I came for breakfast, the staff were amazing! So friendly and kind. The food was perfect and plentiful. I'll definitely be back very soon. 100% recommended.
The staff provided excellent service. The food was good, especially the sandwiches. It's not like other typical fast-food places. If I want something tasty, I'll definitely keep it in mind. The only downside would be the price, but if you come occasionally, it's worth it because the food is so good, in my opinion.
Great experience. The barbecue ribs were delicious, we liked it overall. It would be better if, like in other Vips restaurants, the water came in glass bottles.
The customer service was perfect; I was absolutely delighted, especially with Santi, who served us and gave us excellent advice. The food, unlike other Vips restaurants, is spectacular—just like in the photos, incredibly generous portions, and prepared with care. Every time I want to go to a Vips, I'll come here.

The roast beef on the menu is delicious, melting in your mouth with tenderness. The burrata burger is quite good because of the burrata, the Angus beef could be better. Overall, I quite like the food here and will return. 5 stars in every way except for the hybrid table service, which I don't quite understand (although the staff is efficient and very friendly). The prices aren't exactly those of a drive-thru.

We are ready to enjoy our meal every time we are at the shopping centre. Good quality, quick service, nice atmosphere. We are highly recommended to come and try they meal.

Soft drinks free refill! But on site only. Take away drinks only in can.
Almost 45 minutes to get our lunch. A defrosted gluten-free bread and people passing by our order. Not a place for celiacs if you want a quick meal.
Always have stuff missing off the menu. Even the salads are missing items.
We wanted to try the red velvet pancakes, but unfortunately, they didn't have the fruit they were supposed to have. Since they didn't have it, we asked if they could give us strawberry syrup instead. They told us it would be a €0.60 supplement, which I thought was absurd. The employee replied that she was just following the rules! Absurd rules in a situation like this! I've always been happy with the food, the quality, etc. This was completely out of line. And then they brought me this! I asked for complaint forms and a refund, which they refused. A very arrogant employee only made the already awful situation worse. Thankfully, the kitchen guy was much nicer and knew how to talk things out and negotiate.
