Outstanding service. Drive thru operates seamlessly and with speed. Lady in a Tesla in front of us ordered the entire menu, and made changes yet drive thru had no wait time. The king of taco bells.

Fast even with 4 cars in front of us in drive thru. Ordered 4 meals and was out in less then 3min!!!! Definitely worth the stop off the freeway! Easy to get in and out of the parking lot even with gas station packed with weekenders returning from glamis.

The restrooms are clean, the food was made better than any Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. And the service was good too.

I love the #6 with beef, though it's pretty tasty with chicken also. They offer a senior discount but you have to ask for it, which makes sense since it's nearly impossible to determine anybody age.

Food yummy, quick and easy dinner when it was too hot to cook! Food delivered as ordered, I omitted the sauce on the chicken quesadillas for the kids, and they devoured it, so I doubled my order the next time I went!!

My experience was awesome. The workers speak Spanish, my order was completed very quickly. I ate so much for such a comfortable price. The cashier was friendly and suggested great items that i enjoyed very much. This is a great place to eat. They were constantly cleaning the tables, sweeping. Taco Bell produces a predictable product regardless of their location around the country. I like their simple bean burrito with green sauce but, if you like a more complex flavor, i recommend the burrito supreme!

Great food great service in Morongo Valley off the 10 freeway Southern California you got a chance to visit this Taco Bell do it. And if you're feeling a little lucky drive up the street to the Morongo Casino gas station they have slot machines inside or you can visit the big moron go Casino.

Well what I can say is that I enjoyed my time here at the Taco Bell In Morongo C.a., and The Food Was Great and Extremely fast service the food tasted great. Alfonso the manager did a great job especially with the way he runs the place and with his employees Thumbs up. Keep up the good work you guys I will definitely be coming back.

Hey the Taco Bell drive through. Food was ready really fast, tasted as expected, dude in the drive through window was friendly but not overly friendly in an irritating way. #7 with my taco soft and a Mountain Dew. While I’m rambling on, I do have a suggestion. On the soft taco wrappers, make the opening in the other side. For a right handed person eating this while driving, it’s awkward. Anyone else feel the same way??

Didn't talk with a serving person as it was all automated... however the food was hot and other than needing a steak it was great! The toppings on the tacos were nice.. fresh with the right amount of cheese and lettuce. The drinks weren't watered down, a pleasant and appreciated surprise. We're from out of town, but stay down the street for trips a few times a year, and we will be back for sure!

I usually go to tacobell at night past 11pm great service for the most part. The only problem I would say if you go anytime after 12 pm on the weekend, it's a hit or miss if they are open . When they do open at 7am they do have lunch avaible. Just like with any fastfood place check your bag to make sure everything you ordered was received at the end of the day people are human

Well wrapped burritos, great service, I came here on July 15th at 8:30, and was surprised by the quality.

Their breakfast is really good better then i tought just add chipotle sauce and the coffee is some the best fast food coffee i have ever had but my hash browns and taco fires were cold

Everything tasted great, the staff was great and my only concern was the shortage of help and slightly effecting the upkeep in the dining area BUT that's too be expected when there's not much staff. Most important to know is I'd come again and not discouraged to do so.

Pretty much the standard Taco Bell. Food was good and came out hot and fast. Condiments area was a mess. Wasn't busy at all.

It's in a great location. I got a Chicken Quesadilla, but the slices were cut very incorrectly. This is is a training issue that needs to be addressed.

I just realized that the google map point says Mexican Inspired.. cause its not REALLY Mexican food. Nachos Bell Grande are pretty good after a rough night though

The name in itself is always a comfort, unfortunately locations are not always the same in quality. Depending on who is working, food is either great or it's poor. Need more individuals who care about their job and not just the paycheck.

When I want something different I go here. I give it a 3 star because the food is warm however, this location is very clean and the star is friendly. I had no problems asking them to remake an order for me. Again I must say I like my food HOT 🔥 LMAO....

Taco Bell is not how it was before. Not of good value. Small portions and costly. Ordered just plain tacos and cheese bite size tiny burritos and 1 drink to share.2 persons cost over $20 at Taco Bell.

They where slow at getting my food then when they did give me my food they handed me a bag and said have a good day I look in the bag and only half my food was there then after a couple mins they opened the window and said is everything ok... I said yes only half my food is here and he asked was I was missing I told him waited longer for the rest of my food... And as he was handing me my bag he was laughing... Not good service

The rice is so dry from this particular taco bell. I've never had to rate a taco bell lower than this. I do not recommend getting anything with the rice from this place. All the other taco bells have better rice than here. It's not a lie.

Food was good and consistent with company standards. The drive thru service was lacking. Right when we drove in, no greetings whatsoever. Just silence then an abrupt "order when you're ready". A little rude, but whatever. What happened to "good afternoon, thank you for choosing Taco Bell, what can I get you today?" Nope, just four lazy words. After we placed our small order, the worker says in a surprised and rude tone "THATS IT?!" Surprised he responded in that manner we merely say yes. But it begs the question, why are you speaking to guests in that manner? If you want us to order more to meet a quota, put an effort to upsell. Regardless, don't be rude to guests. When we got to the window, the worker just said the price of our order. No double checking if he got the order correct. Nor did he ask if we would like condiments with our order. We had to wait after he provided our bag to inquire on condiments. I've worked in customer service/hospitality for many years and each company has its standards. This employee definitely wasn't meeting his company's standards. I'm not writing this review to bash on the employee but rather give constructive feedback on how to perform better for this job and any future job as well. For manager reference, we arrived at the establishment on 12.12.21 at approximately 7:15pm. Drive thru worker was a young Hispanic male.

This location is clean and the staff is nice but the food is not great. Burritos are very small and almost nothing in them and nachos barely have anything on them. I ordered the new boxes and the tacos in them were already soft like they had been sitting around for a while. Very disappointing. And this is more than one trip.

They ran out of beef but they replaced it with steak for no charge. So in any other case I would have gave them a five for the hookup but I really wasn't in the mood for the steak on a taco.

Every time I go to Taco Bell an get tacos they give me three slivers of cheese an WWWAAAYYY TOO MUCH LETTUCE on my tacos like the cheese is coming out of their own personal stash, this is ridiculous an needs to stop! The online hours say they open at 7, the door says they open at 7, yet we showed up at 7:05 and the drive through had a come and the door was locked. Still looking very closed at 7:20. My husband moved the cone for the drive through and we pulled up to the window to get any service. When we asked if they were open, the lady at the window said yes. So not sure why the cone wasn’t moved and why the front door was locked. At least they got our order right.

The taco was runny and not what was ordered.

Food was good but after leaving and going home, I realized 3 items were missing from my order so I had to go back and get them. They didn't think it was a big deal so that was a little infuriating.

It's tacobell so food is okay, but the services is subpar. They got most of the order wrong, it was checked and all of the items were there, but most of it was wrong instead of steak tacos they put chicken and on most of the Supreme items they didn't put the sour cream or the cheese sauce for the nacho fries. It wasn't noticeable till we drove all the way home.

You can order only buy you can’t pick up in-store. You have to use the drive-thru. Not sure why they would have the door closed on a busy Sunday. When the door says they close at 10 pm.

This Taco Bell is at a truck stop. And my truck cannot go in the drive thru due to the height clearance and the front of the drive thru. I try to go in and the sign on the door says drive thru only. I tried calling nobody answered. So the Taco Bell at the truck stop is only for cars that can fit in the drive thru? I guess I’ll just go spend my money at the other businesses around that are trucker friendly.

Dirtiest taco bell I've seen. All the tables were dirty and sticky. They had no straws or lids in hand and the floor was a mess. Me and my family were going to eat in but decided to eat in our car how nasty it was. The employees should really be a little more consistent on keeping it clean.

I ordered through that Taco Bell app, after seeing a pretty delicious looking burrito online called the grilled cheese double steak burrito and it sounded great, but was just a big letdown there was hardly any steak or any filling inside the Burrito for that matter, it was primarily all tortilla and a smidge of cheese on the outside, for my recent dealings from Taco Bell, I really think they shouldn't even be considered Mexican food & they really suck, I can honestly say I don't want any more taco bell food ever again. Taco Bell please update your closing times on your website for the cabazon California location I was excited for my lunch at midnight and when I go to your location here in cabazon it's closed it has been like that the last two days but it shows on your website you guys close at 1:00 a.m. if you guys could change your closing times that would be great

I'm sitting here in the parking lot, it's 12:30am and it's already closed even though the hours according to Google it closes at 1am. Now I'm upset I passed by many other places along the way assuming this location would be open. I really get tired of the inconsistency. Last time I came thru it was open at this time. Lame!

Went to this location on a Saturday at 10pm and not only was the restaurant closed but the drive thru as well. Their sign says open late. I guess 10 pm is super late.

On the website it says they are open till 1 am I was completely ignored when I asked and called what time they close and when I went up to the window at the location they seem incredibly rude and entitled like they don’t even want to be working there it suck’s that this is the only restaurant thats open this late to go to to 0 stars if I could I actually never want to go back to this location ever again and I don’t normally write reviews or get upset over to go restaurant which says a lot about this one

My family and I were enjoying a late night meal because we had a long drive back home. One of the employees began sweeping at my feet and telling me to be careful and then passes in front of the table and tells us that they close at 10 pm. She tells us that it’s 10:31 already and has this attitude as if telling us to get out. I understand if it’s closed but it didn’t say on the window that dining room specifically closes at 10. It just says that the closing time is 2:30 am. We would understood if she’d tell us that they were closing 10 min prior to 10pm. But to be sweeping around my feet and close to our food is unacceptable.

I stop by after getting me some Starbucks right acrossfrom them and my two kids wanted a slurpee so we went to taco bell and got their freezees regular size. I paid $3.99 for each regular size freezees, I found out that regular size is 16oz cups not a child's 12oz cup. Is this the correct size for regular? Starbuck venti for comparison in picture.

I got a chalupa. The shell was old and hard to chew through. It was thrown together like they said whatever. I work graveyard, this was the first thing I have eaten all day. Disappointed and now my shift will be thrown off because I’m hungry!

This location nickel and dimes you for everything and anything and is also much pricier than other taco bell locations. They force you to use their huge touch screens to order since they're too cheap to pay their employees to take people's orders and during the process of using their kiosk you're constantly being Bothered about adding more trash to your order. The kiosk attempted to upcharge me for crap I didn't need around 3 times.

Stopped by for a snack. Went inside to talk to someone about the new menu and recommendations. There was nobody at the counter. A few minutes later, an employee, with a very surprised look on her face came around the corner. I told her I was ready to order. She told me I had to use the kiosk. I asked her if she did not take orders at the counter. She told me MANAGEMENT discouraged that, and that I had to do my own ordering at the kiosk. I told her I didn't know how it worked. She took me over to the kiosk and basically took my order, but it was very time intensive, and could have been handled better at the counter. When she asked how I was going to pay, I said cash. There was no place to put cash into the kiosk, and she explained I would have to pay at the counter. The whole thing just seemed stupid and counter-intuitive to me. I like Taco Bell sometimes, but if this is the future, my fast food money will be going elsewhere. I should get a huge discount for having to take my own order. No service anymore. This is becoming more and more common.
