This store has gone downhill pretty quickly. The graveyard shift is the worst. They're constantly closed despite being advertised as 24/7. They always have some stupid reason as to why they're closed too. One time, I was told they were in the middle of shift relief and wouldn't be able to take my order for another 20 to 30 minutes. Like, really? I've worked fast food and never have I had shift relief last longer than 5 minutes. It just comes across as lazy. Why not just close the store at 11pm and reopen at 6am so they don't have to worry about serving anyone.

The food couldn't have been fresher or faster. I personally asked the manager Laura if she could make our food and she did a phenomenal job. When I asked her to make our food without hesitation, she smiles and said, of course. She made us feel very welcome and I'm very pleased with her service. She's definitely an asset to Burger King. I would recommend this place for people who are looking for a good and fresh meal on a budget. This place has a new look and the food is always delicious. Thank you Laura for the pleasant experience. We will absolutely be back.

Our big fish sandwich looked nothing like the picture displayed and didn’t have a crispy coating. The chicken fires were cold and tasteless. The cheesy tots were more cheese than tots. The facility has been remodeled and it looked nice, service was good.

Stinky. Worse smell ever coming from that drive through smells like something dead. That goth chick was pretty nice to me. That bald manager man seems like a great boss. The dining area should be cleaned up more often. The highest rating this bk can be is a 4 because of that horrible smell coming from that drive through is wicked. Nice employees with good attitudes. I can give yall that. Just work on customer service some more and the rating will get higher. Remain professional at all times no matter what. I understand customers are rude too.

I love burger king 8 love the food but damn it why can't they have simple things like what they say they have on the ordering app?it is every time they don't have something. Come on management fix it. We don't have chicken nuggets we don't have coke zero. Take it off the damn app so we don't get disappointed.

Horrible attitudes from workers. Disrespectful, talk back and rude. Food was over fried and no filling in stuff pepper bites. When is it OK for employees of any company to talk back to and be rude to customers??

Burger was decent , fries were semi cold , and drink is flat. Ordered the jalapeño poppers and didn’t even get those.

This is the second time this establishment rounds up with my authorization, this is stealing!!!! They don’t even ask if I want to do it that is what is wrong with this establishment. At least ask if I want to round up!!! Don’t just take my money wth

I just want to start off by saying that the store was actually very dirty. And when trying to order food one of the cashier's were very rude. And had an attitude. Also I tried to tell the cashier their was an any fly in their chocolate chip cookies and she got upset and walked away to the drive thru window huffing and puffing. I also let the main manager know. And he at least tried to fix the problem. IDC if you're having a bad day professionalism can go a veryyyyyyyyy long way fake it until you make it. And also their drinks were very watered down and the counter was dirty. They also messed up on our order Do better team

Me and my family are not going back to Burger King ever again they're very rude and if they don't like doing a job they shouldn't take it out on others so I wish I didn't have to give no star cuz they won't get no start at all but I'm not going back cuz they're rude they need to learn how to talk to people and the manager was supposed to call me back and it's been over 2 weeks so he didn't fix the problem so I'm not going back

Oooof, not a great location at all. They had ZERO grilled chicken available for anything. Nothing to compensate, just refund. I ordered the BK stacker king and the bacon and cheese were both cold. Further, the woman's bathroom was dirty as hell and out of paper towels. The kidz zone play area is literally just chairs. The service was pitiful as the staff didn't seem to care much about their job. Probably best to avoid!
