My family and I have always ordered at this place for many years, the fact that this place no longer has there own set of drivers and they rely on DoorDash to do there delivery is not only a loss for them but as a customer as well. We ordered 2 pizzas with chicken parm poppers and the driver forgot to bring us the 2 liter Pepsi that came with our order. We called the store and the manager had the audacity to tell us that he’d refund our order and that if we wanted the Pepsi’s we ordered we’d have to go to the store to pick it up. Are you serious? That’s poor customer service and poor communication towards the driver who delivered our food. We paid almost $50 for what ordered and having us drive to the store because you guys couldn’t communicate properly to the DoorDash driver is ridiculous. We are not ordering from here anymore and we’ve been loyal customers until now.

The pizza was supposed to be 3 toppings pepperoni ham and mushrooms, it had very little toppings. Just thick crust with a little cheese. What really upset me was that there was only one person cooking and handling money. I should have have the health department to shut them down.

Ordered online 20 minutes in advance pickup, sat waiting for an additional 20 minutes, literally watch people walk in order a pizza and leave before I got mine.

I placed an order four days in advance for my daughter’s birthday party. I spoke directly with the manager and ordered 7 cheese pizzas, 7 pepperoni pizzas, and 3 works pizzas. He repeated the order back to me, confirmed the total price, and we agreed on the date and time for delivery. On the day of the party, the order arrived 30 minutes late—and to make matters worse, they delivered 14 pepperoni pizzas and 3 works pizzas, with no cheese pizzas at all. When I called to report the mistake, the staff acted as if I had made the error and insisted I ordered 14 pepperoni pizzas. Why would I place such a specific order and then call to complain if that’s what I truly ordered? This experience showed a lack of accountability, poor customer service, and complete disregard for punctuality. Very disappointing, especially on an important occasion.

I had the most horrible experience when you called there general number they re-direct you to whoever has the least business so make sure that you press five so they can direct you to your home Papa Johns I was redirected to one of the furthest one in my area. It took three hours to get my pizza. It was cold. I tried calling them several times never answered finally had to call the 800 number. They were very kind refunded my money, but it didn’t really make a difference because my pizza was cold and it was three hours late.

I ordered just a regular cheese pizza and they gave me pepperoni on it. As a muslim I cant eat pepperoni my son almost ate it but he noticed it before he ate it. When we took it back we expected some sort of inconvenience ticket where we can free pizza. The pizza they gived did not follow any of the instructions such as light sauce and light cheese and we asked it well done but was NOT well done dont come

They marked my delivery, Delivered. Got the notification slight how the delivery was too. Then the driver didn't even show up for another 25 minutes! What the heck! Should've called and told me you were running late... Or how about NOT making it delivered. Even their voice recording said it was delivered when u called about the status. Tried talking to a manager, called 4 times- phone rang so many times their line hung up on me each time.

This place the pizzas are way to expensive. I ordered 2 large pizzas of just cheese and 1 large pizza of pepperoni. And these MFs charged me $61 for those pizzas. I went at 10:20 in the morning because I needed them for my 3 yr old son's school for his bday party by 10:30am. I ordered by phone and the person that took my order was like in a rush n didnt tell me how much i was goin to pay. I had no other pizza place to go to because they were still closed. I can pay $7 for a large pizza at Little Ceasars and Dominos. But they were still closed. These MFs trying to rob you. Soooo disappointed and I will never buy pizza from there ever again!!!!!!!

I ordered online and specified no cut. They still cut the pizza. We waited another 15-20 minutes for them to remake it and they cut it again! I don't know why they can't do their job. I love Papa John's Pizza but won't come back to this one.

We love Papa John's pizza! However, this store refused to come into my gated community and deliver to my doorstep. You're charging $4.95 for delivery...to my doorstep! I'm so frustrated! Even angrier because then they tried to lie and say the guards didn't let them in. Are they lying because they aren't allowed to discriminate on their services based on where I live? I just want my refund. If there are areas you don't deliver to, you need to clearly state that before I submit my order. After waiting 50 minutes my kids still aren't fed. Don't go here...find another Papa John's to support.
