We were looking for pizza while in Brooklyn, didn't want the commercial stuff, came across this joint just a walk away from where we were staying, decided to give em a try, and boy oh boy, it was the best pizza I had in my life, we had the buffalo chicken and the anchovy pie, they were great, on our second visit we had the minced beef and pineapple and we enjoyed those also, I highly recommend Napoli pizza, great pies and awesome staff.

We are visiting so we tried this place based on their reviews. They did not disappoint!! The pizza was fresh and delicious and their customer service exceptional! Multiple people walked in while we ate and spoke on how great their service and food is and it shows! Hands down, best pizza in Brooklyn! I was on the hunt for a good pizza spot, and I decided to try this place. And man! I was blown away. I ordered a third and fourth time just to check for consistency, and they got it! Napoli's has thee best Buffalo pizza I have ever tried. If they keep making it, I will keep buying it. Ps: I appreciate the seal on the pizza box for uber eats delivery. It helps put my mind at ease lol.

They made me a smashing white pie with eggplants and mushrooms. The guys put it together right in front of me and baked it nicely in their professional ovens. No wonder everyone loves this place around here; it’s delicious and high quality, fast and the service is the tops! I’ve eaten all kinds of pizza all over this city and elsewhere, and Napoli is a winner all around !

Fantastic pizza both by the slice and whole pie, not much seating but worth taking out. Beef patties are great too, heated fresh not sitting under a lamp all day.

On my recent trip to Brooklyn, I was craving pizza. I chose Napoli even though there were numerous options in the junction area. I ordered a regular slice and one with peppers. The slices were served hot, just the right size, not too oily and quite tasty. I also enjoyed the crust which wasn’t doughy and offset the saltiness of the cheese. I even went back two more times during my stay. There are other menu items such as beef patties, calzones, knishes and garlic sticks as well. Go ahead and check them out if you’re in the area.

I’ve had pizza from this resturant in the past, and it was good. But YESTERDAY 1-26-26 something about the pizza quality has changed, the marinara sauce is very cheap & lacks flavour.. the cheese is just chewy and the dough is MEH. $6.50 for 2 slices is too expensive when the pizza tastes like $1.00 slice pizza.

I visited this place a few weeks ago. The manager/owner was friendly and charming, and the pizza slices were decent. My only concern was about the value and pricing fairness from a customer perspective. I ordered a white/blanco slice for $4 and had $5 total, so I hoped to add some breadsticks as a side. The breadsticks were priced at 5 for $2.50 (50 cents each), so I asked how many I could get to use my remaining dollar. I expected to receive two breadsticks based on the unit price, but I was given only one. I didn't raise the issue at the time because I didn't want to make a scene, but the experience left me feeling that the pricing wasn't handled consistently. While it may seem minor, small moments like this influence whether customers feel they're getting fair value and want to return. Aside from that, the ambiance was fine.

The employees of this shop are very rude, they run the business while drunk. I ordered online from home and went to the shop 30 minutes later. And when I went to the shop, I showed my order to the shop employee several times. But he did not look at me even once and did not see my order. Instead, he was dancing to the music playing in the shop. After some time, he came to me and asked me why I was waiting. Then I told him the name of my order. He did not listen to me and left again. After waiting for about 40 minutes, they gave my order. Then I saw that my order was already ready. When I opened the box, the smell of alcohol was coming from inside the box. Please, none of you should order from this shop. Your money will be wasted.
