Got a plain slice and a fresh mozzarella slice, they both slapped. I would bet the owner/operator worked at Joe's for a while. Just as good or perhaps even better than Joes. And everyone in there was super nice. Will def be back

Okay this pizza slice was pretty great. Crust had just the right amount of crunch, chew, and saltiness. (It was not cracker-crunchy and over toasted, which I dislike.) Sauce was balanced and not overpoweringly sweet. I will go out of my way and take the subway back here again for sure.

Best spot for a quick, fresh slice in the neighborhood! Pizza was hot and tasty. It seems to be a family business; I forgot to wait for my change and the young girl working the register ran around to give me my change, which was sweet and honest!

Tonight after a show around 11:00 p.m. my friends and I stopped at Mario's. The atmosphere was peaceful. We were singing along to some of the songs they had playing in the background. The service could be better!

Pizza slices have seemingly gotten smaller in the last year or two while getting more expensive. Often have no selection an hour or two before their advertised closing. But when you get a fresh slice and dont care about price this shop is basically the best you can get within 20 minute walk. 3.5 stars.

Disappointed! Maybe we came in late at night when the pizza was cold. We had really high expectations because of the reviews, but the pizza had no sauce and was dry.
