It can take a while for food to come but it's decent plus it's plenty of bang for your buck especially if you have the app for coupons. However I'd order takeout because place doesn't seem as clean and well maintained as it could be.

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed: I had become used to Burger King not really being "fast" food, but this time it was - despite there being a considerable queue. The food was good, but not extraordinarily good. The atmosphere was also good: I mean in the city centre you are ready to cope with all kinds of disturbers, but I had quite a peaceful time. The TV program that they are running is OK for a little distraction.

The Whopper lacked quality and taste. It was also lukewarm. The fries also lacked flavor and taste. Felt like I wasted my euro eating here. Service was fine and the restaurant itself is nice. I won’t eat here again.

The station were the place is located is a very suggestive, but the restaurant was terrible. I never saw a fast food kept in a such bad state like this one: during my meal I saw two pigeons entering and wandering around the tables and no one of the staff did nothing and if that was not antigenic enough I saw a dead mouse under the heath system, near my table. I was too shocked even for photograph it, as soon I saw it I stopped eating and I run away. The food nothing special, but of very low quality even for a fast food.

The place smells SO bad. We could barely breathe. Staff was so lazy and slow. They made orders wait like 10-15 minutes. There were at least 20 burgers ready but because of the operational problem they were not able to serve. We ordered 2 ice-creams but they hand in them after 20 minutes. Place was also not clean. I would never recommend this place.

I was yesterday with my friends there late night, 30’ before their closing as it seemed to be , and while we were still sitting on the second floor eating with 2 more tables occupied from other groups , they DECIDED TO TURN OFF THE LIGHTS AND to immediately start doing closing . No previous notice happened , neither when we where ordering , neither after something like “ okay guys we closing the upper floor “ , or okay guys in 5 minutes closing . Whatsoever they TURNED OFF ALL THE LIGHTS OF THE SHOP and the clearly unprofessional staff ,came up with the flash light to check without even saying a word . someone could amazingly trip in there . Since you couldn’t see nothing of where’s the stairs or so . I guess the owner of the franchise needs to be aware of how the staff is handling “ costumers safety “ in this shop .

Unfortunately for my favorite fast food chain, this one in this location is disaster. The service in this restaurant is a big disaster. Not capable workers or even able to speak or understand English. They prepare everything slow, and even wrong. Try to avoid this Branch if you don't want to be disappointed in Burger King experience. Terrible service, lack of respect for customers, especially tourists. And the worst of the worst, the crew that is working there behind the counter where you can literally see them preparing your food THEY ARE NOT USING GLOVES AT ALL❗️❗️. Someone who is touching food, that is someone supposed to eat, guys, you need to pay little bit more attention about the cleanliness of the restaurant also, the tables are disaster!

Worst experience with the staff and food I am not going back to this branch again. I ordered fries, onions rings plus drink. Onion rings was bearly eatable. When I told them that the fries are not fresh, they started arguing that I am also graduate I know what are the standards. Drink was not better than water. I have seen rats roaming around with your food 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤢 Don't waste your money on this branch.

TERRIBLE AND RUDE MANAGER. Ordered chilli cheese fries + onion rings + drink. Drink came with no ice. Chilli cheese fries were not fresh The Night Shift Manager didn’t agree. He gave a lecture on how he is an graduate and so he knows everything. We left the food at the counter. No reaction from fellow or the staff.

Never again. The terminals to order are extremely buggy, the waiting time is way too long, but the worst thing is the food. The onion rings were barely fried and uneatable, the fries were basically bricks and the fanta was flavored water. So 50% of our order was uneatable. When i went to complain, there was a line of people with complaints, so it seems like not a singular incident!
