National Pretzel Day Free Original or Cinnamon Sugar pretzel in the app BIRTHDAY MONTH=BIRTHDAY COUPONS=HAPPY RODNEY Free Original, Cinnamon Sugar or Almond pretzel Auntie Anne's had the longer line, compared with Wetzel's Pretzels on Pretzel Day, but that was due to being staffed by a skeleton crew. Waiting in line, I noticed one employee left, leaving two to hold the fort against the onslaught of hungry customers. Since I already had an Original pretzel from Wetzel's, a dessert pretzel was the choice to make. Cinnamon Sugar pretzel- Cinnamon-y sweet, Auntie Anne's Cinnamon Sugar pretzel. I would've preferred more crunch to the dough, like a churro, opposed to fluffiness, but it tasted good for someone not too fond of pretzels. Service was great. The two staff members did a commendable job of working as a well oiled machine. Auntie Anne's is located adjacent to the food court at Los Cerritos Center. Auntie Anne's added sweetness to my day on National Pretzel Day. The staff did an admirable job pumping out pretzels, making the wait minimal. Auntie Anne's birthday perk was a welcome treat, too.

Avoid coming here when the mall is dead or later in the evening. Their items are not fresh.

I understand cooking but the pepperoni pretzels are over cooked burned bottoms when you take it they get hard fast and the burnt taste bad especially for my son who has texture issues with his autism they blame the pan but if they watched the cooking alittle to take them out ahead before they burn product would be better . The other pretzels looked decent but for some reason they need to improve the pepperoni ones whole and bite size .

Service was very slow. By the time I got to the front of the line, my coupon had already expired and they would not accept it. Ridiculous!!!

they don't know how to treat their staffs right and they should focus on how to train their trainees.
