Burgers are as usual tasty. And i prefer burger king because of their grill burgers with low fat which are far better for health than anyother fast food. Staff is friendly , helping and professional. Sitting upstairs is really cool and classy. Great experience.. Surely recommended.

Honedtly, better than expected. Double Whopper with cheese was decent. Much better than Big Mac. I was honestly surprised.

It was an alright experience in my opinion, the food was what you'd expect, pretty good. The bathroom was a chaos though, and the shelf where you place your tray was full, almost overflowing.

Food is good. But be prepared for waiting for at least 30 minutes after you order. If you during lunch break you might wait a long time to get food.

Cleaner than other restaurants, though the coffee was just OK.

Decent place, convenient location, probably no washroom or I could not find it. I found Frankfurt in general lacking any decent food options so I switched to Burger king to at least have a known meal.

Fast food chain food but I just love their Fire Hotwings which were tasty and spicy enough. Typical fast food restaurants who were busy and crowded and you can order through their machine and pay with cards or order at the cashier. We got the food quite fast.

It can take a while for food to come but it's decent plus it's plenty of bang for your buck especially if you have the app for coupons. However I'd order takeout because place doesn't seem as clean and well maintained as it could be.

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed: I had become used to Burger King not really being "fast" food, but this time it was - despite there being a considerable queue. The food was good, but not extraordinarily good. The atmosphere was also good: I mean in the city centre you are ready to cope with all kinds of disturbers, but I had quite a peaceful time. The TV program that they are running is OK for a little distraction.

The interior is outdated and crammed with people. Also, there was always a malfunctioning terminal.

2nd visit Was better than the first. at my first visit i had to wait a long time for my order and got a coupon for compensation but it was of no use since I would have had to download a new app in order to redeem it. also the burger bun was dry and old. second time around the veggie burger was good and Service acceptable.

The new branch on konstablerwache is very beautiful, it felt nice to sit there but the food is as always not as good as McDonald's!

They don't know how to prepare what they have in the menu, and then they argue with you about it.

The food is always tasty and good but whenever I ordered food from this branch (Schillerstraße 3, 60313 Frankfurt am Main) via Lieferando, Some parts of my order are always missing like deeping sauces or the Donuts 🍩 This time I had two sauces with my order- mayonnaise and sour cream, but I didn't get any. Whenever I ordered food from 'Burger King' they did the same thing. This is probably the third time I've complained to Leferando about the same thing. This time I also sent an email to the official email id of 'Burger King' so that they can handle the matter more seriously.

Simply the worst in Frankfurt. Takes hours to receive your order and always have to check because they miss items of your order. Not a great set up regarding staff and efficiency

Had to wait 40 minutes for 3 small Burgers and then they even forgot one and it took even longer. This Burger King isn't really that great but rather this than McDonalds

The Whopper lacked quality and taste. It was also lukewarm. The fries also lacked flavor and taste. Felt like I wasted my euro eating here. Service was fine and the restaurant itself is nice. I won’t eat here again.

The station were the place is located is a very suggestive, but the restaurant was terrible. I never saw a fast food kept in a such bad state like this one: during my meal I saw two pigeons entering and wandering around the tables and no one of the staff did nothing and if that was not antigenic enough I saw a dead mouse under the heath system, near my table. I was too shocked even for photograph it, as soon I saw it I stopped eating and I run away. The food nothing special, but of very low quality even for a fast food.

The place smells SO bad. We could barely breathe. Staff was so lazy and slow. They made orders wait like 10-15 minutes. There were at least 20 burgers ready but because of the operational problem they were not able to serve. We ordered 2 ice-creams but they hand in them after 20 minutes. Place was also not clean. I would never recommend this place.

I ordered chicken burger and they gave me beef burger. I have not even received apology. They did gave chicken burger but it was again different chicken burger which I intended to order. I again went to ask this seems different chicken burger but they denied. I felt very disappointing.

Terrible service, lack of respect for customers, especially tourists. The staff attending on 14/09/2024 at 11:15 PM were rude and inattentive.

I was yesterday with my friends there late night, 30’ before their closing as it seemed to be , and while we were still sitting on the second floor eating with 2 more tables occupied from other groups , they DECIDED TO TURN OFF THE LIGHTS AND to immediately start doing closing . No previous notice happened , neither when we where ordering , neither after something like “ okay guys we closing the upper floor “ , or okay guys in 5 minutes closing . Whatsoever they TURNED OFF ALL THE LIGHTS OF THE SHOP and the clearly unprofessional staff ,came up with the flash light to check without even saying a word . someone could amazingly trip in there . Since you couldn’t see nothing of where’s the stairs or so . I guess the owner of the franchise needs to be aware of how the staff is handling “ costumers safety “ in this shop .

Unfortunately for my favorite fast food chain, this one in this location is disaster. The service in this restaurant is a big disaster. Not capable workers or even able to speak or understand English. They prepare everything slow, and even wrong. Try to avoid this Branch if you don't want to be disappointed in Burger King experience. Terrible service, lack of respect for customers, especially tourists. And the worst of the worst, the crew that is working there behind the counter where you can literally see them preparing your food THEY ARE NOT USING GLOVES AT ALL❗️❗️. Someone who is touching food, that is someone supposed to eat, guys, you need to pay little bit more attention about the cleanliness of the restaurant also, the tables are disaster!

Worst experience with the staff and food I am not going back to this branch again. I ordered fries, onions rings plus drink. Onion rings was bearly eatable. When I told them that the fries are not fresh, they started arguing that I am also graduate I know what are the standards. Drink was not better than water. TERRIBLE AND RUDE MANAGER. Ordered chilli cheese fries + onion rings + drink. Drink came with no ice. Chilli cheese fries were not fresh The Night Shift Manager didn’t agree. He gave a lecture on how he is an graduate and so he knows everything. We left the food at the counter. No reaction from fellow or the staff.

Never again. The terminals to order are extremely buggy, the waiting time is way too long, but the worst thing is the food. The onion rings were barely fried and uneatable, the fries were basically bricks and the fanta was flavored water. So 50% of our order was uneatable. When i went to complain, there was a line of people with complaints, so it seems like not a singular incident!
