This one of the most well run fast food places I have ever been to. You order and you get your food within 3 minutes. And that was during lunch rush!

I love going to this location. The service is always fast and the sraff is great. When you only have 30 minutes for lunch that's veery important.

I really enjoy this fast food establishment. I know it's not real Mexican food but they've made significant changes to try and be a bit more authentic. A good example of these is the recent change made to their beans recipe... the opposite would be the continuous use of ground meat in tacos. All in all good food, fair prices, and let's not forget this is the only place it's ok to buy a huge burrito with fries included in the combo. P.s. The fries are amazing!

I was on vacation in LA and wanted a good bean & cheese burrito. We went to Del Taco on Friday. I enjoyed it so much I went back Saturday & Sunday. Awesome green sauce and no onions, just like I wanted. Way better than Taco bell! I'm craving it now, but n o Del Taco in Houston, TX!

This was a drive thru order. Young Man who took my order was very polite and courteous. Ordered the Stuff Quesadilla chicken tacos 🌮, large french fries 🍟 and Dr. Pepper. Upon reaching the window I was greeted with a smile, young Man repeated my order. You are correct young Sir! Paid for my meal. Was asked by the young Man, if I required any condiments. Yes please 😁 Off to home where I enjoyed my meal. This particular Del Taco I have been patronizing for years (since a kid). I finally tried the Birria Ramen and it was simply great, for a cup of Birria ramen from a fast food chain it is worth every Penny. It is full of savory meet, onions, cilantro and lime that you can add to taste but the broth is actually really good, not what you would expect for around five bucks. I was actually impressed. I went for a breakfast burrito. I wasn't expecting much, but it was pretty good. Not as good as a good old mom and pop Mexican restaurant, but pretty good for a fast food chain.

The food here was actually pretty good got a loaded quesadilla and some stuffed tacos and the staff was cool and food was out really fast.

They keep it clean the food is good and there's not to much of a wait. Take a jacket the air conditioning stay on 24\7 all year around.

The way to get in can be tricky just because people are coming in from the main road and trying to go inside the plaza while others are trying to make a left or right trying to get into the drive thru!! Sometimes the food is great sometimes with the chicken tacos they'll put one little seems like a teaspoon of meat and that's not good then they will charge you extra to get a tablespoon of meat LOL.The shakes when it's done right are good if you can get one the machine breaks down a lot. Sometimes they will put fries back in the grease and refry them where they're soggy and greasy with a lot of salt too much salt on the fries sometimes.All in All they do a good job.

The line when I went to the place was ridiculous. Not because it was long. But because it seemed that they would only acknowledge the person at the speaker once the person at the window left. That in itself make me think they are extremely short staffed. But on to the food. I ordered an epic burrito sub chicken and add rice. Formerly known as the macho combination burrito. I received a ground beef epic burrito with added rice. I don't eat beef often and I didn't like that with the time it took to get through the line and the fact that my order was read back to me twice. They still managed to mess up.

Food at this location is different every time I visit. I've had tacos with almost nothing in the shell, I've had days where the drive thru took half an hour for 3-4 cars.

I stop coming here because they always get my order wrong and they always skimp on the cheese for the quesadilla and the burritos, today I went the fish tacos where good but one of the quesadilla was a bit burnt and the other one was just eh. I was extremely tired from working a 12 hour shift & wanted to order just order my food and go. I was patient and kind though but that's why this location gets only a 3 rating.

The drive thru customer service was great, the food not great! I tried the Beyond Meat tacos and they were TASTELESS! I had the Mini Chicken Quesadilla & was so disappointed, but maybe this is where 'you get what you pay for' comes in!!! It was $1.09 & the menu picture was quite appealing, but to my surprise it was what looked like boiled shredded chicken & cheese tucked into a flour tortilla that appeared to have been MICROWAVED not grilled!

This Del Taco was average at best. The only thing I saw that set them apart was the fact that the employees refuse to expend the energy to make shakes at night or in the am which is a policy that is completely unique to this particular location. I don't know if this is something that management knows about and allows to continue, or whether the employees just take it upon themselves to refuse to do it, but the only reason I can see behind that decision is total laziness. Don't get me wrong, not being able to get a milkshake is pretty far down on my list of everyday concerns, but what I think annoys me about it is that I can't think of any other places of work where you can just decide not to perform part of your job because it's a pain in the ass. Had this policy been a corporate thing or even if there was something posted on the menu saying they only served shakes between certain hours, I wouldn't have an issue. I also want to make clear that am also aware that there are periods of time in which they have to clean their machine. That is not the issue.

Why does it take 2 people to make a soda? Today it happened at Avalon/Albertoni Del TACO. The drive thru guy didn't put my drink onto my order, therefore I didn't get one When I asked for my drink, it took literally 5 minutes to have 2 people make my drink! Why don't they hire white people?

I paid extra for sour cream in my del combo burrito and got home to see there was no sour cream inside of my burrito. I repeatedly called the establishment but no one answered the phone. Food was good for price, like almost all Del Tacos. My biggest concern, though, came from horrible service. For 3 burritos (I only ordered 2) and 2 tacos, I asked for a "lot" of hot sauce, which came out to four packets. I asked for more and got four more. I didn't realize California was in a hot sauce drought. Of course, I went inside after the drive through, asked for a dollar refund (let me assure you, on principle) and then proceeded to take 20 packets. Do your employees get beaten for giving out too much hot sauce? Not all Del Tacos suck, but this one does. I'm going to come by daily for your hot sauce, like and underachieving super hero. Terrible service by a woman named Natalie. While ordering at the drive thru, I was asked what kind of drink I wanted. I asked what are the options. I was met with a dude response by the worker. She initially made a very fast statement that I did not understand. When I asked could she repeat the statement, she then responded in an aggressive tone. I paused and began to inquire: “Ma’am I did not hear you the first time.” At that point she cut me off to speak over me. I then stated, “My questions about the menu should not provoke an attitude.” She then started to laugh. I asked to speak to a manager, then drove forward. Once at the window, I was met by the woman who had been speaking: Natalie. She called Ene to the window. Ene responded to Natalie, “But you are the manager, why do I have to speak?” Ene handled the situation as professionally as she could with Natalie laughing profusely behind her, and taunting me.

Don't go after 2am its the worst. Took my order, paid, then asked me to pull over idk why but I did. In between the 30 mins I waited I saw 3 cars reverse the the drive thru and stormed out and I don't blame them. She finally came out gave me my order and damn my burrito wasn't in the bag. I am a business owner in the area located to this del taco. I have been coming to this location for more than 20 years i never had a bad experience like this . I was waiting to order than when i got to the register i met this rude , unprofessional and inexperienced young kid that have very bad attitude. I dont know how del taco hire someone like this as a manager to run the business , this kid have issues either depression or unhappy person. I request that the corporate office to look into who they hire to run their business and to have an evaluation to this young man . He said he is the manager but he looks like 16 years old skinny dark hair 5.7 height about 135 pound . I will be calling the corporate office in the morning to file the complaint as he refused to sell me food after i told him not to have attitude .

Terrible experience. The tacos were absolutely disgusting — extremely greasy and heavy. The beef was soaked in some oily sauce, completely ruining it. It’s sad, because in real Mexican cuisine the beef is usually cooked so well and full of flavor — but this was the opposite. Honestly, it was inedible. I had to throw everything in the trash, even the first taco after just one bite. Total waste of money.

Do not go to this Del Taco Jasmine . The cashier at the drive-thru is extremely rude. She took my order wrong, then got mad when I told her that she gave me the wrong drink and had an issue with fixing it to the point where I had to call for a manager to give me a refund disappointed she definitely needs some better customer service training. Maybe she should just be the janitor of the store so she doesn’t have to work with the customers.

I ordered 6 grilled chicken tacos, and they were more like lettuce tacos. This del taco always skimps on the ingredients. They barely ever put any sauce in their food, and this is a constant thing. Maybe it's just the night crew because I always go at night. Also, the drive-thru guy tonight had an attitude and was rude just because I asked what the ingredients in 1 menu item were. Me and my wife love us some del taco but my experience with this location has been horrible one from a nightmare!!! The lady that works the drive through around 1am until customer service is horrible, she’s very rude argumentative, shuts the drive through window in your face while your talking, walks off while asking a question, she acts as if she hates her job when other locations I’ve experienced have wonderful customer service and to make matters worst she serves us cold undercooked food to undermine us, I would like someone of upper management to give her some more customer service lessons because this isn’t cool at all.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to the Carson location off Avalon ever she even shortens the portions on your food because she wants to be petty someone need to do something about her and fast I have a photo of her!!!!!

What happened?! The fries were HORRIBLE..again!!! They were somehow half cooked, yet hard and VERY D-R-Y as if it were cooked and recooked and then microwaved, did I say horrible?! All of the items in the order were cold--SO DISAPPOINTED. We used to be able to count on delicious, crinkled cut fries but apparently those days are over. We came here last week and the fries were the same, but we thought it was a fluke and returned tonight...MISTAKE! Whatever was changed should be reversed immediately. Spent $49 and a great deal of it was inedible and had to be thrown out. The Epic brisket burrito had tons of those nasty fries, VERY little brisket and hardly any BBQ sauce...couldn't be eaten. Can't tell if the fries or the oil is different causing this horrible result or both, but something has changed and NOT for the better! By the way, tried to call and report this and the phone just rang until an automated voice told me the mailbox hasn't been set up, really?!! I called 7 times and not once did anyone answer..smh.
