Horrible!! The drinks were flat and the burgers were not hot. We went during Happy Hour and the drinks tasted like they had been sitting for a while because they were watered down.

Just ordered a lemon water but while waiting I heard the person taking the orders talk in Spanish and wow was she awesome props to this employee for using her bilingual expertise to do her job keep up the good work!!!

Love their cherry lime freeze, I just wished all SONIC DRIVE-INS knew how to whip them up, I guess Katy,Tx just has to learn how to make them!!!😍😍

I ordered for my whole family and the order was correct and they got it to me quickly. No wait and good hot food!

So, morning run to work, decided to forego McDonalds to grab Sonic and although it was a bit slow (mornings are always tough to gauge) it was great service with excellently made burritos.

Somehow, their blue Powerade tastes better than everyone else's. I'm not quite sure how, but I'm almost positive they're using some kind of black magic.

AJ runs a good little sonic. It's not his fault that everything on the menu is overpriced. I always get good food from friendly people that work really hard. This is probably the best Sonic I've been to in the last 10 years.

The Sonic Drive-In in Brownfield Texas has been there since I was a child and I'm not going to tell you how old I am it is been updated throughout the years nice friendly staff large parking area. They even have a drive-thru it's so cute if you like Sonic this is a good one to go to

Sonic is always tasty and their drinks and treats make my day. Make sure and try their pickle burger it’s soooo tasty. I like pickles a lot though so fair warning it’s got a lot of pickle!

Went there after working all night and driving back home. They serve breakfast, but I was more interested in lunch. They serve everything on the menu all day. So if your not a breakfast fan, or you want breakfast for dinner go for it.

Love that we can have breakfast all day. Make sure you tell them if you need a sauce because it won't be in your bag otherwise.

We decided on lunch for breakfast and everything was hot and fresh. We had a big order at 9 am and our order was correct. We were very happy with the food and service.

My Husband And I Were Pretty Hungry When We Stopped. The Food Was Okay. We Had Green Chile Cheeseburgers, Tater Tots, And Cokes. The Cheeseburger Had Hardly Any Green Chilies In It And Very Little Cheese. The Tater Tots Were Good. They Were Fresh And Hot. But The Coke Was Flat and Hardly Any Ice. I Asked For More Ice. The Food Came Out Really Quick. And The Lil'Gal That Brought Our Food Was Really Nice.

Food is good and always prompt in service. The only complaint is the app doesn't work half the time and location won't honor the app price if you inform them it's out. Due to that in the last 4 weeks have lost 3 large orders due to it. This seems to be common at some locations. Plus calling the 800 number to report app is not working is a waste of my personal time. Company not this location need to get that corrected with the app. Otherwise, just fine location.

2/24/22 order placed online through app at 7:57 my order got wrong the second time , I called they don't answer. Missing a burger drove back to get it.... Check your online orders !!!!

The Denver City store is inconsistent. Service is okay but many times, your order is incorrect which sucks when you live ten miles outside of town. Not worth the gas driving back into town.

They put cheese on my burger that I ordered without cheese and they got my drink wrong. The early morning crew here is amazing! The rest of the day is hit or miss. More miss lately.

Food was good, charged .50 for a large water, when I've gotten route 44 waters at other Sonics for .40 or less. Wanted to charge me another. 50 cents for a refill on said water. Kinda annoying, especially on a triple digit day.

Well had to move to 3 different stalls before we found one that worked then they got order wrong. They put jalapeno in my food so could not eat it very allergic to them they dont ever get my order right and that's sad

Decided to stop and pick up something I could eat on the road. Not sure if the employee was new, but she asked me to wait with my order so she could input it into the system. Which is fine. I'd rather have it right than wrong. However, I ended up with Gravy instead of BBQ sauce. The quality of the food has gone down. The chicken strips are more like jumbo nuggets. The onion ring was almost burnt. I got my husband an oreo/M&M Sonic blast. They just threw the candy on top. Sonic needs to step it up.

This has to be one of the slowest Sonics I've ever been to, over and over. I've left on 3 occasions due to long wait times. 10-15 minutes to get a drink is ridiculous.

this is twice now that ive gone through on my way home from lubbock and tried to get a white coconut and real cream dr. pepper and they mess it up or just put white coconut. the only reason i use sonic is because its the onky place that carries white coconut anymore but there is not cream in white coconut people! learn that learn it now!

Awful, order 2 drinks, waited about 15 minutes, no drinks, call push red button & ask about my drinks, they said , we are bringing them to you, waited another 3 minutes, then I just drove off & went to Burger King , place my order thru drive through, got my drinks in about 30 seconds as I pulled up to window.

The sonic here in seminole is very ehhh ...somtimes your food is ok not great and sometimes its not good at all they apperantly dont give whip cream with the master blast when I know they do seminole tx sonic sucks ...plainview tx sonic is very good and so is brownfeild both these sonics give good ice creams and food

You have to be very clear and concise when ordering. They have way too many kids working. The chances of a screwed up order go way up if it's all teenagers in the place.

4th time I've come to sonic and horrible servie and horrible food I got my food and it was ice cold and the breakfast burritos looked like something at the bottom of the skillet never gonna eat here again.

I've had several bad experiences with Brownfield Sonic and it just doesn't surprise me any more how incompetent the new management and staff are. Randy Warren you need to come back and save thier face. Incomplete orders, slow and the prices for quality of food, even for fast food, is appalling.

Don't expect much out of the food there it is always wrong and the French fries and hot dogs and especially the corn dogs seem as they are always old or cold but the plus side is the drinks are always good.

Ate at Sonic tonight. Big mistake. The service was good, no complaints. Different story on the chicken strip meal. The strips were more like nuggets and were overcooked. Expectations were low when I saw the meal was brought out in a box about half the size of what it used to be. The quality of food at Sonic has really taken a nosedive. And the prices! Over $18 for a chicken strip meal, corndog, and three mozzarella sticks. Corporate had better wake up.

I have ordered Deluxe jr Burger 4 times w mustard, remove ketchup n mayo. With All the veggies. The order hasn’t been right yet. Read back to me correct and delivered correct but content is not correct. Fries should be crispy not wimpy. Thank you More training needed!!

I just want to say that, I have had several bad experiences here in this particular location. I've had my orders messed up just about every time I go there. I've had a banana sticker found in the ice cream on my blast one time; onion rings have been burned and brought out like that; and other upsets but today I asked for a burger, the bottom side seemed ok but when I felt the top side it was like they just pulled it out of the freezer!!! What type of restaurant business are you guys running? I'm not into telling on anybody but when I pay for what I asked for, I better get quality service and food not to mention sanitary, hot, and fresh.

Food was worse then a gas station.... 🤮 Service was nice the parking lot was trashed also... Not a good look.

Not great service or manager. My food is never fresh. I stop here at least 3-4 times a week if not more and do not want to stop anymore due to the issues.

Took so long to make 3 drinks, 2 waters and 1 tea that we finally got tired of waiting and took off. Will not be stopping there again!

First, the girl on the intercom could not got the order correct. I had to repeat myself several times. I ordered a grilled cheese add bacon & jalapeños, a bun less double cheeseburger burger with no onions no lettuce and a side of Buffalo sauce. The screen said “-onion ring” & “-bun oil.” I have no idea what these meant but after she repeated my order, I trusted she had it correct. Nonetheless, the burger came out with tons of lettuce,onion, and no sauce. Also not a double. The grilled cheese had no bacon. The screen also went black and I could not pay using my debit card. Super annoying experience.

Terrible Terrible food with crazy high prices. The Fries and Onion Rings were fried in 2 week old grease. The corn dogs were burned. Burgers were cold. Buns were not buttered. Just a Terrible experience

Have good burgers&friesnut today ordered 5piece chicken dinner&may be 1min they brought my order& l told girl that can't be mine that to fast so l made one stop &chicken was cold so l went back & l told them what happen &ladies said let me talk to manger& so l waited for 10min & l called &lady said oh lm sorry l will get your well chicken was hot &l got more then enough fries but cold well all l can say check your food before y leave tOnic l will never eat there again &all our food went in trash when people go to order out they expect hot food not cold.

If there was a 0 stars I would leave that. They got my order wrong, brought out my order again and food was not good at all and was cold.Definitely won’t be returning, do not waste your money or time here.

Ordered a coney meal with onions rings ordered a chicken diner with onion rings got charge for onion rings one order of onion rings was fresh chicken and tater tots and onion rings refried greasy. Stopped in for a strawberry milkshake if you like 3/4 of your shake to be whipped cream!!! 😝 one of the worst shakes we've had! Waste of $8.95 for 2 shakes it was clearly a whipped cream "shake" with a dab (if that) of ice cream. Never stopping there again.

1 star as the car hop was friendly but even his great smile could not make up for dismal food. The Sonic was busy in the small dusty town of Brownfield that we stayed at. Unfortunately, it was not busy due to quality of food but for lack of choices. Ordered a limeade & received a watered sprite. Ordered Jr cheeseburger and it was nasty, cold with old bread. Basically donated the $6 as all went to trash on nxt stop.
