Preguntas frecuentes sobre The Chocolate Gallery
Opiniones de The Chocolate Gallery Bryan
Had my wedding cake done here, it was outstanding!! White cake ,raspberry filling, with the lemon creamcheese frosting. Perfection!! Service was great, was very helpful, and listened to all my little requests. I had wanted to put the berries and mint on it, i didn't put a whole bunch, but it was fun. She provided so many raspberries and mint for decorating I was going for the naked look, so the frosting is spot on for the request. I had a very simple cake, but she treated it with great care. Highly recommend!!
We love their chocolate, plus it's also filled with great items for anyone who loves their kitchen and creating for family and friends.
I was given a box of speciality chocolates for my birthday. Each is unique and delicious. The Chocolate Gallery is a very special place!
Yummy yummy. Homemade chocolate bon bobs, chocolate making tour, and cake decorating cookie design classes available.
Amazing chocolate, icecream, cakes and other sweets. It is very busy during first Ftidays every month.
Thoroughly impressed with the quality, and flavor of the chocolates. I ordered 8 of them, and will be back for more. Also, I sampled some gelato and it was excellent!
The Dubai pistachio chocolate and macaroons were delicious. 10/10
All chocolate is made on location and is sooooooooo good. They have some fun flavors like Dr. Pepper, whiskey caramel, and honey lavender!

The chocolate cupcake here is amazing, and I really miss their chocolates. I've been in there with three different groups when we thought they were completely out of chocolates only to find out that they actually no longer sell their chocolates individually in that manner to customers. That is a disappointing business move to me personally, but completely understandable in the present economy. I will probably never have the capital to purchase their products in bulk as needed now, but I definitely recommend them to anyone who can afford to order in that quantity. They are superb!
This place is a shining star of downtown Bryan! Their chocolates are exquisitely crafted and I love their A&M themed goodies, especially the Whoop-i pie chocolate. They are perfect for every occasion. I’ve gotten chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s day from them, hot cocoa bombs in winter, etc. Cocoa and everyone else there are so warm and friendly; the staff make the experience even more amazing.
We are obsessed with the chocolates here - the staff recognizes me as soon as I walk in! The chocolates make excellent gifts. They’re beautifully designed and the flavors are varied and exceptional. My personal favorite is the cherry, but I love all the fruit flavors (strawberry, raspberry, yuzu lemon, key lime pie). They even have seasonal chocolates, like the peppermint flavor in winter, so check back often! Now, the biggest downside is the price. It’s a hard $3 per piece of chocolate, and there are no discounts for buying larger quantities. So this isn’t somewhere you can swing by every week to grab 20 chocolates or something. But it’s worth it for the quality! I do wish they’d offer small price reductions if you bought in bulk, like 10 for $27, 12 for $33, 15 for $40, etc. since I typically buy in bulk for gifts around the holidays.
This place is the best place if your sweet teeth ache for chocolate. Not only can you marvel at the wide selection behind protecting glass, but you can also watch through glass into the actual manufacturing of these wrapped, chocolaty delicacies. I have to say this. The staff is super friendly. The prices are good. This is my fav destination in downtown Bryan. Oh, by the way, there is a comfy seating area. Enjoy your coffee and sweets among friends!
I have been a fan of The Chocolate Gallery since they first opened. Their cupcakes, cakes, and chocolates are phenomenal. The first thing I noticed about the cupcakes are the size. Very huge, so so moist. Lots of frosting, which I love. It's fun to pop in and see what the specialty cupcakes are for the day. They have gelato now and it is tasty as well! Such interesting flavors. The location is lovely, you can tell they really take pride in the building. It's like an art gallery for chocolate. Ciana catered our wedding, and all of our guests raved at the quality. Definitely my favorite bakery!
What a wonderful experience!! My children and I loved coming to the Chocolate Gallery in Downtown Bryan. The staff was warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home! My kids loved getting to sample the delicious gelato before deciding on a flavor. They also loved watching Chef Josh make the chocolates behind the glass. Chef Ciana took the time to explain to the kids what was happening and how the different items were made! We love the Chocolate Gallery not just for the delicious treats, but also for the wonderful staff who always make us feel welcome!!
The Chocolate Gallery is one of my favorite places to buy baked goods downtown. It’s a special place to enjoy a cupcake and a drink with friends. They did my son’s groom cake for his wedding and it was fantastic! They have also done special decorated cookies for my grandchildren’s birthdays.
I ordered our chocolate TAMU ring seal kind of late and didn’t really expect it to be ready in time but it was! It was so beautiful we didn’t want to eat it. Highly recommend this product from them for a ring day celebration.

Really good chocolate. The macaroons are imported from Europe and are amazing. The have incredibly detailed specialty items as well, and a lounge area.

Expensive but really good. Good cakes. Update: changing from 5 stars to 3 stars because the last four times I stopped by to get a cupcake, they had nothing in inventory despite being open for business. This time they didn't even have any chocolates available. Maybe they stay in business by pre-orders, but they shouldn't imply that you can go in and buy some desserts. When you are able to get something, it's really good.

I've been a resident of Bryan for 34 years. My favorites are the sugar cookies with icing. I've been getting them as a little treat for myself. I just went in last Saturday and they have gone up to $3.75 for ONE cookie. I love them but I am not going to keep buying them or recommending them to anyone else at that price. Way too expensive for just a cookie. I think they have lost this customer because of the almighty dollar.

My mother-in-law and father-in-law wanted to take us and a few of their grandchildren out for ice cream this past Saturday. Since we had never been to the Chocolate Gallery before, we were excited to try it. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in. Instead of being greeted with friendly faces, the two women working at the front looked visibly unhappy to see us—especially the children. It felt very strange, considering this is a chocolate shop that you’d expect to be welcoming to families. Despite my in-laws spending a good amount of money, we didn’t feel that our business was appreciated. The one bright spot was the man working behind the glass making chocolates. He seemed to genuinely enjoy children and was smiling and waving at them, which the kids loved. Overall, the service upfront left a lot to be desired, even though the chocolate-making display was a highlight for the kids.
