Went in with grand daughter. Clean, well lit outside, clezn inside, very pleasant helper. Food was cooked to order, not there sitting, onion rings were just right... other food too. We try to go there several times a month.

I went to the Burger King to give a treat for my little dog. He behaved really well, so I promised him to buy Burger King's Happy Meal Hamburger. I had a gift card, and I wanted to use it, so I ordered the hamburger on Burger King's website. When I went to the Burger King, I picked up my order through drive-in , and it was ready to go. The service was very fast. I ordered the Happy Meals for my dog, so he got a toy too. Happy Meals came with the order. My dog was very happy that he got the toy, too. The lady who served me , she was attentive and very friendly. I liked the fast service of the drive through service. My dog ate the hamburger, and he played with the toy. He didn't like the apple juice and French fries. It was a great experience from the Burger King.

Staff is somewhat friendly, but manager is one of the best managers around. He engages in conversations with his customers, and makes them feel welcomed. This man beats all fast food managers hands down!! Good quality food and clean restaurant.

Hot burgers not lukewarm

I went today for a postmates pick up at noon and they make the food upon your arrival so it’s fresh. I really loved this location, I forgot the cashier name but she was so nice and the frozen coke machine was down so she suggested a shake which my customer was happy with. I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience since it was wonderful and we don’t share the great moments often enough. Thank you Burger King 🤴👍

Burger kings burgers have actually maintained their size and fries and way better than others, they also have sweet and sour. Definitely must keep them in business for their food quality and quantity. Nuggets and hershey pies are the only things I get from here. Not a big fan of the the burgers. Cheapest drink is the frozen drinks for a $1, but guess what? The frozen machine does not work at all! I even said this to the worker and he said that it never worked before! If that's the case, take down your advertisement on the window!

3 stars doesn't mean bad, it's what we expected. It tastes good for fast food. Among fast places it's a 3 star. Habit and in n out are 5 and 4 stars.

I really love Burger king og chicken sandwich. Ive been eating it for the past 30 years. The sandwich was satisfactory. Not up to par with other places. I walked in to the restaurant bc no one was inside. So i was the sole person inside. My food still took more than 15 minutes. This is why i only gave it 3 stars hopefully with this the manager might do something to help move things alobg.

The grease was dirty. My fries were all brown from either re cooking or nasty grease. I threw them out the window and just fed the birds.

Food wasn't good, soda fountains weren't working properly (water) and the establishment was very dirty. The reason I even gave it 2 stars was because the restrooms were very clean. Now the question you might be waiting to hear is "would I be coming back?" Only to use the restroo, that's about it.

There were only two people ahead of me in line, 3 cashiers behind the counter and 2 cooks; there were literally more workers than customers and l was in line about 20 minutes. I supposed fast food is no longer fast.

Ordered impossible burger on the app. Proceeded to the location after 15 minutes. Got up to the drive thru voice order box. Said "I ordered on the app" twice. Told to proceed to the drive thru window. One car was ahead of me; that car waited about 5 minutes for the order to come out. Went to the window after the car left. Waited for about 5 minutes before attendant asked me if I wanted catsup with the fries. Told him I did not order that. Asked me same thing again. Told him the same thing. He asked what I wanted. I told him impossible burger. Rang me up and asked for $7.xx. Told him I already ordered on the app. "Oh! Name on the order?" Gave my name. Finally started preparing my order. That took another 5 minutes or so. All in all, about a quarter of an hour before I got my order. "Sorry about that." And off I left. I pitied those cars behind me. If a simple order takes 15 minutes waiting at the drive thru window, that's only 4 customers an hour. Talk about efficiency!

Very poorly maintained. Soda machines are either empty, gasless, or taste horrible! Although promoting breakfast croissants all over the store upon ordering they "do not have breakfast breads" . Still not wanting to go anywhere else I placed an order just to hear the customer behind me place an order for breakfast !! I asked for additional dressing, of course they did not have any. They also charge an additional .20 cents for every dressing.

This is the third time they try to close early before 10. I work near by in the night and that place is perfect for me to get food for me for lunch. One time they had all the door lock like 15 minutes before closing.

Online app took order, says drive through is open until 12 am. Arrived, drive through blocked off, phone number goes to voice mail and no one is coming to the door. This was at 11:45 pm. I suggest hiring employees employees who can read a clock.

Came here today to get the Ch'King sandwich for me and my family. I ordered 3 Deluxe sandwiches plain, not spicy. All sandwiches received were inedible they were so spicy. When I returned with the halves of my sandwiches, after having lunch with my dad, the manager refused to return my money for my two sandwich remains. It was so incredibly silly and the day before, I ordered 1 Ch'King sandwich the same way and it was spicy and a completely different sandwich. I've had this sandwich at other BKs and it is really AMAZING, my favorite chicken sandwich right now, but the service and attitude of the girls that work here sucks.

The manager there named Berta is very rude, and unprofessional. She likes to throw condiments at customers upon request, and then tries to charge them 15 cents because she's upset at whatever is bothering her. Not fair to paying customers that keep these establishments in business.

On 3/14/20 at 5:00pm, my cousin and i went through the drive thru, and when we got to the window the girl working at the cashier window took my cash and prepared my food with her bare hands. I refused to accept the food and told her that she should not handle money amd prepare food too. She said "should i wash my hands?" Seriously why is she even asking that question? I refused to accept the food she prepared and they said they would make us another. With everything that's going on right now, workers at the cashier should not be preparing the food. On Saturday October 27th I had the worst service ever, or should I say no service. I saw a security guard harrassing someone in the parking lot while I was in the drive thru behind another car. They never serviced us and we both drove away without food. You could see the workers inside hiding from us.

Some girl with a name that began with T was our cashier and walked up to us eating chicken nuggets and messed up our order so bad. Also cursing with other workers. Not an ounce of custumer service or polite. Never even asked us what we wanted just stood there cursing it up with other worker, chewing nuggets and little bits popping out of her mouth while talking. Got mad she messed up my order and I needed a refund on the messups she entered on cash register. Cursed under her breath and called me a racist name.It was a mess and no way we would ever step foot in that place again. We Got a full refund and left. Update a manager called me after i made complaint and was told she would just be taken off floor for more training. I just don't want to bother with that place many other eating options around.

I blew horn and got out of vehicle and knocked on window. They would not acknowledge me. I did get a refund. I have never experienced anything like that ever from a well know restaurant.

When my food is ready, they say you have to take it to go. We are now closed. I said just refund me. We came to sit down to eat. She said well we are closed now, so u have to go. Straight kicked out!! They wouldn't even refund me. So I left my food there and have to now reach out to the corporate office. Katrina service is horrible! I tried coming here after my shift from work. I saw online that the store closes at 12am. When I was there it was 11:17pm. So I decided to get some food since I haven’t eaten all day. I noticed a girl employee outside with a set of headsets on. She was outside with a man who didn’t seem to be an employee. They were being pretty flirty. When I pulled up to the drive through, the woman must have seen me and told me “We’re closed.” I’m pretty sure the store wasn’t closed. She wanted to keep talking to her boyfriend. Either they need to hire better employees or change their times online. I wasted time and energy to come to this place for food only to be turned away. 🙄🙄🙄

The worst burger place in the area. Was here a year ago, and it was substandard to any Burger King. I went again yesterday, and it's even worse now. Left an email last year and never got a response.
