El Pescador is located in a strip mall in Carson. Parking is free and easy. They have a large lot. The place itself is large so you can't miss it once you drive in. They have daily specials and all sorts of events there. It has a large bar and we could see people having the best time. I think soccer was on. Sometimes they have live music and Happy Hour. You can give them a call and see what is up. They have every drink you can imagine. It can get a tad loud in the bar, but once you enter the dinning area it is quiet and a real family restaurant. There is a lot of seating in comfortable booths and the service is excellent. The staff is super nice and very kid friendly, this looked and felt like a family restaurant and everyone seemed very happy. The food is great. It is brought pretty fast and boy is it hot, so beware. We just loved all that we had. Their guacamole is tasty and they have really great enchiladas. We also had nachos and they were fresh and packed with everything my grandson wanted. The servers checked on us often and made us feel at home. All of the menu items looked good. We did not try their special fish dishes. We need to do that. Enjoy.

Had the most amazing time here. The food was delicious, the entertainment was excellent and the the service was second to none! I left this place feeling very satisfied and with memories that will be with me for a long time. The manager was so gracious and came to our table a couple of times to make sure that we were 100% happy. No worries there.

Came on a Friday at about 7pm, no reservation for party of 6 and were seated instantly. Plenty of parking, small bathroom but clean. Waitress and manager were amazing, and the food came out at a good speed. Complimentary chips and salsa. Ordered the Molcajete and it was very good. The cut of meat was a bit cheap but still good. They had a band playing and definitely an amazing atmosphere. Would definitely return.

Went in on a Tuesday evening for dinner with 8 of us in total. Seated in the back dining area. They were busy with graduation dinners, so the service was a bit slow. Drinks are good and strong and the food is good. I would have expected some specials but the food and portion sizes were good. Fish tacos were good, burritos were a good size. The food was great and the people are nice! My only issue with a 18% tip charge of 15 people reservation. They got my credit card over the phone and texted me the receipt of the deposit. I was never told there was an 18% tip included even after we included a tip. They won’t tell you, or you won’t notice unless you check your bank statement because they add it after you signed on the receipt. I tried looking it up online and couldn’t find anything that stated that. I was told by the manager that it should be common sense to expect a big tip already added automatically. This receipt is after a tip and what I agreed to pay for on the signature. They added an additional 18% after from what I agreed to pay. I appreciate that they reimburse me the additional tip, but I think people should be aware. They recommended me for next time to do it through email as it states the rules on there but I was never given the option.

Not as good as I remember it being a few years ago but it was ok I ordered the tostada mixta and it was so dry .We traveled from the SF Valley because this location used to be absolutely 💯 bomb but now it's just ok . We won't be waisting the gas to come to this location anymore....Also I wasn't a fan of the over priced picture guy $15 and snap and the picture came out too red. .

Horchatas here taste great but the food in general is just "all right". We were seated in the bar area which turned out to be quite dark but we figured we could make it work. Our orders where taken promptly but they messed up one of our orders twice when bringing it out. Also their guacamole is good but they put it on top of my "salad" which was basically lettuce and a slice of tomato that my guacamole ended up mixing in. The service was okay, the food was also okay but I would probably not be back.

Food is average. I really didn't enjoy most of it. I did like their guacamole and chips. The service and vibe is great.

Horrible horrible place. When we arrived they told us to put our name down on the list and we did. They even suggested for us get some drinks at the bar while we waited. I thought it was a good idea. One hour later, we are still waiting for our names to be called. The host had three lists with names and he sat some of his friends before the people on the list. Finally, at one hour and twenty minutes after our arrival, we are taken to our seats. Well, we were asked to move once we sat down because the manager had decided to give our seats to a party next to our table. We didn't even get an I'm sorry, we will give you a discount... nothing. To top it off, we were later seated in the loudest area of the restaurant. This has been by far the worst restaurant experience I ever had.
