I love this place. I’d give it 10 stars if I could. The pizza, the people, everything is amazing. I come here like once a week. I’m a plain cheese girlie and it’s always cooked perfectly. Thin and crispy crust with cheese that doesn’t fall off the slice and the most delicious sauce. I love Mario’s Pizza. 10 stars.

Mario’s is absolutely excellent. A classic ny slice that’s the perfect balance of crunchy and chewy and great ratios of sauce and cheese. Not to mention Mario and his family are some of the kindest people. A must try for any pizza lover

Mario, Lucia and Kimberly are the most amazing and humble people I’ve ever met. I’ve been living in the neighborhood for almost 20 years and today was my first time here and the customer service was beyond any other pizzeria customer service I’ve ever received before the pizza is phenomenal and the pizza rolls are just as great. This is my new pizza spot please stop by and show this pizzeria love

Best spot for a quick, fresh slice in the neighborhood! Pizza was hot and tasty. It seems to be a family business; I forgot to wait for my change and the young girl working the register ran around to give me my change, which was sweet and honest!

Tonight after a show around 11:00 p.m. my friends and I stopped at Mario's. The atmosphere was peaceful. We were singing along to some of the songs they had playing in the background. The food was great and not expensive. The quality was good. They even threw in some surprise extra garlic knots. We had a blast. If you're ever in the city stop and check it out.

After trying their competition in the area and trying Mario’s as well, I can easily say they have the best pizza in the area. Along with their other options (garlic knots, etc). Pizza is also bigger and cheaper than competition in the area. I hope they don’t raise their prices but clearly they’ve established themselves as the best in the area and in my top 3 ever. This is a must try if you haven’t already !

Throw back nyc slice. Not hipster trash pizza like l'industrie and the like 40 yo native brooklynite watch as many good slice got replaced by whatever they selling these transplants But right here IS A REAL NY SLICE Big ups mario

Needed a spot for a quick bite, and Mario’s definitely did the job. Loved the thin-crust slices, though the pepperoni could’ve been a bit cheesier. The margherita was okay too, but it was missing a little flavor or oomph.

Disappointed! Maybe we came in late at night when the pizza was cold. We had really high expectations because of the reviews, but the pizza had no sauce and was dry. The marinara sauce we asked for tasted spoiled. Honestly one of the most disappointing pizza experiences I have had in NYC since I’ve lived here.
