My daughter got a drink that had a bunch of black spots in it. She took it to the workers to show them and one of the employees told my 15 year old she wasn't going to both with it because there was nothing in the cup. Multiple people including the manager on duty saw it. She made my daughter cry. Absolutely unacceptable.

Why does it say they close at midnight but they put a wet floor sign on the drive thru and don’t answer the phone?? It’s 10:52???? It’s always something with this wack location.

I like Taco Bell but this one in Levelland TX? Man they have this older lady working the window nearly Everytime I go. I always am nice and I tell her I don't need my receipt! I don't like trash in my car ya know! I mean she acts like it's going to kill her to throw it away. I have noticed Everytime I go and she sees me boy she looking like oh gosh here she is! Her and whoever makes my order I don't get it nearly every single time they mess up my order! I will stop going there so now it's Taco Villa, me and ride people do not mix! If you don't want to serve the public go home! REALLY??

Extremely poor service all the way around They messed up the transaction, The messed up the orders half of our party of four got their food before the other. Had to reorder some of our food. They are extremely slow. They had to close the lobby because they kept messing up so many order. Another customer it took almost 30 minutes to get his order. And none of the specifications were met.

Literally the worst meal I have ever gotten from this place. They forgot two aspect of our order completely and whomever made these soft tacos clearly hates their job. Less than half a teaspoon of “meat”.

Hi today me and my daughter went through the drive through to get two free tacos because we had two coupons for two free tacos. I was being very respectful asked the lady that was on drive thru taking my order can i use my coupons she said no you can only use one per order. I said okay make it two orders then. Then she proceeded to say you can only use one per drive thru. This woman just had the ugliest attitude i didnt even know what i did wrong for her to respond in such a very bad manner?. Anyways my daughter was like okay then ill go inside and get mine.my daughter said as soon as she got inside went to the front counter they immediately turned thier bakcs towards her and did not acknowledge her. They didnt welcome her or anything. One lady with black glasses finally decided to acknowledge her she said i how can i help you my daughter said hi can i have one free taco please. One little girl she was the younget worker out of all of them looked at her and rolled her eyes. Then the youngest girl said can i see your coupon mind you my daughter responds respectfully and said yes ma"am the young girl behind the counter was just making malicious looks towards her and being rude. Once again giving my daughter attitude. Then they continue to talk about me and my daughter of why my daughter decided to come in and get her free taco cause we couldn't get both of ours through the drive through.one i dont see the problem with my daughter going in and getting her free taco they made it seem like the biggest DEAL ever. Then they gave my daughter her taco the lady that gave my daughter her taco was a old white lady who was just looking at her ugly and didnt saying anything to her and none of them said anything to her when my daughter left the store, they where all very rude. Thier customer service was generally so poor. Now back to me that same old white lady gave me my taco through the drive through an gave me this nasty look and didnt say anything. I DO NOT KNOW what those 3 ladies problem was and why for them it was so difficult for them to do thier job in a professional manner. They where all beyond disrespectful. I love taco bell food and my daughter but damn those are the employees they are hiring smh.

They shut down the grill and stopped taking cash 30 min before close. Seams a little early. Sounds like a lazy staff and a bad night mananger that lost a sale because they counted their drawers 30 minutes before close possibly sooner that's just when I got there. Good job Wendy's got my money

Quite possibly the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to in my entire life and I've been going to Taco Bell since the late '90s. First off, the manager who I spoke with was massively combative and if I were Taco Bell corporate I would get rid of her immediately. Not because she had tattoos on her neck and looked like she just rolled out from under a bridge, but because she was very combative with a customer about a complaint during the drive-thru ordering session. Taco Bell is trash hands down, but this Taco Bell in Levelland, Texas is the absolute dumpster fire of all Taco bells. Avoid this place like the plague and go to Taqueria Guadalajara or Taco Villa. Both places are much nicer to deal with and have food that's actually fresh. 🤙 Again I'm begging corporate Taco Bell, you have a manager here that was combative with a customer at the drive-thru window. That should be grounds for shutting down the whole store. 🤙 Not to mention this was my order 🤔

DO NOT DOOR DASH from this location. You will be ripped off and the staff will not listen when a driver returns to fix the issue. I spent $40 at this establishment and only received half my food. My driver who is amazing went back to fix the issue and was not only miss treated but the people were rude and very unprofessional.
