, and airy! Beyond that, the sauces...🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽! I couldn't get enough of this pizza that we ended up ordering 5 more spices to go take home and 2 pinwheels! 🤤🤤🤤 If you're in NYC, make time to stop by a Krispy's!

Pesto Roni is my current favorite pizza from here -- sweet and savory! Highly recommend especially if you're looking for a round pizza/New York slice.
Pizza is always great tasting! service with a smile. Place is always hoping with customers. Even got to see owner Freddy leasing his people. A must visit pizza spot in Brooklyn!!!
Traveled to NY from LA I had to stop here for a few slices and they did not disappoint. Excellent service and excellent pizza definitely will come back whenever I'm in town!

Really enjoyable pizza here. Surprised there was a bit of a line but it moves fast. Grabbed a zucchini onion slice and a tricolor. Both phenomenal. Will get sweet ricotta pepperoni in next visit.
This place is all over social media and I am glad they are busy because they seem like good hard working people. I have been to the one in Freehold and I found it to be solid. The buffalo chicken pin wheel was the first thing I tried. It was good and loved that it wasn’t too spicy. The spicy vodka slice was decent. There was a nice crunch on the crust. Is the pizza up there with the best in Brooklyn? Probably not, but its a good solid slice. Pinwheels are also lovely if you aren’t in the mood for pizza.
While in the area checking out some Halloween Houses we’ve heard about, we figured to check out a few pizza spots people recommend. One was Krispy pizza. The pizza was very good, I was looking for no flop alop, you see online, but there was a little flop. Don’t care about a little flop, cared about good pizza. This place didn’t disappoint. The service was very good as well and the prices are more than reasonable. Next time we in the area, we’ll try more of what is being offered.
Krispy Pizza is officially in my top 5 favorite pizza joints in NYC. And possibly one of my favorites period. I have tried so many of their slices and other dishes and have absolutely nothing bad to say about them. The pizza is as the name suggests, nice and crispy. The sauce on the pizzas is amazing. Forgive me for I am not the best at describing food but just know that if you're a pizza lover from NY or abroad and you haven't been here, then you owe it to yourself. The service is also top-notch. The guys who work here know what they're doing and pay attention to detail. One thing I will say is that you'll probably want to avoid coming here on weekends if you can. It gets PACKED and unless you're the absolutely first 5-10 people here, good luck with getting seating in or outside. The place is not that big either, so you will be cramped in there ordering your food. It gets a little crazy. Otherwise, pizzas lovers out it to yourselves to check this pizza establishment out!
Came here while visiting NYC for my birthday weekend. The hot honey roni & buffalo chicken was delicious. The trio was ranked the best on YouTube, however I didn’t care for it. The hot honey roni was definitely worth the subway ride from Manhattan to Brooklyn. Word of advice, don’t go during lunch hour. The restaurant is super small, so seating was extremely limited.
The slices weren't that Krispy and weren't ready . The cheesesteak pinwheel was good but there were alot of large pieces of onions in it . The corner Sicilian with pepperoni and honey was really good . The atmosphere was updated old school . The prices where great 2 slices a pinwheel a Sicilian with pepperoni and a 16 Oz Pepsi was 20 bucks . Definitely a good neighborhood spot and definitely worth checking out if your a tourist looking for pretty decent food at 2002 prices
We got there right on the rush of dinner but the cheese on the fries was forgotten but was fixed very quickly. The first slice I had was the chicken rancho which was meh a lot of flop and no crunch, but I put that down to the tomato on the pizza. The second piece was the sweet ricotta and it was absolutely perfect, light, fluffy and the crunch was great. I really wish I could have got a Joe style new haven ( like he’s done on YouTube) style but oh well. Overall great, just to fly from Australia to taste.
The restaurant is located in the Dyker Heights section of Brooklyn. Multiple locations are available in New Jersey. They prepare Italian cuisine. Several tables are available for dining in but there are no servers. Soups 🍲, salads 🥗, heroes, appetizers, pizza 🍕, calzones, rolls, wraps, pasta, entrees and beverages are available. I ordered a round cheese pizza, tossed salad and seafood combination with angel hair pasta. The food was very good and well-prepared. Friendly and helpful staff.
Very good quality pizza. The crisp is very good and everything tastes fresh. However, more than half of the pizza slices are with pepperoni with different small twists. I would have liked a few more unique options to try not just pepperoni based. Also, on all the pepperoni slices they put the hot honey as default. The basic margarita was best in my opinion. Service was fast and the atmosphere is just of a basic pizza shop.
4.5 stars. I came here three times in two weeks. Although both times I ordered the regular slice it was kind of a dud (not baked enough on the underside and not really my preferred profile in a pizza sauce); the hot honey, the Palermo and the cheesesteak pinwheels were ALL out of this world. Besides that, the staff is super cool just as they appear in the videos. Considering how much busier they have probably gotten since they went viral, I can’t fault the round pie for falling short with all the limited oven space they have. It can be tricky to really get that good color as the oven gets beaten down pie after pie. Fortunately they do so much more so well that I still have to give them a great score! Good stuff boys.
Came here after a Sunday league soccer game. Was pretty busy. Guys taking orders then you pay once you get your heated up slice/pie. The guy that took my order put it in the oven and then handled a group of four kids all paying separately so my slice got a bit more oven time than I would have liked. A bit too Krispy for my liking but I understand it was a Sunday 2pm lunch rush. I definitely would come back , but I would just make sure my pizza doesn’t krisp up in the over for more than 3 minutes. The sweet ricotta tasted amazing on the pepperoni square slice.
The pizza was awesome and the service was alright. I know that they’re busy but we ordered a pie and a couple of extra slices for the kids and requested they come out at the same time. The kids slices came out after 20 minutes which was fine but the actual pie didn’t come out until about 30 minutes after that. Once we got it I can say it was definitely a great pizza but just not sure if it’s worth the wait for everyone.

I followed the social media hype. This place is quite busy and fast-paced but for the price, it isn’t bad. If you have to travel, expect to look for parking. They take cash and credit card for a fee. Pizza is good. Is it spectacular that I would commute all the way here? Not really. You might be able to find similar pizza by your place if you venture around.
First time here. My Margherita pie wasn’t crispy at all. I got a Margherita pie and a mushroom slice. The mushroom slice was very crispy and tasted good, the Margherita was also good but wasn’t crispy, it was chewy. The under carriage actually doesn’t look bad but it was soooo chewy. I don’t know why the mushroom slice tasted a lot crispier. Is it just the Margherita that’s like this? I’ll try them again and update.
Cool joint, nice people, but the pizza was not worth the hype personally. If this is what New York Pizza is supposed to taste like, you can get authentic New York pizza hot and ready at your nearest Costco or Sam’s Club because that is what it tastes like to me. Again, I do not know what makes “NY Pizza” a NY Pizza outside of being made in New York. And I mean no disrespect to the business. The pizza was hot, the people were super friendly but I don’t get the hype about the pizza.
Place is great, clean. I had hot honey and the 3 way square. It was ok, not impressed. I really wanted to love the pizza but to me a fellow Brooklyn knight who grew up on NY Pizza it's ok, not bad …

Not Krispy at all. And I knew 20seconds in that the mozzarella is not home made. The service was ok. The older guy was grumpy but the young servers were very nice.
I came here this past Saturday to see what the hype was about and was disappointed. I ordered two slices and two pies. I had a cheese pizza, a buffalo chicken slice, buffalo chicken, and a cheesesteak pie. The cheese pizza was nothing special. The buffalo chicken pizza was not edible. The chicken was overcooked and rubbery. How the hell that happened is beyond me. The only saving grace was the cheesesteak pizza, which was meh at best. Also, I find it hilarious that the slogan is, “If it’s not Krispy, it’s not pizza,” and my pizza was floppy. Come on, eh? There are definitely better pizza spots in NYC, such as Scars Pizza and Artichoke Basille’s Pizza, to name a few. Side note: My friend ordered the riceball and it barely had any ground beef and only one pea. The only Italian spot in NYC that I've visited that could drop the ball on a rice ball. Definitely not coming back here.
