The pizza was very good. It was the first time I ordered the stuffed crust from anyone. You could eat every piece of the crust. Nothing was thrown away.
Ordered online, picked it up personally. It was nice and hot, not warm like other places.
My pizzas were pretty good. I see mixed reviews, but I think it depends who's working. There were lots of toppings, decent amount of sauce, and lots of cheese (I didn't order extra cheese), which pleased the family.

The Summerfield Pizza Hut was great. The employees are awesome!They keep it clean and I've never had to wait long at all. The pizzas that I ordered were perfect! They were hot and delicious!
Pizza Hut seems to have much better prices than some of the other local shops. This location does an excellent job having your order correct, on time and hot. Very personable employee behind the counter.
I enjoy each visit. The guys that work here are all every friendly. And they can definitely help you if your hungry and don't know what exactly you wanna eat. Only downside is Spinach has been taken off the menu.
Very nice location. Everyone is always so polite no matter what time of day. My order is always right. Sevice is quick and the time food is done is always accurate. Good temperature warm +always. Tried new melts pepperoni lovers and chicken bacon parmesan ranch. Both yummy 😋 I always love lots of meat on my pizzas the melts could have a little more. Other than that delicious and recommended
Update: I like to update reviews if I use a service again because sometimes a first opinion can be somewhat faulty. The reason I changed this review to 5 stars isn't just because of the food, its mainly the crew working in the store. I wish I had their names but I have spoken to the main 3 people I see there and they are amazing! I do know the manager is Ernie and he is really spectacular. He seems to work all the stations at one while keeping everything sterile, with delicious food and a contagious smile. His personality make driving there more than worth it (piping hot food doesn't hurt!). They are completely on top of things. Friendly, courteous, speedy service everytime I go. Part of what ruined my first experience was the delivery and getting cold food. I go pick it up now and they know the name of the order and who I am when I walk in referring to me by name. When my husband picks it up they always ask about me. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days and definitely earns 5 stars! First time to order Pizza Hut in about 10 years! I used the app to order for delivery. It was easy to use but didn't have any options for special instructions, at least not on the items I ordered. I got 8 boneless wings for their Wing Wednesday special at $.60 each. I also used their 2 for $5&up deal. 10 breadsticks was just $5 when on their menu 5 were priced over $5. The trick is you have to buy 2 items, so we also added the chocolate chip cookie for $5. The text notification kept me up to date and they showed on time for delivery. I had paid thru the app but tipped in cash so I didn't use their contact free delivery service. The food was much better than I remembered, though the breadsticks were delicious as always. The main issue was I live only 1 mile from the store and the food was cold. My food must have sat and waited for other bigger orders to make it worth their trip but I paid for my food and the $3.50 delivery fee too! I would have enjoyed my food much better if we didn't have to reheat it to eat. This was a test order for us to see if Pizza Hut had improved over the years. Their menu has grown including a wide variety of items, mimicking Dominos sort of. However for a first time to try getting cold food when it's only a mile trip is a deal killer for me. We are going to have to rethink our return to Pizza Hut.
We ordered the stuff crust meat lovers. It was the best pizza we've had in months. Awesome.
The only reason this place is getting 5 star is because of the kid with the cowboy super nice guy and definitely knows how deal with unhappy customer they should look at him when it comes to promotion time maybe this store could become better.
We come to this Pizza Hut all the time my mother placed an order the other day and unfortunately got the wrong order. The manager Matt was the greatest and did not hesitate to make it right. The food, the service, and the management is outstanding. Thank you Matt for your service and we hope to see you again soon. Great job.
Its not about a problem, its how you fix it. We were delivered Pepsi Zero instead of regular Pepsi. We called up there and the wonderful gentleman Jacob at Pizza Hut replaced it for us and had someone deliver it to us. The best Pizza hut customer service we have ever experienced. Thank you for spreading kindness. Jacob, you deserve a raise!
I asked for a 6:30 delayed delivery and they came at 6:00 and pounded on the window very loudly and scared my guest half to death. I was not home yet and the pizza was cold when everyone was ready to eat
Past experience has been good but the most recent visit , not so good. I ordered extra sauce ( first time doing that ) and found NO sauce at all when I got it home. This was a rare occurrence so I did not call to complain. Maybe next time will be back to normal
I have no idea how but the young woman who answered the phone for me this evening listen to me vent about my last couple of orders said she was sorry but she will make sure my order is good this time I just want to say thank you the food was hot and very good I hope pizza hut is back
Employees were very nice. However, got home and realized we received the wrong pizza. We ordered mushroom and received pepperoni. Due to the obviously in training employee and the food still being hot and delicious, I did not call and complain. Hope whoever received our pizza was as understanding.
I usually love pizza hut pizza dont normally get any one elses but this time i ordered a thin and crispy, and when i got it the only part that was crispy was the outter crust and i ordered light sauce and it had a lot of sauce, when ordering they were out of stock of onions, peppers, and tomatos . So all in all was not satisfied with this order. Will be a little bit before i try again.
We tried the Detroit style pizza, and it was not as good as it appeared to be on TV!!! It was crunchy, but the pizza sauce that they poured on top of the pizza after it was cooked was gross and it made my stomach nauseated. I ended up scrapping the sauce off. Needless to say I will not buy that one again, but I still enjoy other pizzas from Pizza Hut.
Ordered curbside pick up and when I got there it said online to call store let them know I was there. I called and Noone ever answered nor brought out my pizza. I don't think that they should ask a charge to bring out the pizza when I had to walk in to get it. I think I should be refunded for that.
The pizza was not done inside , not enough sauce or cheese
Toppings are not abundant but the quality is pretty good. Delivery is fast and the drivers are always friendly. I recommend getting the brownie or the giant chocolate chip cookie. They are delicious! The pizza is what you would expect from a restaurant chain. They are open late so you can order when you are ready.
We ordered a thin crust 3 topping pizza. The crust was like chewing on cardboard. The toppings were good. It was delivered in a timely manner. .
I ordered the dinner box. The cinnamon stick were overdone and tough. The pizza did not have any sauce (or very little, not visible, not detectable).
Get my order right,this is the 2 ND time this has happened. I ordered a cheese, a bacon, and a pork pizza. I got a pork pizza, sausage and pepperoni pizza. I was home already so I blew it off and figured I would let you know today. Very unhappy

This is only a takeout and not casual dining. Drove a half hour to sit down at a Pizza Hut only to find a one man counter. They should have a designation for the Pizza Hut take out only so more people don't waste their time.
My pizza was half cooked and it was not properly cut .. I had to recut oversized slices .. I payed for BBQ sauce I never got and I ordered cinnamon rolls and only 3 had icing on em they were dry

Man at counter was wearing a baseball type hat sitting sideways, ganster style, I received notice that my food was ready for pickup at 6:40. When i got there at 6:40 they said it was not ready yet. It would be the next one out, will 4 more came out, no reason. I finally got my pizza about 7:15. Pizza was not good, through must of it away. I will be getting pizza any place but Pizza Hut
Asked for pizza with sausage. Employee said pepperoni. I said , no sausage. He said sorry, sausage it is. Reciept said pepperoni. I said to him, no, I ordered sausage. He said ok. Guess what!??? I got pepperoni. No excues
I think they left our food under the heat lamp a long time. Our order we could hardly swallow it was so dry. Even the 3 orders of cinnabon were stuck to the tray and completely dried out discusting! We paid 5.99 for each of the cinnabon trays cuz we nibble off them for days. I am pretty upset and it was $50 down the damn drain! With tip tax and delivery charge yup $50 that we had to toss out. Pittiful
Ordered a large Supreme thin n crispy and a small gluten free meatlovers for pick up for nearly $30. The toppings were a big disappointment. We just had this same order at the Bushnell location and the toppings were noticeably more. Quite a bit more. If this location needs to skimp on toppings this much, then it's not worth the cost and I won't order here again.
the restaurant was under staffed. Ordered online and said my order would be ready in 20 - 30 minutes. Arrived at the store at the 25 minute mark and it was not ready until 55 minutes. At least 25 over the estimate. Ordered the Edge and there was almost no cheese and no sauce on the pizza. The worst pizza I have ever received. Will not order the edge ever again.
I walked in to order two pizza's. I was told 10 to 15 minutes. I waited in my car and returned 15 minutes later only to be told my order was to be made next. I returned and picked up my order. The pizza looked as if it had sat out for hours and was dry with very little toppings. I was disappointed, to say the least.
Despite not arriving earlier than the timeframe given, my husband had to wait for a very long time for the staff inside to notice that he had checked in for curbside pickup and bring out the pizzas. They also forgot the dipping sauce for the bread sticks and there was no seasoning on the the crust of two of the pizzas. Overall a really mediocre experience.
We called ahead to order two (2) medium Pepperoni Pizzas and said that we would be there to pick them up within 15 minutes, which we were. My wife commented on how HOT the boxes were and they were much hotter than usual. When we opened them at home we both said: "that they looked dry and had been prepared well in advance." One of the worst pizzas in a long time. Pizza Hut used to be our favorite. 3 topping pizza had hardly any toppings (like one pepperoni slice per slice). Really gone downhill. OH, and they charge for cheese now and no red peppers.
Worst Pizza Hut I've ever had at any location. Burned crust on the bottom, but still very soggy on top. I am wondering if this was frozen and reheated in the oven. I will not return to Pizza Hut for a long time. Complete waste of money.
I usually have a great experience with them. But tonight on the phone with Lyn, since she assumed I didn’t know how to spell her name she spelled it to me. She is in the wrong line of work. And then I talked back to her the way she talked to me she hung up on me. The manager was wonderful but she is in the wrong line of work. Lyn!!!

Person I talk to name Lynn sounded very rude to me over the phone and gave me attitude when I asked about the pricing of different pizzas and such and she talked to me like I was an idiot if I was stupid or something. I don't think she she needs to be in line of work like that the way she talks with customers .
Awful horrible customer service and communication. Waited an hour and a half for them to tell me im out of their deliver area after i gave them the address when I originally ordered. Then when i called they acted like i was told they didnt deliver here. Now its 10 30pm Im in a hotel here from denver now my 2 year old son have to walk and go find something to eat at the gas station.

Out of every pizza place I've ever been. This was the worst made pizza I've ever bought. I feel like a 7-11 pizza would have been the better choice. They touch money and food with the same unwashed, ungloved hands. They take 30 mins to make a carry out order.... And it wasn't busy. Not by a long shot. There was maybe 12 pepperoni on the whole pizza. Some slices didn't even have cheese.... Like...put some pep in your step.hire better people. Cause this sucked.
This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had experiences with. I have had multiple problems with this store. Waited 5 mins before because everyone was outside the back door and I kept going in and out the front door because I could see them out there and thought the door chime would bring them in and even called the store before finally getting them to come inside, then was rudely told they were doing cleaning in the back when I could clearly see them outside. Put in a carryout order and a pick up time was sent to me then I get a phone call from the store after 5 mins rudely saying I had 5 min to pick up my pizza because the store was closing and they were locking the doors. Tonight my pizza and double order of cheese bread is over cooked and browned (dried out). even the cheese in the stuffed crust was absorbed into the crust and a hole going through the outside crust where the cheese should have been. This store is beyond ridiculous. Choose another one for service.
Not only was the girl I spoke to rude and unhelpful, I also waited almost 1-1/2hrs for my delivery. I don't expect to deal with any rocket scientists but the combination of stupidity and arrogance is truly frustrating. Spend your money elsewhere. There are far better Pizza Huts than the Summerfield location.
Pls dont come to this store . They dont deliver the right order that i paid for . They gave my order to order person instead
Make sure everything someone orders for delivery is delivered to them. In cases like mine I had to call back and ask it to be re sent to my house and after an hour of waiting for that and all my food now being ice cold I finally called back a second time and just got a refund..they need to be able to get in touch with their drivers while they're out on the deliveries.
A 5 year old can prepare better food then this
The pizza and breadsticks we where looking forward to exceled at disappointing us. We placed our order at 5.04 and it was delivered by 6ish. It arrived very cold and to add insult it was undercooked, won't be ordering from this restaurant again.

Waited 30 - 40 min for my order. Driver called and was rude and. Ouldnt even understand English. Hung up on me. Never received my pizza. Call center or not, you work for pizza hut.
First and last time i order from there. My food was delivered stuck to the box, the fries box was dented in like if they threw my 2 liter on top of the food. not to mention my 2 liter was not broken open but was open enough that it was flat when i broke it open. On top of all that, only the pasta was warm everything else was cold. I think the bread sticks were old i took one bite and threw them away because of how stale they were. I heated the fries and ate the pasta but threw away the soda and breadsticks and in total spent 23.59 for ok service. For 23 dollars i could of just made the food myself for more than one person im not mad just disappointed today was my birthday and i stood home to relax and just order some food and thats what i get thanks guys for making my day better. Just lost a potential customer.
Second time we ordered from this pizza hut. They once again forgot our garlic sauce. Called and spoke to manager Tina and she was useless. She said it was our fault even though my husband called and verified right after placing the order. They need a manager who understands customer service a nd not a manager who is rude and condescending.
I went into this store for a pepperoni pizza with a hand tossed crust. Got home and crust is paper thin and it sucks!!! It's burned, no sauce and hard as a brick! I am beyond angry! Never will I buy another pizza from Pizza Hut! You should just shut down if you can't do any better than that!
If I could give a negative score I would. I ordered and paid via Pizza Huts site. Never received my order and they will not refund it because they dont have their own drivers and go through door dash. I didnt pay door dash. The door dash driver couldnt find my house and didnt want to listen to instruction. I paid pizza hut. They offered a credit. I want a refund. I will never order again...i am going to BBB and to corporate. If they arent giving a refund that credit better be waiting. This is the worst customer service! It is not my fault they son't have their own staff.
My husband ordered pizza just a little while ago and messed up and put pick up instead of delivery and when he tried to correct it, he got disconnected and then we can't get a hold of them to change it. He just gets a recording saying that they open at 11. WHAT IS GOING ON PIZZA HUT? He paid for the pizza and he can't even cancel it.
I'm not sure if anyone that works at this pizza knows how to make a pizza BAB BAD SERVICE .took over a hour just to get a pizza and went they went to put it in the box they dropped it now another 20 minutes. We will Never got to this pizza hut again.
We ordered 5 pizzas and they looked like someone dropped them. I cant believe they served the pizzas in that condition. They tasted gross,as well. Some slices were super thin and some were hand tossed. It was unbelievable! I used to like this pizza hut!
Ouch.. placed an order, they said it would take 2+ hours for delivery! No way, we’re coming to pick it up. Employee said that would take 30 minutes max for pick up instead of 2+ hrs for delivery.. come to pick up, employee brings out 3 pizzas.. forgetting the rest of the order.. lost and confused on our order, the employee then says we have to wait 15 mins longer for the rest of our order. We got here 5-7 minutes after scheduled pickup time, so nearly 1 hour for pick up when “promised” 30 minutes.. the employees are nice and apologetic but need to prepare better, don’t promise and stay proactive ! Especially for a Saturday night! Hopefully it was worth the wait, we shall see!!!
After waiting for an Hour for my medium cheese pizza i called only to be put on hold for 15 minutes and told my order was in the hot box and still fresh. From 90 minutes earlier. Paid for drivers tip and was told have a good rest of your night. Had to microwave the dried out pizza pizza in which case i just threw it away from being absolutely disgusting. Will never order from this location again. 3rd times the strike out with the other 2 incidents being "not what i ordered at all" and " over an hour wait" for pizza when im 3 Miles down the road. Wow, just wow is all i have to even say. Sincerely, former Pizza Hut customer.
We recently ordered three different pizzas from here. One pepperoni, one with mushrooms and pineapple, and one with just cheese and pineapple. When they arrived only the pepperoni pizza was correct. One had only pepperoni and mushrooms and one with just cheese. They were sent back to be remade. However when they arrived for the second time the pineapple was just thrown on top and not cooked new and the pizza was cold. I understand the initial mix up, however these pizzas should have been remade the correct way.
This Pizza Hut store and apparently a lot of others are now using DoorDash to deliver. Every time I get something delivered by DoorDash, something is missing or comes cold this time it’s both. They will not do returns they will give you credit or deliver. Beware.
I don’t understand if you know you’re short staffed and it takes a half an hour to an hour to make a pizza and what are you doing? It’s not just this Pizza Hut. It’s all fast food places. No one wants to work in the ones that do work slack off.
Manager was busy in the phone and know one could take my exact change for over 10 minutes. Cold pizza now. Other guy was rude bc I kept making the door ding but I was trying to leave for over ten minutes. For exact change. Manager still on phone.
We placed 5:52 pm this Tuesday night on their website. It quoted me 60-80 minutes for delivery. After two hours I called and they said the driver is out and will be back to get ours next. We told them just give us a refund because our little one needs to go to bed so we’ll make him pasta. They said they’ll give us a store refund. We said we will no longer order from them and just please give us a refund. He continued to tell us he’ll give us store credit. We asked to speak to a manager and was told there’s no manager in the store and a few minutes later after going back and forth he said there’s a manger here but can’t refund the money so we asked to speak to him and we were told if you need to speak to him come up to the store. We said we’re trying to get the little one settled in bed for school tomorrow and we’re not coming out so we were put on hold for 36. Meanwhile the delivery tracker said they sent out the pizza We decided to call on our other phone when they picked and we asked why we were on hold for so long. We had the manager on the phone within minutes and told him we want a refund and he layed down the phone for 26 minutes. He came back and asked us if we paid with cash or credit?!?!?!?!?! Ummmm credit….. we did it on the website. We will now have a credit within 24-48 hours 🤞 let’s see!
At 5pm I tried to order off the deals menu, just an $8.99 large one toping cheap pizza. The web site was so slow and eventually froze. I called the store and the lady asked my phone number and pulled up my account. I explained that my order history should show I get the exact same thing every time. She, in broken English ( I'm not a Karen or racist) couldn't understand so I asked to speak to the manager. She said " the manager isn't here what do you want" I said to speak to someone in charge, she hung up on me! I drove to Wawa, got a $7.99 pizza. There's too many other places to get food then to be treated poorly.
Delivery took an hour and 30 minutes longer than initially told. Could not speak to store, went to a call center and in this time we were on hold 20 minutes. When order was finally received it was wrong and all COLD. If you don’t care when you get your order and don’t care to speak to someone at the local store AND if you like your food cold…go ahead and order from here it will be perfect for you!
I don’t even care that my order was late and when we called the guy said “someone” hadn’t called a doordasher to pick our pizza up. He said it would be 15 more min which is fine and was totally fine. We asked for a discount for the inconvenience (also if we haven’t called it wouldn’t have gotten done) the guy paused said yes and immediately hung up. That’s what upset us. How rude especially for a mistake on their end. Called later to ask for a manager and nothing. So who ever the guy was worked at this Pizza Hut 7/30 @610 screw you.
We ordered from here for the first time in what seems like forever, big mistake. It truly blows my mind how absolutely disgusting Pizza Huts food has become. We ordered a pan pizza, the dough had the consistency of chewing on a packing peanut, and the cheese tasted like some artificial mix of things that appears to be cheese. Also picked up bread sticks that were so over cooked and hard that I could've put a hole in a wall with them if thrown. So sad to see because I loved Pizza Hut growing up, it was the only pizza we would order. Saying it's 1/10th of what it used to be, would be far too generous.
Went in at 9pm tonight to order a pizza. No one was at the register to take the orders . Music blaring in the kitchen. One guy I saw making pizza's. I yelled out Hello but no response. No one would come out and take my order and I walked out.
They can't plan ahead. Each time k placed an order in advance they fouled up. When I followed up to assure each shift was on top of it, they fouled up. When I complained they only gave me credit for half the amount. When a large order is placed online and in person it needs to have the manager navigate the order. No more pizza chain for me.
I ordered 2 big box deals which included 2 medium, ont topping pizzas. 2 with pepperoni and two were with sausage. They were supposed to be hand tossed but we received thin crust. Pepperonis and sausage were almost burnt. Very disappointed and will never from pizza hut again.
I went here tonight to pick up an order and when I arrived, I had opened the boxes to make sure everything was right and the chicken pizza that I had ordered was just a regular cheese pizza so I told the gentleman they had made a mistake and they said I could wait for another one to be made However I was running out of time. So I just said I’ll take the cheese pizza and went home with it when I got home my kids and I began to eat and realized that it didn’t even have sauce. It was just cheese and bread so I called the manager at the location and expressed To her the concern and asked if they could send somebody out to deliver a pizza so the kids could eat And she told me that they had a 5 mile radius keep in mind. My house is 5.8 miles away. She went back-and-forth with me telling me there’s nothing she can do due to the 5.8 not being five and told me to head back that way and grab another one when it’s ready. I was shocked they would not make an acceptation due to there mistake twice. So we threw it away and that’s the last time I’ll eat there. Bad staff and morally wrong management
I go to Orlando often and never have an issue with the Pizza Hut locations there, however, it seems there is always an issue with this one in Summerfield. Tonight I ordered pizza and desert, and because I didn't have anything to drink here I added on a 2 liter diet Pepsi. Of course the 2 liter didn't make it even though I was charged for it. So frustrating. When I called they said they would credit it ($4.19 they rounded up to 5)...at this point I don't think that $5 credit will entice me to spend another $40 or $50 next time.
I went in for the pan pizza specials. My pizza was cooked in a pasta pan. It was Not the same as a ppp. Pan pizza has a crispy greasy crust. This was doughy and soft, not raw but weird. I called to let them know that people would rather wait, then get sub par food. I was informed that that's how they do it when they have specials. He said they cook in the same oven at the same temperature, just a different pan. I'm glad it was only $7 with a tip that I wasted. I also sent reminders to about 30 people today, and now I have to contact them all to tell them not to bother going. I will say that the front-end people were polite and friendly.
Absolutely ridiculous! Called to order a pizza at 10:30 and heard the voice prompt saying "we are closed now".... here's the order they missed....Large meat lovers pizza.... double the sauce, double the cheese... triple the meats...10 parmesaen cheese packets....20 wings with 8 ranch dressings. An easy $70 order...but because they don't need the money or are too lazy.. they closed early... even their website said they don't close until 11pm. If you are going to advertise being open till 11pm...be open! I live directly behind you in Spruce Creek subdivision...I wasn't going to ask them to deliver... another example of businesses taking customers for granted...Pizza Hut will get my money tomorrow...but it will be in Belleview.. I can eat there for lunch tomorrow at a fraction of what I would have spent tonight. I may just say screw Pizza Hut...there are many other options in Summerfield and surrounding areas. If they don't value the customer, why should we value them?. UPDATE: Once again... Saturday night I called to order wings before they're posted closing time....voice prompt saying "We're closed"... Called Domino's and they were happy to deliver 64 chicken wings...how pathetic is Pizza Hut now? Domino's actually delivered after their closing hours...12:20am. Thanks Domino's! Here's the kicker...I tipped the driver $30 because he was taking time away from his family. Hopefully that will help him and his family out.
Delivery person did not ring doorbell, call or text so we finally realized food had been sitting outside for a while. Pizza and wings were cold and cheese on pie was all coagulated and greasy. Between cost, delivery fees and tip it was a wasted almost $50. Wasted money. So disappointed since we had just returned from international travel, different time zones, etc and were exhausted.
I recently had an unfortunate experience at Pizza Hut that I feel compelled to share. As someone who has enjoyed their pizza in the past, my visit left a lot to be desired, primarily due to unprofessional attitudes and extremely slow service. During my visit, I was waiting for two DoorDash orders and quickly noticed that the staff were struggling to keep up with the demand. It was particularly concerning to observe an older woman working there who seemed overwhelmed and unable to manage the orders efficiently. Instead of teamwork and support, the atmosphere felt chaotic and disorganized, leading to long wait times that were frustrating for everyone involved. What was most upsetting, however, was witnessing a young employee—a kid—who accidentally dropped a pizza while trying to juggle multiple tasks. Instead of receiving constructive guidance and support, he was ridiculed by some of his coworkers. It was disheartening to see a young worker belittled for an honest mistake, especially when the pressure of the environment was clearly too much for him. After this incident, he was sent home, which only added to the negative atmosphere in the restaurant. Overall, my experience at Pizza Hut was disappointing. Professionalism and teamwork are critical in a fast-paced environment, and the lack of both here was evident. I hope management addresses these issues and fosters a more supportive atmosphere for both employees and customers in the future. Pizza Hut has potential, but they need to ensure that their team is well-trained and treated with respect to improve the overall experience.
We ordered a medium, thin Crust pizza, with mushrooms, pineapple and ham. It tastes like it had been setting for a long time! It was extremely dry and tasted like cardboard! Very disappointed!
We placed an order for delivery and I don't think they got a single thing right. We ordered a Pepsi, they gave us Dr Pepper. We ordered a pineapple pizza with bacon and ham, they smothered it in onions and olives. They put our garlic cheese sticks and CINNAMON STICKS in the same box, which resulted in the cheese sticks being covered in cinnamon sugar which was absolutely disgusting. They also never gave us our 8 boneless wings. When we tried to call to get a refund we were met with a call center who transferred us to the actual store, and we were left on hold for TWENTY MINUTES. I tried calling again, and was on hold for ANOTHER 25 MINUTES. AN HOUR WASTED TRYING TO GET A REFUND. Which we NEVER got. Will never eat here again, I don't recommend it to anyone. Disgusting, cold, stale food that they can't even package properly.
Visited this "place of business " tonight to pick up an order. While I waited (for at least 26 minutes past pick up time) I saw the sweet, kind counter girl go into the back kitchen and try to communicate with the "lady" cooking pizzas. Two times this woman talked to the poor counter girl like she was an indentured servant. Kitchen lady told the girl to "shut up and get outta my face". Loud enough for all the customers (at least 5 of us) to hear. Counter girl says sorry, sorry ,sorry and comes back holding back tears. Eventually, mean kitchen lady comes to counter, dressed like a bum, with my order. As she enters, counter girl says something to her very quietly and kitchen lady responds with "you need to shut up and go away" I finally had enough of this sweet, quiet counter girl being abused by an older, nasty coworker and I said to kitchen lady " hey you shouldn't talk to her like that" . She quickly snapped back " I'm her momma and I'll say whatever I want to her"!!. Talk about shocking and honestly just sad. If she talks like this to her baby girl in public, at their place of work, how does she talk to her in private?!?? I then asked mean momma "what is your name" and she responded with "nunya" and strutted back to the kitchen like she owns the place. Also at the counter when this took place was "manager" Barbara. I asked her what was the name of mean lady and she refused to give me her name but finally told me her name is Melissa, after I repeated my question 3 times. She said this is something she (store manager) will "take care of" but never said a word to the verbally abusive kitchen lady the whole time she was going off on counter girl. I will be reporting this to corporate first thing Monday morning. Counter girl is being used as a verbal punching bag AT WORK and something needs to be done about it.
Ordered 2 pppizas got 1 ordered bread sticks with 2 sace, ordered a Pepsi ask what size, wanted a single serve bottle, did not get it. Called got charged for a 2 litre so got that got no pizza cause now the are out of personal pan dogs, got my extra sauce, and more burnt bread sticks. If I could rate lower I would.
For the third time now, we have had terrible service from this store. We ordered at 5:40 through the app which said it was successfully processed, but then I received an email stating the order was not processed. Since we were paying cash, I knew it wasn’t a payment processing issue, so I called the store, but instead got the call center. The call center representative picked up the phone and then immediately hung up and I was redirected back to hold music. I called again and after a wait an agent answered, but could not tell me why I received the email, what the problem was or how to fix it. He said I HAD to order through him. He confirmed the delivery time was 30 minutes. After taking my order, I informed him I wanted to use our rewards points on an item, and was only then told that reward points couldn’t be redeemed over the phone. As I was frustrated, I declined to put the order through via phone and decided to try ordering through the website. I finally got our order processed at 5:55, and received confirmation that our order would arrive at 6:25. Then, at 6:45, we receive a text saying that our order was outsourced to DoorDash and wouldn’t arrive until 7:11, over an hour after ordering. I called the store again, and again got the call center. The call center couldn’t answer any questions despite being the place you call to get answers, but they did patch me through to the actual store so I could speak with them. After waiting almost twenty minutes on hold, the store finally answered and after another ten minutes of back and forth they tell me that the call center patched me through to the wrong store! I call the right store, get the call center AGAIN, but can’t get anyone to answer. The order finally arrives at 7:09, and of course the breadsticks were overcooked and tough and the wings had hardly any sauce on them. After the third terrible experience we won’t ever be ordering from them via delivery again, and I’m forewarning others that it’s a waste of money, way too much money at that.
I ordered through the Pizza Hut website for delivery and I live .6 miles from their store. They use Door Dash for all deliveries apparently and the driver was sent to a completely different area of town. When I called the store they said it wasn't their problem once it is picked up by the delivery driver. When did responsibility, customer loyalty, and pride in your company's reputation stop mattering???
I placed an order for a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, breadsticks and the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. When I picked up the order I received the wrong pizza. It took over 20 minutes to get a replacement by that time my bread sticks were cold and when I got home I realized the cinnamon rolls were burnt and the glaze was old and discolored. as a professional cook it discusts me that they would serve that to a customer. The employees except for the guy at the counter seemed to not know what they were doing and the manager seemed more worried about talking then pushing orders out.
Last Night we ordered two family box and the cheese was bad and it smell bad and then we called and had them remake it and they said that their system is down and they wanted to give us a $ 15.00 dollars credit out of $52.00 dollars and we said make it or give me my money back , they finally said oh we can make it for you . And this is the finish product ..
