The staff was friendly, welcoming, and super efficient, preparing my order quickly even with a long line. I tried the “Founder’s Favorite” with a waffle bowl absolute heaven. It’s a fantastic spot for a sweet treat after dinner, a fun outing with friends, or a cool escape on a hot afternoon!

I honestly can't say enough good things about this ice cream shop! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, but it was the ice cream that truly blew me away. Each flavor is incredibly rich and smooth, like nothing I've ever tasted before. I went with the Strawberry blonde and the coffee lovers only, and both were absolutely divine. The strawberry blond had just the right balance of sweet and salty—creamy with a slight caramelized edge that melted perfectly on my tongue. And the coffee? Oh my goodness. It was decadently creamy with just the right amount of crunch from the heath, creating the perfect contrast in every bite. The texture was unbelievable—so smooth and velvety, with none of that icy aftertaste that you sometimes get with lesser-quality ice cream. It felt like each bite was an indulgence, a little moment of heaven. The staff was super friendly and gave me great recommendations. The whole experience was truly a treat, and I’m already planning my next visit! If you love ice cream, this place is an absolute must-try!

Definitely one of our favorite places to grab ice cream treats. Perfect location for when we eat on Franklin and then stroll over to Coldstone. I do try to go during less busy times so I don’t have to stand in line 😀

What a great location. Typical ice cream variety and selection of toppings, etc. the staff were awesome. They were extremely friendly, polite and courteous. They literally went out of their way to make customers satisfied. Such a great experience and of course, absolutely delicious ice cream. Highly recommend.

Bit too sweet for me. Very sticky. I ordered Oreo +graham crackers, lots of Oreos and crackers inside😋😋 love the waffle too Might need to share with someone later on even it’s a small size

The ice creams are delicious although a bit too sweet for my liking. They have “Daily Specials” menu when you can get freebies. However you need to pay attention and find out what written in the board, because the associate didn’t try to offer one for you. Last time I went with my family on Sunday afternoon and that was the first time we came there so we didn’t know about the “ Daily Specials” and we have a kid but they didn’t mention about their special Family day which was free kids creation. We ended up paying. In this case, the costumer service needs improvement. Also maybe they don’t have enough associates to clean tables after they were used by costumers. Our table were dirty and we had to wipe it by ourselves.

Me and my sissy ordered a strawberry and cheesecake ice cream cake and it was great!!! The cake tasted really good and my parents enjoyed it! Its just the cake was not layered properly and the strawberries on the top looked bad. But overall, the cake was YUMMY!!

Me and my girlfriend came to Cold Stone for an after-dinner date — just looking to end the night on a sweet note. What we got instead was some of the nastiest, most miserable energy I’ve ever felt from a worker. First off, I get that people have bad days — we’re all human. But if your attitude is that disgusting, do everyone a favor and just call out. Nobody wants to be served by someone who clearly hates being there. What made it worse is that there was a sweet Black girl working who was clearly doing her best to keep things running. She came out of the bathroom, noticed DoorDash drivers waiting, and jumped in to help — and the white girl behind the counter had the absolute worst attitude about it. Like, seriously? You’re mad because someone’s helping? Then, when that same rude worker came to help us, the vibe was just off. Cold, dismissive, like we were bothering her just by existing. She made our ice cream but didn’t even bother to check us out. We were literally standing there for 10 minutes while my ice cream melted. The Black girl, again being the only professional one there, came over and finally rang us up — the only reason I even tipped. I genuinely feel bad for her. She deserves better than to be paired with someone with such a nasty spirit. Cold Stone, do better. You’re lucky she was working, or this would’ve been a complete waste of time and money.

I’ve been to this location multiple times, and each time I’ve encountered the same rude girl working behind the counter. She’s a white girl with a nasty attitude—rolling her eyes, slamming things down, and treating both customers and her own coworkers with complete disrespect. It’s honestly embarrassing to watch. The way she acted toward her coworker today was disgusting—I genuinely felt bad for that employee. If I were in her shoes, I wouldn’t have tolerated that for a second. This isn’t a one-time issue either. Every time she’s taken my order, it’s been the same energy: rude, dismissive, and just plain unprofessional. I don’t know how management hasn’t handled this yet, but they really need to fix it ASAP. It’s honestly shocking that they’re still in business with someone like that representing the front counter. Do better. Smh

Experienced the most shocking example of direct racism I've ever seen before. I will not ever go back, even if these 2 racist employees leave. I observed refusal of service by 2 employees of someone who hadn't even tried to place an order yet and was quietly still deciding. Completely disgusted.

From the moment my family and I walked in the door, it seemed like we were completely bothering the staff. I said hello to the girl behind the counter and she didn't acknowledge me at all. As soon as my youngest son ordered his ice cream she handed it to him and walked to the register while a second employee was making my older sons order. She asked if we wanted anything else while ringing us up and giving me no time to answer at all, so my husband and I didn't get anything. The atmosphere in the shop was sad and almost hostile which was surprising and unexpected.
