I went here on april 27, 2022 .There were two beautiful ladies in the window very nice .I got my coffees and drove off realize it was not what I thought I order.I went back told them what was wrong. She was very nice and told exactly what to ask for next time to get it right the first time.She then fixed both of my drinks and gave them back.Grest customers service. I will definitely be using this location more glad it closer to my new place.Thank you.

Quick and polite. Very accurate. Sometimes my croissant is a little burnt but they move like lightning so it's a small price to pay.

This is the ONLY dunkin donuts in syracuse area that is worth going to. They get my order correct every time & is very quick about it. They even give my pup a treat when he's in the car with me. Two thumbs up! Keep up the good work.

Great staff. My parents and I stopped to get some coffee as they were switching shifts, and the staff was seamlessly and without stress doing a great job even with a line. They accommodated my parents needs and included the senior discount without us having to ask, and made a fresh pot on the spot. Very friendly too. Please pass this on to the staff and keep up the awesome work!

Food was hot and made perfectly. Coffee was excellent. The staff was efficient. I have 2 Dunkins very close to where I live (not in NY) and this location puts both of them to shame.

Dunkin' consistently delivers! I start my mornings with their coffee, and it's the perfect pick-me-up. Their iced coffee is especially refreshing, and I love the variety of flavors and cream options. Beyond their beverages, I'm a big fan of their breakfast sandwiches. The egg and cheese on a bagel is a classic for a reason. The drive-thru is usually efficient, and the staff are always friendly. Dunkin' is a reliable go-to for a quick and satisfying start to my day.

I stop here regularly and the ladies at the drive-thru know me now. Everyone is friendly and professional. I usually order the same thing, so they know my order. Though they are quite busy in the mornings, my order is always correct and the drive-thru line moves quickly!

The drive thru at the north Salina location is extremely fast. One inside destiny not so much. The cookie butter doughnut taste like mint toothpaste. But the app is getting better by finally starting to give out more rewards which will help boost sales and make me go more. Love their frozen coffees 🔥.

Walked in for a medium iced coffee and walked out with a donut I didn’t order, a breakfast sandwich that looked like it had been through something traumatic, and a new sense of confusion about how they still managed to get my name wrong despite me spelling it. Out loud. Slowly. The coffee? Tastes like it was brewed in the fast lane, but it does slap once your bloodstream adjusts to the chaos. That first sip hits harder than my alarm clock. And the donuts? Fluffy little sugar pillows sent from a heaven where everything smells like frosting and regret. Thank you for your service Dunkin!

The Blueberry Mufflin I had gotten was ridiculously delicious. It has been a minute since I had been at this location but ut definitely seemed way better than all the many times before. The place was very clean, the service was top notch and very friendly. This location was never really one I would try to avoid and never really go to unless I was running late but now that the staff seems to be different and appropriate changes had been made, all good ones....ill definitely be picking up my orders there for sure. See you all there soon!!

I had the 2 breakfast sandwiches for $5.00. They were terrible! Update: My last visit was a much different and better experience. Much improvement.

Service is usually good but when there is an issue the staff at this location seem very uninformed on how to go about taking care of it. When making coffee orders this location always does something wrong my order is always the same and somehow my coffee when purchased here is nasty

Servers in the AM are great! They take orders quickly and efficiently. They are personable and start your day off with a smile and delicious fresh coffee 🍵 and goodies.

Employees are friendly and happily honor special requests, same goes for drive-thru. Lines are usually not too long, but when they are, they move quickly. Comfortable and spacious outside area is a great option for warmer days. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired.

Drive thru service is the worst here! Hit or miss on the quality of the coffee. Service in the drive thru is less than one ⭐. Better service by the man inside at the front counter. He would get 4 ⭐ 's.

our order was pretty quick and everything was exactly as asked! The only problem you had was when we asked to separate the orders or asked them to place another order there employee said she was unable to do that??? Obviously we just separated our orders ourselves, but we knew immediately she didn't know how to do that herself. We have returned to this location and as usual when using the drive through made separate orders without a issue. This may sound petty but in our line of work our employer barely gives us enough time to drive 300 to 600 miles a day and when we're use to being in & out in 5 minutes it cost us drive time we're not paid formake 1 larger order instead of 2 or 3 regular orders had us pulled over waiting 25 minutes was a big deal. My thought is whoever's talking drive through orders should be trained properly before their able to surve customers!

They constantly mess up my tea. I ordered it with one tea bag and 5 sugars. I've had them hand me coffee, which I'm allergic to. I've had them put two tea bags in, which I specifically request only one. I've had them hand me a large instead of an extra large, and they always forget the darn donut until I remind them. Until I remind them they're just staring at me, wondering why I'm not leaving. When I found this place a year ago I loved it, but now I'm not so sure 🤔

Long time since I've been to Dunkin Donuts I don't remember it being so expensive. Oh well I guess that's the Changing Times. I will say the customer service was very good.

The staff here are a mess. The clerk took forever, and then messed up a very simple order. While this is a new store, it already looks worn and shabby.

No matter which DD we go to the order is NEVER correct. In the city that is. It BS, that's is why you wait so long in drive thru. They have to re-do everybody's order. I am not joking. EVERY TIME! Especially N.Salina near downtown. It sucks!!! But I go cuz I love the coffee.

Location East Division St & State St, Syracuse NY, Sunday arrival time between 5 & 6:00pm and guess what somebody forgot to make the donuts. No joke had my mind & taste buds all set for a Dunkin 🍩 and there was none to be had. Corp. needs to get handle on this with at lease a phone call or memorandum. Someone is sleep at the wheel. If you want Doughnuts they are good but don't hold your breath for the right orders. Either the employees are hard of hearing or their stupid I've had 3 orders mixed up, given to the wrong person, or not made right.

I just purchased a dozen donuts from the Dunkin Donuts on N Salina St in Syracuse. We York. I got them home just to find our that everyone of these donuts are hard. I am beyond upset. I literally just wasted $11.99

Jeremy Dufresne sleeps outside most nights and eats most of his meals at the Samaritan Center on North Salina Street. In between, he sometimes stops into the Dunkin' on North Salina Street. He gets warm and charges his phone. That's what he was doing charging his phone so he could call his mom to tell her good night, as he does every evening. He put his head down for a minute, he said. Then a worker dumped water on his head. The worker laughed at him while someone else took video of it. Nobody should buy anything here ever again! Or else you support this kind of behavior! This is disgusting!

North salina st. Is pathetic never open to get inside even at 9 to 10 o clock in the morning. Have to walk through driveway and still can't barely ever get coffee let alone anything else extremely sad if you ask me.

Posted hours (online and on all the doors), are 5AM-7PM. Walked up this morning at 6:15 and all the doors were locked; they were only serving drive-thru. Proceeded to call the store multiple times to get their actual hours, but nobody answered, even though there were at least three workers that I could see. Terrible service and unreliable hours. Very disappointed in my neighborhood Dunkin. UPDATE: Called back around 7:15AM and was told they hadn't had enough employees to safely open the dining room, but everything was fine now. Fair enough. Walked back down, and whaddaya know? Dining room is still closed. This is ridiculous!

Ordered a hot coffee dark roast with turbo shot. Specified absolutely NOTHING in it, but yet they can never get a simple order straight. Spend $3 on a coffee that is currently down the drain and completely unacceptable. Dunkin needs to raise their standards. People don’t just have money to throw away. Especially when it’s an employee error.

Walked up to this Dunkin as I have daily for months now around 8:30am. The hours posted both online and on all doors stated their store was open for take out at 5am. All doors were locked. They were serving drive thru customers still and saw me trying to open the doors and acted like they didn’t see me. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing especially considering all the business I have given them in the past. If there is some reason why they can’t open the inside of their restaurant they should really communicate this to their customers and not just leave it saying they will be open on their doors and online!

I stopped inside to use their restroom and it was absolutely disgusting ! The roll of toilet paper was laying on the ground, no handsoap or paper towels.. I won't eat here because clearly the employees are not able to wash their hands.

Went through with my aunt today , a young lady approached me very unprofessional she would rush me not let me decide what I want then put us on hold for over five minutes because of that our food was cold and tasted spoiled my mother couldn’t even eat her food, she made me drop our change onto the ground and all she said was oh sorry no can I get you that back or can I get you more change

I'm a school bus driver and Me and my monitor stop there every night m evening before heading to our late school to use the restroom, buy donuts what have you. we came at our usual time and my monitor goes in to order our food. She came back on the bus very upset and told me that one of the managers a young Caucasian woman, touched a open sore by the corner of her mouth then ran her fingers through her hair then proceeded to touch food to continue preparing our food. The other manager a African American woman who is ALSO a manager, stood there while the young lady was being confronted and did nothing about it. HIGHLY unsanitary, VERY disgusting and will never get food from this location again😒 who tf raised y'all?!!

I visited this Dunkin location on November 8, 2021. The service I received was, in short, horrible. Upon entering the store, I noted a young woman sitting at a table eating a sandwich. I made note of this because I wanted to make sure I could eat my breakfast in the store. After purchasing my donut, coffee and hash browns, I went to sit at a table. As I sat, the cashier yelled from across the store that there was no eating inside. Confused, I asked why not. The cashier said this was a "health department rule" due to COVID 19. I was even more confused and asked to speak to a manager. A manager came out and told me there was no eating in the store, and again stated this was a "health department rule". I informed the manager that I have been to several other Dunkin locations in Syracuse and ALL of them have some tables reserved for indoor dining. I asked why this location was subject to a "health department rule" when other stores in town were not. I was told I was being rude and disrespectful. For asking a question? I also asked why there was a woman eating inside when I could not. I was told that person was an employee. I asked why an employee would be exempt from a "health department rule" that I was subject to. I was again told that I was being rude and disrespectful. Again, for asking a question? I asked for a refund and got one. I went home and wrote a letter to the attention of the manager, but received neither a reply or even an acknowledgment. I sent a follow-up letter three weeks later which was also ignored. In those letters I asked 1) What is the specific "health department rule" that forbids indoor dining at Dunkin? (HINT -- there isn't one) 2) Why are the employees lying about this "rule" and 3) Why do they allow employees to eat in their store but not customers? This is the same Dunkin that had lots of negative publicity a few years ago when two of their employees mistreated a homeless person. Apparently they like negative publicity. Maybe this review will get their attention.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive through and never got to order

Everytime i go to the dunkin on N Salina St they ALWAYS get something wrong. Go today to get and everything bagel with butter n CC. They gave me a plain with butter. Asked again for the correct bagel i received an everything with no butter. Then went inside with the bagel and they were rude and refused to refund my order.

The manager handled the situation. I just wanted to start out saying that. My friend and i were waiting in line for his hashbrown. The woman was who was wrapping the food dropped the opened box of wrapping paper onto the floor. She picked it up and continued using them. I said somthing about it and she started flipping out on me. So i made this review.

I go there with my two brothers a few times a week. For two days straight they’ve made my coffee and my brothers coffee’s not well stirred. The sugar and peppermint mocha was still at the bottom of our cups. The other day, I could hardly taste the peppermint mocha. I asked the person to remake my coffee. She gave me an attitude and said, “ I put the amount you asked for in your coffee,” I said, “ it doesn’t taste like you did.” I ended up with drinking two cups of coffee, the one that she messed up and a free one. Happy customer. Employee attitude, 👎🏽.

The two girls who were working the drive thru today 11-27-23 in the early morning are easily the trashiest employees I’ve ever seen, but again, what do you expect from Salina street. The wait times are outrageous. They don’t say hello or good morning they just hand you your items and shut the window. They have a disgusting terrible attitude and are obnoxiously laughing to each other and texting at the window. From a nurse at the local hospital who use to come get her coffee here, I’ve seen more class in the st joes emergency room. Don’t waste your time.

Everything possible went wrong. I order on the app for walk-in pick up. I get there and all the doors are locked. No sign or anything. I go into the drive thru only to be greeted with a mumble. I tell them I am there to pick up my on-the-go. Get to the window and I have to remind them that I am an on-the-go customer. They hand me 1 out of two drinks and they go thats it right. I am like no I have a hot chocolate too and they ask what size. Why am I having to tell you what I ordered? I probably ordered 10 minutes ago and you don't know what was on the order nor have you made it? Finally I get the second drink. I leave and take a sip of my iced coffee, which was cream and hazelnut shot, not swirl. I can't have sugar. Turns out they used swirl. And I ordered on the app so its not like it was a communication issue. They just either don't know the difference between a swirl and a shot or didn't pay attention. I don't know how so much could go wrong in one visit. I wasn't gonna go back because I didn't have time and they locked the doors I certainly wasn't gonna wait in that line again. The prices keep going up and the service is just going down. Cant justify going anymore.

Came to the drive thru for a simple drink. Not only did I wait in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, but they messed up the drink. Instead of trying to fix their mistakes, they pushed the blame on to me and tried to get me to take the drink anyway. The people yelled at me and even called me ignorant while I was trying to explain what drink I ordered. Absolutely no excuse for this.

I don't eat here. I used to love this place. My twin went w me in the car so I guess my phone thinks it was me. The reason I don't like it is one day I saw them in the act of throwing hundreds of food products away..because they didn't sell them that day. There are only 1-2 Amazing workers there who go above and beyond but the rest are Extremely RUDE, Turn ovens off hours early and claim they can only serve donuts and drinks, And Most have No Customer Service Experience in ANY way shape or form! As a rule I don't go out of my way to review dunkin's, we all know what we want and what we expect. With that being said here's my review: On upon arrival there was what appeared to be a fairly short line. My order was not the most complicated but three coffees and a food item. After placing my order I moved about half a foot from the speaker and sat there for at least 10 minutes. I know this sounds like an exaggeration but it was enough time that the man behind me was visibly upset and I watched two cars pull off. Needless to say this line was not moving. When I got to the window I was so frustrated that I grabbed two of the drinks and the food. Instead of two creams and two sugars one of the coffees had eight creams and eight sugars. That was what I noticed after I left. I was so frustrated with the line that it wasn't until I pulled away that my daughter pointed out I didn't even get one of the coffees. There was no way I was going to wait in that nightmare line again because I can't afford to spend all day on a missed coffee. I drove to a different Duncan and got the same order. Understandably everybody has their favorite duncans but this has to be a last resort in my book.

I am a professional living on the north side of Syracuse. I take a 2 to 4 mile walk every morning. Today I invited a homeless man for coffee-to-go and ordered a small coffee for him and a medium cold brew for myself. No eye contact or smiles to us from the front counter employees, while the window people were quite busy. Not one of the front people made a move to MAKE our coffees, but were joking and talking with friends and each other for more than 5 mins. Finally I had enough and asked if anyone was going to prepare our coffees? I got a glaring scowl. Save yourself the aggravation and don’t go to this Dunkin unless you have plenty of time on your hands and want a hot cup of attitude!
