Honestly their burgers are still as big as originally, They didn't shrink over the years like McDonald's or Carl's Jr. Wish I could say the same about the others but they all shrank. Burger kings burgers have actually maintained their size and fries and way better than others, they also have sweet and sour. Definitely must keep them in business for their food quality and quantity. I had their Texas burger, my kid had their melt, and also ordered their churro fries which were really good, better than Jack's mini, sorry, but it's true. Everything tasted fresh, crunchy and with flavor, I was still surprised. Had been a while since I last had it. Definitely recommended!

The service was very fast. I ordered the Happy Meals for my dog, so he got a toy too. Happy Meals came with the order. My dog was very happy that he got the toy, too. The lady who served me , she was attentive and very friendly. I liked the fast service of the drive through service. My dog ate the hamburger, and he played with the toy. He didn't like the apple juice and French fries. It was a great experience from the Burger King.

Breakfast for a family of three for $10 this was a bargain, it was delicious, fast, clean and at a great value we definitely like the deals that they have for breakfast also the staff is very friendly and the food was delicious.

I visited this location today, and I was so impressed with the food and customer service. The cashier was friendly and professional. Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The team worked so fast and efficient. As a former fast food manager I could tell that they had their aces in their places. I will definitely be visiting again. Thanks team👏🏼

It was good. I was hoping to have a Beyond Meat burger. They did not have it. The gal behind the counter said they should have the BM burger by the end of this month. After I ordered 🍟 fries and coffee, paid the bill, she says they have a veggie burger. Too late. 😌

The food was good at this location, the person who took our order was kind and well spoken. The meal was enjoyable, the hamburgers we ordered had plenty of fresh toppings. The chicken nuggets were hot and tender. Fries were fair and the meal was prepared fast.

This burger king is never crowded which is good during lunch time on the weekdays so you'll get your order faster, also they just gotten a major remodeled dinning area and as well to the out side of the building which looks much cleaner

I really love Burger king og chicken sandwich. Ive been eating it for the past 30 years. The sandwich was satisfactory. Not up to par with other places. I walked in to the restaurant bc no one was inside. So i was the sole person inside. My food still took more than 15 minutes. This is why i only gave it 3 stars hopefully with this the manager might do something to help move things alobg.

The grease was dirty. My fries were all brown from either re cooking or nasty grease. I threw them out the window and just fed the birds.

Poor service for Sunday morning breakfast. Went through the drive thru and had no response when I pulled in until I had prompted them. No friendly welcome at the window and coffee/crossanwich was disappointing

If you can catch a deal the prices are okay if you put the app on your phone. The wait times at this location are extremely long inside as well as drive-thru. Two employees in the back cooking two employees at the checkout locations. Newly renovated and covid prepped

Ordered impossible burger on the app. Proceeded to the location after 15 minutes. Got up to the drive thru voice order box. Said "I ordered on the app" twice. Told to proceed to the drive thru window. One car was ahead of me; that car waited about 5 minutes for the order to come out. Went to the window after the car left. Waited for about 5 minutes before attendant asked me if I wanted catsup with the fries. Told him I did not order that. Asked me same thing again. Told him the same thing. He asked what I wanted. I told him impossible burger. Rang me up and asked for $7.xx. Told him I already ordered on the app. "Oh! Name on the order?" Gave my name. Finally started preparing my order. That took another 5 minutes or so. All in all, about a quarter of an hour before I got my order. "Sorry about that." And off I left. I pitied those cars behind me. If a simple order takes 15 minutes waiting at the drive thru window, that's only 4 customers an hour. Talk about efficiency!

Very poorly maintained. Soda machines are either empty, gasless, or taste horrible! Although promoting breakfast croissants all over the store upon ordering they "do not have breakfast breads" . Still not wanting to go anywhere else I placed an order just to hear the customer behind me place an order for breakfast !! I asked for additional dressing, of course they did not have any. They also charge an additional .20 cents for every dressing.

Ordered 2 WJ online, both with no ketchup. One had it and the other one did not. There were 3 men cooking and a female at the window. It's not rocket science.

This is the worse place ever. I made a mobile order and went to pick it up and they didn't even respond at the drive thru. I saw them in there and no one even came to the window. I blew horn and got out of vehicle and knocked on window. They would not acknowledge me. I did get a refund. I have never experienced anything like that ever from a well know restaurant.

I waited 25 min in the drive through line to order chicken sandwich and finally after receiving it I took a bite and the chicken was like a f….rubber band and old and disgusting. Food inspection should do their job better

I asked was that the price for 1 or 2? She said ok tacos and what else? I stated, excuse me did you hear my question? She said yeah, you said tacos and what else? I stated, you said a price od $3 50, is that for 1or 2? She finally said that's for 2. I said ok. & proceeded to order. When I active at the window, U was never acknowledged. The lady stood by the front counter, back turned to the drive thru window , an appeared to be on her phone. I waited so long again without any acknowledgement that I just pulled off. I don't pay for horrible service or lack thereof. I will not be back.

One of the all time lows on service!!! Thanks Bk I'll NEVER BE BACK!! I hope this location closes with this type of service. I order my food sitting there with my kids. When my food is ready, they say you have to take it to go. We are now closed. I said just refund me. We came to sit down to eat. She said well we are closed now, so u have to go. Straight kicked out!! They wouldn't even refund me. So I left my food there and have to now reach out to the corporate office. Katrina service is horrible! It's nice to see all the negative feedback on other post about them closing early!!! They just got nice raises making $20+ /hr and provide this type of service!!!

Hours say open until 12am. Went to drive through at 11:15pm, waited 10 minutes saying "Hello?" To a speaker box with no reply. Figure I'll just leave, so I get to the window and a lady employee is chatting it up with a car at the window. 2 minutes roll by, the car finally leaves. Employee sticking her head out of the window looks angry that I interrupted her conversation. Get some employees that can read a clock!

Very poorly managed. If you come when no other customers are there, then they can kinda get an order together. But it there’s more than 2 orders it’s chaos. I know this sound like I got one bad order and this has been happening consistently at this location. Rather a manger needs to be replaced or the whole team.

I tried coming here after my shift from work. I saw online that the store closes at 12am. When I was there it was 11:17pm. So I decided to get some food since I haven’t eaten all day. I noticed a girl employee outside with a set of headsets on. She was outside with a man who didn’t seem to be an employee. They were being pretty flirty. When I pulled up to the drive through, the woman must have seen me and told me “We’re closed.” I’m pretty sure the store wasn’t closed. She wanted to keep talking to her boyfriend. Either they need to hire better employees or change their times online. I wasted time and energy to come to this place for food only to be turned away. 🙄🙄🙄

The worst burger place in the area. Was here a year ago, and it was substandard to any Burger King. I went again yesterday, and it's even worse now. Left an email last year and never got a response.

I went by the drive thru my order took 18 minutes but the worst thing was my order was incomplete when I got home two combos were missing, I called the number that’s in the receipt but is disconnected I couldn’t got to the store again because I had to drive 20 minutes from home I don’t have any Burger King near me and my son loves to go there but I’m not going anymore bad customer service

If i could give this place less than 1 star I would. Went in to order 2 combos and a burger on the side drove some time to my final location to realize a burger was missing. drove back to the location after a back and forth with the employee they decided not to replace my burger. Had to buy another one seeing as how that burger was for someone else. This isnt the first time food was missing from my order. This is the first time I was refused the replacement. Not going back here rather drive farther so im not going back and forth

Was very very confused when my sister ordered 3 plain ch’king sandwiches and gave her spicy , we also came back to tell you that it was spicy , could we get the plain like we ordered , Burger King Refused !!!!!! Just plain— this becomes crazy because I try to watch my blood pressure and spicy is not my best friend! Now can I have a refund , with receipt, also was refused. Please don’t work at BK if you don’t like it . We are paying patrons asking for an order correction. Thank You !

Technically one of the worst BKs I’ve been to cause of their customer service. These women are so problematic and have the worst attitude. I’m just only getting my food and they give me nothing but attitude. They can’t listen well with their headsets in the drive thru. Time to get some new ones then. How seriously disappointing..
