I'm a local, so I go here pretty regularly and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. I even bring my dog with me every time and they are very helpful and accommodating if you bring your pet with you. They know my name and also my dogs, they know what we like to order. I always get him a pup cup (if you don't know what that is it's just a small cup of whipped cream), which is automatically added to my order as soon as they realize who I am. My order has always been correct and I've never had any issues with the quality of the of my order. So between the great customer service and the personalized experience coupled with never screwing up my order I can't not give them a five-star rating because they've only given me five star service. So if you're in the area of Cloverdale California and you're looking for a Starbucks to go to and have a great experience then I recommend going to them because they will deliver.

My standard review for a chain outlet is 4 stars. This Starbucks tastes 5 stars because it's comfortable, tidy, well appointed, has pleasant baristas, and has a plethora of power outlets.

A must stop before you drive on 128 to Mendocino. We actually made the order with drive thru but these is a mistake with the order and they fixed. Amazing customer service and did I mentioned that they have 2 clean restrooms.

Traveling to Eureka from tracy. Mother had to use restroom, so i stopped here. Was not asked to buy something before using the restroom, which is nice. Staff is friendly and kind. Wad directed towards the restroom immediately upon asking.

One of the best Starbucks ever. Not only is the coffee amazing but the staff are INCREDIBLE!! Today Sara went above and beyond for me! I had accidentally left my purse in the 7-11 bathroom. I was in Santa Rosa before I realized I had left it in Cloverdale. I was frantic and for sure it was gone. I called Starbucks since 7-11’s phone goes to a fax line. In the hopes someone there could/would help me. I explained what happened and they happily went over to check to see if it was still there. It was!! Thank you for having such kind, helpful, and honest employees! Thank you Sara! It feels great knowing the world is still full of honest, helpful people.

I never wrote any reviews for Starbucks before, because Starbucks is Starbucks, chain stores. But, I felt like I have to write something for this one. It’s good to drop by before heading to Fort Bragg, nearly 2 hours drive on hill road. Friendly service. Nice smiles. Beautiful paintings. Small but clean. Will come back instead of going to McDonald if I go to Mendocino again.
