Wow. It's an oasis in Cholula, a small and cozy place that, although a bit far from the center, is totally worth the visit. The drinks taste like coffee, just as they should, and that's a huge plus. We were able to try several things: the iced latte and the dirty chai, both delicious. I wasn't thrilled with the cold brew, but my friend loved it, so I think it depends on personal taste. The affogato is spectacular; I would definitely recommend it. As for the desserts, the apple tart was very good, but I feel like the lemon charlotte has too much cookie, and the lemon flavor gets lost. The service is excellent, and the staff is super friendly. We will definitely be back whenever we have the chance.

Great coffee. I ordered a dirty chai and it was delicious. Juan Pablo, the owner, is super friendly. The alfajores are also delicious. The desserts are homemade and very good.

Cholula has one of the best flat whites I've ever had at Nimbus. It's a bar and roastery with options for everyone: cold, hot, a brew bar, and more. We went looking for a quiet coffee and bread, and although our visit was brief, it was long enough to know that things are done right here: service, presentation, coffee. I insist, I loved the taste of the flat white. I don't have any further details, but if you need more information, you should follow them and they'll surely be able to help you learn more about their delicious creations.

Cozy and warm cafe very close to the ancient archeological zone of Cholula. It serves drinks and desserts. You receive personal and kind attention from the barista, the young owner and entrepreneur. High quality coffee from the mountains of the north side of Puebla state in Mexico. Try different brewing methods.

Nan Lemini

Specialty coffee (Brew bar: Aeropress, Chemex, V60, Wave, Japanese siphon, Clever, French press...) Very quiet, ideal for reading or a pleasant conversation. The drinks are excellent, with high-quality coffee and infusions. The barista is very knowledgeable and can recommend something delicious based on what you're looking for. Very affordable prices and there's plenty of parking outside. They accept credit cards or bank transfers.

Specialty coffee, a very nice place. I'm not giving it 5 stars because it's small and you have to park your car on the street. Otherwise, it's excellent; it's also part of the coffee passport.

It's a small, quiet, and pleasant place. The coffee is delicious, the service is good, and I highly recommend it. The only thing is that the carrot cake slice was very small. I think any chain or local cafe serves better portions, and it's not proportional to the price. That's why I gave it a 4.
