Slow service unless you want to use the ordering machine. I like human service. Food was great, love the 7 layer burrito & spice tacos.

Grandson's favorite place. We got food to go. Ordering on the inside kiosk was a little different but, worked out fine.

I went to Levelland for an job interview and decided to stop at the Taco Bell on my way in. The cashier immediately greeted me and offered assistance on what to choose. I asked questions to test her knowledge and she on target each time. I picked one of the $5 boxes. The dining area was very nice and clean. The restroom was also clean. As other guests entered they were also greeted and offered the same service. Thanks!

Ive been to a lot of Taco Bells, The one in LBK on 50th near slide is the worst. I work in Levelland though, so visit here frequently. After today I just wanted to write a review of appreciation. Service is always top quality and Im very thankful to them.

Since my very last review it has been great. They have friendly and courteous employees since. The service is fast and the quality is great. I believe in second chances and they have totally stepped it up.

I didn't like how the manager got mad at the employees for giving my order to the wrong guy, but they offered me a drink and gave me two cinnamon twists. I was more than satisfied.

Had lunch there yesterday. The food was delicious and the help were all friendly and helpful. We thought we had lost a dental bridge & the manager helped us go through the trash 3 times looking for it. I believe her name is Katherine and no one could have been so nice. This Taco Bell is my favorite location. I have a Taco Bell in my town and I will still drive to Levelland just for Taco Bell. I got to give it to the cooks, I order a very complicated most annoying burrito and they get it PERFECT EVERY TIME!!! They have not disappointed me yet. Great job cooks. THANK YOU.

Drive through. Literally one of the best Taco Bell’s I’ve been to in several years. They were efficient, kind, and food was fresh. And no soggy hard shell tacos!! Highly recommend. I’m impressed.

Haven't been there in a while. The food was ok. Not like it used to be.

Went there this evening. Took a little while for someone to come take our order, even though there were 2 employees sitting up front on their phones. They quickly got up and started acting busy. Eventually a man came from back and took our order. Food was good and received it quickly. They even replaced a burrito that I didnt notice came with sour cream. They thanked us as we left. Over all, I think it's one of the better places to eat in Levelland.

Pretty quick! Order was made correct but they need to mark the burritos where we the customer can understand. They forgot to grill one of my burritos but the Restaurant and bathrooms were clean! The staff needs to not stare without saying something nice at a customer and not say anything. Staff also needs to smile and be Alot more professional!

HATE using the Kiosk when employees r just standing around doing nothing! Watched an employee hug and kiss and rub all over her husband or boyfriend WITH GLOVED HANDS and she did not change them when she went back to work!🤮 NO ONE spoke to us on our way in or out!

If you have time to kill then this is the place but if in a rush for quick service it's not here.

I went over to purchase a couple of things to eat for dinner and it was good food and fast service I recommend this place if you all want to grab a taco or a burrito or a tostada in a nice cold drink.

Good food, but a female employee without a name tag who had messy black hair and glasses was VERY rude to us at the drive through. Cut us off by closing her window on us. Extremely unsatisfactory service.

We don't get to go out to eat often and my husband wanted to treat us to some food. My son's only item was paid for but forgotten his cinnatwists. 3 of the tacos weren't supposed to have sour cream on them and did. I do understand it gets busy but those kinds of mistakes aren't really necessary. I will say I usually love this taco bell location just a bit disappointed this time.

We called to ask if there was dine in and we came to eat and they had the doors locked.

I accidentally placed a mobile order to this location, it was my mistake so I called to inform the store that I would not be picking up that order. The lady who answered the phone was so rude and immediately told me to take it up with my bank when I was not calling to get my money back I was just trying to be courteous and correct my mistake and all I got was attitude. Not professional at all.

My supposed supreme tacos look like flat chalupa and had no sour cream. There was nothing supreme about my tacos! I was not happy with my lunch that I could not go back and have them fix because I was on a time crunch!!

Super disappointed this location does not even try to offer Mexican pizza. They had it for a hot minute then stated they ran out. They are always out of other items as well. It is hit and miss if they have what you want. In addition, your order is not guaranteed to be correct.

Haven’t been out in a while (fast food) Tonight August 5th, I went ordered four crispy tacos. Steak Crunchwrap and a bean burrito. I’ll start with the Crunchwrap- maybe had 4 little pieces of steak. Wouldn’t hold together from the sour cream(that I asked not to add). Tacos- barley had anything of meat as well. Tons of cheese a few orphaned pieces of lettuce. Horrible. Bean burrito- my goodness then this thing….beans tasted burnt and if they were scraped from the bottom. Dry. No flavor. Needless to say, the bar has definitely been dodged here. Very disappointing as I was hoping to have a decent meal. Please do better. As for me, I don’t see myself going back. You shouldn’t either. This was my confirmation to stay away from fast food as the quality has been dwindling down. Better options Levelland!

The drive through lane computer was down and they told me that we would have to wait 15 minutes before they could take my order. I asked them why they could not take my order, enter it into another computer, and let me pay? Andrew (I believe), the manager, said that it would require them to then make one order at a time and I would just have to come inside. I am not a lazy man. I was short on time and in-fact, been so busy that I was just eating lunch at 1:50. If it would have been me, I would have had an employee take my order, place it, get my card, pay, and bring me my food. Chick-fil-a would never have let this happen. I left. So did the car in front of me and the three behind me. We all went to Mc Donalds. Laziness by the manager and staff to not take the initiative to take care of the customer, as well as the inventiveness to grab a pen and paper, lost my business maybe forever. Have a good day.

Had our order made 3times and to get home and it's still all wrong. To call up there and be told by Kevin they would take care of it the next time we go back and to do so be told by their main manager Katherine no they will not fix what they said they would shows lack of customer service. I haven’t been to Taco Bell in 2 years and today 12:32 on 9/17/19 I ordered two Doritos locos tacos a Mountain Dew and NACHOS! My whole order was wrong. The gave me chips in a bag and cheese in a small container. I ORDERED NACHOS WITH QUESO TGAT HAS ALL THE RED THINGS IN IT. I work at taco villa and I wanted Taco Bell since I missed the nachos!!! And Doritos tacos and my order was wrong. I’d like a refund and my order correct next time oh.

My daughter got a drink that had a bunch of black spots in it. She took it to the workers to show them and one of the employees told my 15 year old she wasn't going to both with it because there was nothing in the cup. Multiple people including the manager on duty saw it. She made my daughter cry. Absolutely unacceptable.

I like Taco Bell but this one in Levelland TX? Man they have this older lady working the window nearly Everytime I go. I always am nice and I tell her I don't need my receipt! I don't like trash in my car ya know! I mean she acts like it's going to kill her to throw it away. I have noticed Everytime I go and she sees me boy she looking like oh gosh here she is! Her and whoever makes my order I don't get it nearly every single time they mess up my order! I will stop going there so now it's Taco Villa, me and ride people do not mix! Hi today me and my daughter went through the drive through to get two free tacos because we had two coupons for two free tacos. I was being very respectful asked the lady that was on drive thru taking my order can i use my coupons she said no you can only use one per order. I said okay make it two orders then. Then she proceeded to say you can only use one per drive thru. This woman just had the ugliest attitude i didnt even know what i did wrong for her to respond in such a very bad manner?. Then the youngest girl said can i see your coupon mind you my daughter responds respectfully and said yes ma"am the young girl behind the counter was just making malicious looks towards her and being rude. Once again giving my daughter attitude. Then they continue to talk about me and my daughter of why my daughter decided to come in and get her free taco cause we couldn't get both of ours through the drive through.one i dont see the problem with my daughter going in and getting her free taco they made it seem like the biggest DEAL ever. Then they gave my daughter her taco the lady that gave my daughter her taco was a old white lady who was just looking at her ugly and didnt saying anything to her and none of them said anything to her when my daughter left the store, they where all very rude. They shut down the grill and stopped taking cash 30 min before close. Seams a little early. Sounds like a lazy staff and a bad night mananger that lost a sale because they counted their drawers 30 minutes before close possibly sooner that's just when I got there. Good job Wendy's got my money

Quite possibly the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in my entire life and I've been going to Taco Bell since the late '90s. First off, the manager who I spoke with was massively combative and if I were Taco Bell corporate I would get rid of her immediately. Not because she had tattoos on her neck and looked like she just rolled out from under a bridge, but because she was very combative with a customer about a complaint during the drive-thru ordering session. Taco Bell is trash hands down, but this Taco Bell in Levelland, Texas is the absolute dumpster fire of all Taco bells. Avoid this place like the plague and go to Taqueria Guadalajara or Taco Villa. Both places are much nicer to deal with and have food that's actually fresh. 🤙 Again I'm begging corporate Taco Bell, you have a manager here that was combative with a customer at the drive-thru window. That should be grounds for shutting down the whole store. 🤙 Not to mention this was my order 🤔

DO NOT DOOR DASH from this location. You will be ripped off and the staff will not listen when a driver returns to fix the issue. I spent $40 at this establishment and only received half my food. My driver who is amazing went back to fix the issue and was not only miss treated but the people were rude and very unprofessional.
