Sonic is our new go to spot. Burgers are great, fries are crispy, and drink selection is amazing. So reasonablely priced too.
I have an allergy to gluten. I ordered a cheese burger no bun and cheese tots. I told them before I ordered my food that I have a gluten allergy. They made sure to clean the prep area before cooking and bagging my food. When they brought me my food they made sure to let me know that.Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond to make sure my health is safe. I will come back.
I love this location everyone is very nice and friendly. Food always good. Disappointed today, ordered bacon toaster got sausage toaster. Not enough time before work to go back and exchange the receipt said bacon. Cook didn't pay attention
- I wish they had pineapple for the milkshakes like some of the other locations; but otherwise the customer service is good. I wouldn’t order food here but I do like to get dessert here. - I ordered one of the New Red Velvet Cake Batter Shake and they barely put any whipped cream on it let alone whatever special whipped cream was supposed to go on it, which for the cost of the shakes here is laughable. The shake also had a gritty texture which I was not a fan of, like it wasn’t blended properly.
The Wilma Rudolph location needs to update or fix their equipment. The staff seems to not be able to hear or understand customers no matter where they're ordering. Meanwhile, the speakers are cranked so loud, the staff is nearly unintelligible due to feedback in the system.
When at the order box, the employee completely ignored me to the point that I respectfully tried to get their attention multiple times before the car behind me, who hasn't even ordered yet, got annoyed and drove off. It also took 20+ minutes to get my order (2 milkshakes) even though they had time to serve the 2 cars behind me drinks.
First off this med fry box looks like a small. Corporate what’s up with that? Then on top of that, they don’t fill up the little container. Anyway, I ordered a slushy that the cashier said “it’s really good” and brought out a float. I told her I wanted a slushy and she said it’s our slushy float but I can blend it, I said okay thinking it was going to be a slushy and she brings back a shake. I’m like what is this? A shake? She said no, it’s blended. I’m confused at this point so I said does it have ice cream in it? Her reply yes smh. I was asked what sauce I wanted, no sauce in the bag. Lastly, asked for extra mayo, I can barely see it. I think the workers just need to be retrained
Sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with no cars in front of me. No explanation for the wait, and the cashier’s attitude made it worse. Needs better customer service.
My drink was not fill up like somebody was drinking out cup my food was cold and salt tots customer service was horrible instead of making me come to the window he bought my food out in the rain when I made him correct my order he got an attitude and said that’s not what I said when I asked for onions and relish on my Coney I will never come back to this Sonic every time I come I have a bad experience. The food is never hot. The Customer Service is ugly. The burger was sloppy in the bun was hard
Food was nearly inedible. Cold and rock hard tater tots, some random chunks of hard plastic or something in my burrito. Had to spit it out multiple times. Dude at the window definitely didn't want to be there. Overall just a garbage sonic. Both my trips here have been terrible. How's this place even still open?
Poor customer service they serve me cold food, dry burgers, cold mozzarella sticks, the lady on the phone arguing with me saying they dropped the mozzarella sticks to order… But the mozzarella sticks was cold. I have Pictures to show you… I will not eat at that establishment again
$15 for 2 hotdogs and a cold half filled medium fry, no more! This place is TERRIBLE, except for happy hour drinks, but if you're in Tennessee, just keep driving. There's somewhere better to eat in the next state!
Number one I think sonic is overrated. I had a $20 gift card in all the sudden the money had dropped down to zero and I didn’t even use it that shows that their website is it’s untrustworthy. They have hackers and stuff who are getting into their system and stealing everybody’s money. I recommend that if you already have a card link to their website, you withdraw it immediately because you don’t have no clue what kind of scammers are gonna steal it. I called them and then they wouldn’t even reimburse it. I mean how rude they are so inconsiderate such heathens and they just don’t know what they’re doing whatsoever. DONT GO TO SONIC!!!!
food itself is good for what it is, but do yall hate me or something why do i NEVER get my marinara sauce even tho i selected two on the app? :(( thanks for the extra fritos wrap, although i would appreciate it if the bare minimum was done and orders were correct
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service my husband and I experienced at your establishment. Upon returning our order because it was cold and poorly presented, we were wrongly accused by Tory of having eaten the food, despite the fact that we had not even touched it. When we explained that the food had not been consumed and that no utensils had been used, Tory continued to insist otherwise. Her tone was accusatory, disrespectful, and unprofessional. This experience left us feeling extremely disrespected and disappointed. I expect a higher standard of service and hope this matter will be addressed promptly.
I usually am not the type to sit here and complain, but I worked a long shift at a resturant and got off, and just wanted a drink, I sat at the drive thru window for 5 minutes with no one there to take my order, and when I finally left, there were two employees outside just talking. Different if it was busy, there was one care at one customer at the drive in area. I got there at 10:15.
Needs better workers who can multitask. I have been forgotten while sitting in my car. Not very polite. Normally gets my order wrong too and I end up having to drive back which is super inconvenient because of traffic. And do they offer any discount or anything? Nope.
The lady who took our order was wonderful. There was a problem with her understanding the order so she came out to take it in person. When the order arrived I asked for ketchup. She went back in, came back a couple minutes later and told me they were out of ketchup. HOW CAN YOU SELL BURGERS AND FRIES AND NOT HAVE KETCHUP!!?? I told her I did not want my order and requested a refund. She went back in and several minutes later a manager came out with ketchup in a small container. By now my food was cold, the other 2 in my group had finished with their chicken and cheese sticks, no ketchup needed. I took the ketchup and we left. I never did eat, who wants a cold soggy burger and cold onion rings!! This was my second time to this Sonic and my second time having a bad experience. It won't happen again.
