The staff provided excellent service. The food was good, especially the sandwiches. It's not like other typical fast-food places. If I want something tasty, I'll definitely keep it in mind. The only downside would be the price, but if you come occasionally, it's worth it because the food is so good, in my opinion.

Great experience. The barbecue ribs were delicious, we liked it overall. It would be better if, like in other Vips restaurants, the water came in glass bottles.

The customer service was perfect; I was absolutely delighted, especially with Santi, who served us and gave us excellent advice. The food, unlike other Vips restaurants, is spectacular—just like in the photos, incredibly generous portions, and prepared with care. Every time I want to go to a Vips, I'll come here.

The roast beef on the menu is delicious, melting in your mouth with tenderness. The burrata burger is quite good because of the burrata, the Angus beef could be better. Overall, I quite like the food here and will return. 5 stars in every way except for the hybrid table service, which I don't quite understand (although the staff is efficient and very friendly). The prices aren't exactly those of a drive-thru.
