Highly recommended. It maintains the brand's standards. Every time I've been to this store, I've always had a good experience. I haven't had to wait too long for food. A plus is that it has a small play area inside the store for the kids to entertain themselves. The atmosphere is very calm. Every time I've been there, there's always a video channel on the televisions. Honestly, I don't know if they ever show sporting events. The location is spacious, has only been open for a relatively short time, and the furniture is in perfect condition. Take advantage of the promotions they have on NFL game days, especially on Mondays. It's nice to have a store of this chain here in Calimaya.

They've finally arrived. These burgers are a staple and heaven on earth. The place is great. Perfect for my beloved town of Calimaya 😉. The flavor is top-notch, as always. The playground needs to be fixed, as water gets in when it rains. My son loved it, by the way, but it's not ideal 😉😂

The products and prices are similar to those of the entire chain. If you like them at another Carl's, you'll like them here. The children's area is very cool for kids, and they really have fun, so parents can eat their food calmly and without rushing.

The same good burgers as always, the drive-in is very uncomfortable and you can see that several cars have hit the entrance because it is very tight.

Tristemente la gente hace al lugar. Gente que sube a sus hijos a los juegos, sin importar que pasan el 1.20m permitido, les dan de comer dentro del juego, meten niños pequeños que se hacen pipí en el juego y no son ni para avisar a alguien del lugar. Y lo peor, es que en varias ocasiones he comentado a algún encargado, acerca del mal uso que se le dan a los juegos y NO HACEN NADA. Entiendo que no quieran enfrentarse a esas familias sin educación que no tienen respeto por las reglas, pero no hacer nada al respecto está fatal.

They've always tasted good, but it seems simple instructions are really complicated for the people making the burgers. I ordered four kids' burgers without pickles, the guy at the drive-thru took my order and checked it, but guess what? All the burgers came with pickles. I don't understand why that's so difficult, but if you go, double-check your order there. By the way, this is the second time this has happened to us. What a shame.

Me llevé una mala experiencia al ir por primera vez los empleados nada más estaban echando relajo y la chava de atención al cliente se acercó a dejar mi orden casi casi aventándomela l, por eso la perdida de cliente

Horrible la satisfacción del cliente pagamos una cuenta de $1000 pesos y solo por que no pedimos hamburguesas de res (por vigilia) no quisieron proporcionarme aderezo diablo, que por que las tiene muy limitadas y realmente veníamos solo pro el antojo de ese aderezo en fin a tomar otras opciones de establecimiento donde la prioridad sea la satisfacción al cliente

Yesterday, my grandfather, my uncle, and I went to Carl's Jr., and it was a terrible experience. My uncle ordered his burger without cheese because he's allergic, but they brought it to him with cheese. When he complained, they just peeled the cheese off and gave it back to him, still with the bun and patty covered in melted bits. That's incredibly irresponsible, since an allergy isn't a whim; it's a health risk. The waiter did his job well, but the cashier and kitchen staff were distracted, chatting, and not paying attention to the orders. Very bad service, zero attention, and absolutely no professionalism. I hope they train their staff better because a mistake like that can have serious consequences.

I arrived at 9:25pm and they were already washing and they told me there was no service, when it clearly specifies that they close at 10pm

Of all the Carl's Jr. restaurants, this has to be the worst. The soda is pure carbonated water, they tell you about the toppings, and they're more concerned about getting you out than about you staying to consume more. I definitely prefer to spend more on gas, but I'd rather go to Metepec.

Water leaks in; the children's area is designed with unsealed windows and vents, which allows water to seep in and ruin a family afternoon. In addition, the drafts coming into the restaurant are very poor; it's the worst design of all.

They don't accept pets in a Pet Friendly plaza, they often get the types of meat wrong in their burger options, and they're not added to the chain's online billing service.

I ordered takeout and they messed up my order. Although the burgers arrived correctly, I ordered double burgers and when I opened them, they only had one patty each. Please double-check your orders; these are very basic mistakes.
