Traveling to Eureka from tracy. Mother had to use restroom, so i stopped here. Was not asked to buy something before using the restroom, which is nice. Staff is friendly and kind. Wad directed towards the restroom immediately upon asking.

One of the best Starbucks ever. Not only is the coffee amazing but the staff are INCREDIBLE!! Today Sara went above and beyond for me! I had accidentally left my purse in the 7-11 bathroom. I was in Santa Rosa before I realized I had left it in Cloverdale. I was frantic and for sure it was gone. I called Starbucks since 7-11’s phone goes to a fax line. In the hopes someone there could/would help me. I explained what happened and they happily went over to check to see if it was still there. It was!! Thank you for having such kind, helpful, and honest employees! Thank you Sara! It feels great knowing the world is still full of honest, helpful people.

I never wrote any reviews for Starbucks before, because Starbucks is Starbucks, chain stores. But, I felt like I have to write something for this one. It’s good to drop by before heading to Fort Bragg, nearly 2 hours drive on hill road. Friendly service. Nice smiles. Beautiful paintings. Small but clean. Will come back instead of going to McDonald if I go to Mendocino again.

Two blended pink drinks light ice $14. Delicious but look how much is in there. Pretty ridiculous. And when I mentioned it they smiled and said “sorry”. WTH?!

Almost every time I go through this drive through, there is a mistake in the food order. Not really wanting/able to park and go inside to get it made correctly. No raspberry syrup, totally incorrect sandwich; ordered sausage got bacon! Usually find out when back on the freeway !

Hello , I would like to share my recent experience at this particular store. We surely faced a certain level of intolerant behavior from the shorter lady in this specific Starbucks. She was so nice and sweet to the white guy and talking in a respectful manner. I watched her demeanor towards another brown family too and she has the same attitude and tone.. I’m shell shocked as this is my first distasteful experience in a Starbucks.. One should probably look up who the current ceo of Starbucks is 😉

Woman at the window took my phone! I'm in the car trying to get her to scan the code on my rewards and she reaches out and swipes it right out of my hand. I told her to not do that and asked why the hell she did it, her response..."Oh, it's just easier for me". I couldn't see her name tag but she needs to not work here. Absolutely rude and disrespectful.

I just ordered a couple minutes ago and I’m not satisfied with my order. They always put way too much vanilla cold foam and barely any coffee.

I had the worst experience at Starbucks recently. I ordered a large iced latte with an extra shot, but they didn't ask for my name when taking the order. I waited for a long time with my two kids. After a while, they asked what I had ordered, and I told them. They handed me a medium iced latte, which was not what I ordered. I told them this was incorrect, and they offered to remake it. However, even after waiting for a long time, they still didn't give me my drink. When I asked about it, they didn't respond. I eventually left with my kids. It was truly a terrible experience.

At first, You will have to wait forever to order. Then they are just going to forget your order. This is the first time I had to wait 30 minutes and counting for a cup of coffee.

I was in a hurry to use the bathroom, so I had to wait in line to buy coffee and use the bathroom. Terrible customer service at this store. Wow.

Ordered a pink drink no ice. They made a full cup then poured the top into waste bin to make space for ice we didn’t order. When we asked about it, the server claimed this was Starbucks standard in their store. This never happened at any other Starbucks stores.
