Terrible home delivery service. 1 hour and 30 minutes later, they didn't answer the phone. They used WhatsApp, which is in high demand, but they couldn't tell me what had happened to my order. They just stopped responding, so I had to cancel and look for another option.

I had always bought chicken there and it was always a good-sized chicken with good presentation, but a few days ago I ordered a chicken and a supposedly $240 chicken arrived at my door and it came in a bag. From what I could see, it barely fit in the palm of my hand. It wasn't even a pigeon. When I called their phone number, they told me that they weren't the branch that only took orders, but they very kindly told me that if the product hadn't been delivered and put in the address yet, I could return it.

THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THE GUESTS AT THE COUNTER ARE ALWAYS RUDE AND UNPOLYE. Their delivery people come like crazy and think that because they have motorcycles they can go anywhere, they should respect that they are a vehicle and use a lane and yet they still get upset and disrespect people.

This time we decided to give Maxi Pollos another chance. Honestly, it's a dump, not worth the money. This time we ordered rotisserie chicken and surprise, it wasn't rotisserie, it was baked, and overcooked at that. Plus, they didn't even bother to remove the string to shape the chicken. So many years... they used to be so good, and now it's a mess.

The home delivery service should be discontinued because it seems like it's just for show. I waited more than two hours for the order, and it was reported that there were "system glitches" and that it would take an hour. However, it never arrived, and when I called again to at least ask if it was on its way, they rejected all direct calls to voicemail. It's a shame because I was a long-time customer, but it's been declining lately.

Very poor service. The staff at Maxi Pollos Plaza Esmeralda are very despotic. They don't deliver my order. My order didn't arrive after 2 hours. You call and they hang up on you. The chicken was so badly cooked that it looks like you're eating rubber bands.

It's a shame that the service and customer service detract from the delicious flavor of your food. We placed an order via WhatsApp, as suggested on your social media, and when we arrived, they didn't have it ready. We ordered it and agreed to wait, but the lady came back half an hour later saying that the kitchen hadn't taken our order yet again. It's worth mentioning that while they were trying to reach an agreement, employees got into a fight, shouting at each other in front of all the customers present. We waited for over an hour and had a poor experience with your service.

I'm sorry to say that today's chicken in a basket was terrible. It was cold and didn't seem freshly prepared. This isn't a complaint, just an observation, as I usually stop by for chicken or salad at least once a week and it's always been a pleasure. We live nearby, and I remember coming all the way from downtown as a child to buy the delicious chicken from "MAXI POLLOS."
