Starbucks on 48th and Jackson in Coachella...the people are fantastic, been going there for 5yrs. I love 15mins away, we have one 3 mins. Away but I go there cuz they know me and my drink the Batista's are all fantastic..Lisa, Daisy, Brandon, Kayla, Steven, Aaron, Jessica, Kayla, Martha, Louis, Robert, Moe, Miguel, and some new ones I have met and starting to know, my favorite place to go....FANTASTIC PEOPLE!!!
This is the best Starbucks, they always always have the cake pops. The service is really good and you can actually feel welcome here.

This was my go to Starbucks early in the morning (5:30 am) for a wake me up coffee and something for later in the day. The morning staff are the best.

The Barista with the cute gold nosering and curly hair set me up with the most delicious cup of coffee before my ride to work & her professionalism was outstanding! It certainly makes getting your morning coffee more pleasant when the baristas arent rude & thats what sets this one apart from the rest with the current staff.
Always get great, fast service. They made a mistake on my order. They gave me a second free coffee. Even with errors they make up for it
The place is vary nice and neat, from the lounge to the bathrooms. The Baristas are always ready to help at the POS, and both the Handoff and condiment bars are well stocked and clean. The display shelfs for the merchandise are always packed with great stuff, and there's always packaged coffee to take home, and the pastry case always has what I want. There's enough space and tables to spend some time there, and it's always fresh in there. Also the SM is super friendly. Overall, I come to this location often and it's a great location! Keep up the good work. Extra: Also, if I don't know what to order, the Baristas are always glad to give recommendations for me and I've always been happy with them.

It was busy because of Coachella fest but the employees came up with a great system to get everyone out quick and happy.
Never have problems with Starbucks except with them being out of products from and time again. With this whole pandemic thing going on it makes sense that they would be out of things more often but there is usually something to substitute so it’s really not all that bad. I like that they familiarize your voice and face so when you order they know exactly what you want and how you like it. That’s always 5 stars for me!
They are the best Starbucks that I have been to. So much so that even though I don’t live near this one any more I will be making a special trip to come here. The barista Steven has been especially nice and his customer service is amazing!

This is my favorite Starbucks I come here almost everyday the staff greet me as I come in and as I leave. Their mobile service is great they always make my order to perfection. The whole staff there is truly amazing.

Des and Krysthyna have amazing customer service skills at this Starbucks location in Coachella off 48th Ave in the Walmart shopping center. I went in acting up on purpose and was treated with kindness and respect. I always get a venti ice water and then charge my phone to see if they would try to kick me out or harras me but they did their job and we're very kind to me. 5 stars to this location and to the ladies that helped me. Buen dia and great work out there ladies you deserve a promotion or raise at least. I can tell that you enjoy working at Starbucks and your attitudes show this. Cheers.
What to say about this Starbucks on the corner of Jackson and Avenue 48. Those who complain about the customer service here have just never worked in customer service before. They have no idea what it’s like to serve customers all day. It is very easy for them to complain but be sure if they were in the employee’s positions, they would not know what to do. At ease, it’s just coffee. If you are that focused on your money - don’t spend it. I go to this location on a regular basis and many of the employees know me by name. I walk in and am greeted by multiple people at once because I also greet them. You get what you give. You attract what you are. This store is absolutely no different than any other store in America. Very friendly people with consistent service. Thank you Daniel, Nayeli and Daisy for always being courteous and treating me with world class customer service!

Always quick. They always have a lengthy line in the drive thru but it moves quickly. The drinks are always very well made.

Saw an advertisement earlier that morning for cold brew and cold cream on Facebook and it looked delicious. So, it persueded me me to treat myself and my son to a morning cafe drink, getting us of the house, although we didn't order what inspired me to go. This cafe is always busy, however the cafe dining room wasn't packed, but the drive thru was hopping. Had a choice of tables and the baristas we're quick and attentive in taking our order. The business of the drive thru made the drinks take a little longer than usual to come out, but my order was received error free, and thus I and my son enjoyed our crafted bevs. Early Sunday mornings will be my preferred time to go from now on, and I recommend you go then too; you'll beat the after-church rush. When I start taking online classes, I will definitily be utilizing that time to work on homework as I will be drinking coffee, and love the cafe buzz atmosphere while I work.
Friend and I met to discuss our lives, good and bad, lessons learned and friends along the way....one cup of matcha green tea latte and one cup of eggnog latte....both good. No one bothered us the entire time which was pleasant...enjoyed the atmosphere and felt very comfortable.

They kinda messed up...they gave me my drink and it had milk in it and it smell like sour and I let them they apologize and they did it again...sour milk but other that this day they been great
I always order on the app when I get coffee here but when I come in it always seems like the place is kinda dirty and needs wiped down, not just once but Everytime I come in. Staff and coffee are good though
Drove miles off the freeway because it said it was open till 11:30 while the other nearby locations close at 11. Got there at 11:20 and it’s been closed for a while. Waste of time and gas. Fix your hours.
I ordered a refresher drink, and I got a raspado! I finished my drink by the time I got home and I live one block away! All I got was ice, I paid for ice!
My frappe was so watery today.. and the drive thru here sucks.. they never give you what you order if it's drive thru, at this one.. so when I go to this location I always get off.
This Starbucks is always out of ingredients to make frappuccinos! I placed my order and waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line just to be told they couldn't make my drinks because they didn't have the ingredients. This was the 3rd time this has happened.
3 stars for their service. It actually has improved but the wait time is just too bad. Drive thru or inside the store you will be there anywhere from 15-30 minutes. Hopefully it gets better
I'm only giving it 3 stars because mobile payments wasn't working. I had just come from the BOFA across the street and used my cell phone to withdrawal money so I know it wasn't my phone. I also use it at other places like Subway, Cardenas and Circle K. I use mobile payments almost everywhere I go so I'm very dissapointed that Starbucks, of all places, doesn't have it going. The barista even stated that the machine gives people hard times and doesn't take the mobile payments. The barista that served me was very kind and knowledgeable. The place was clean and nice. Again only 3 stars because mobile payments wasn't working and it was acknowledged by staff (sort of) that it didn't work.
Waiting 5 minutes for order and 15 minutes for my drink. Also they forgot add sweeter in my coffee. Good service for 3 stars.
This Starbucks is one my usual. Today the line was extremely long so I used the app to order and picked up inside. Which worked out great super quick and efficient, however the barista was cold, not friendly and didnt even say hello or wish me a good Not even a THANK YOU. like damn some personality plz
Staff is friendly, but very slow. Expect to spend 10-15 minutes in the drive thru, even during non-peak hours. The one on Monroe near Avenue 42 is much nicer / faster.
I love Starbucks and go at least 3x a week. Very humble except they're very slow. I had to wait about 25 min for my drinks and they were unorganized with everyone's orders. I hope this improves
I stopped by to purchase a medicine ball drink through the drive thru. My total was $4.45. I handed the barista $5.45. She put down that i only gave her $5.25 so she gave me 0.80 back. Please check your receipts! I had to park and go inside to get my correct change back.
Too noisy loud grinding noises, Homeless guys around outside, trash cans full and flies. But good staff
They are too overworked in the morning, they completely forgot the espresso in my drink. So I paid for hot milk essentially.
I know it’s a new place but they need to work on their timing. Takes forever to get your order. Last time it took them 25 minutes and order was wrong several times . Hope it gets better
Always slow (10-15 minutes is a good day even during non-peak times), often out of stock on some ingredients, and staff doesn’t seem to be able to figure out the mobile order system. “Items in order 2, 1 of 1” should tell you there’s a food item too... and yet, they never seem to be able to figure it out, find it, or even care that you’re waiting. The drive thru design is a mess... come in on the Bank of America (Jackson) side entrance to avoid getting hit or your mirror taken off. The 48th entrance is a nightmare especially at rush hour and lunch... if you even come here. The service at 111 and Monroe is exponentially better than here (although it too has some drive thru issues) — but for the speed, accuracy, and kinder staff, I’ll gladly drive a few extra blocks.
The place inside is great, but the convince of the drive through is extremely complicated badly designed. The prime location creates an inconvenient traffic jam to people trying to enter Walmart shopping center or even Starbucks itself. Someone needs to look into this daily drama and traffic jam. I avoid this entrance to avoid getting upset or having a traffic accident.
Ordered two days in a row from this location. Day one they had nothing in stock (fine) we understand. My coffee wasn’t right. Day two order our coffee and get on the road it’s not hot at all…come on guys! Please start checking your items before selling them!
Value and convenience are gone from this location. Prices increased by 6% and the wait in drive thru was excessive. It was so bad that people were honking in line. No acknowledgement of the delay at the window. Five staff, a couple customers inside and four cars doesn't constitute a rush. To top it all off, the sandwich was cool in the center.
They are always out of almost everything and have the worst attitude about it and take their sweet time to get your order last time I was there it took them over 40 minutes to get my three drinks out I don't know what they were doing but sure as hell took a long time especially since I had done a mobile order and got there 10 minutes after my order was placed when I've gone to other places that usually have my stuff ready if not they'll take maybe 5-10 minutes more and they'll give me my order and they should really work on their attitudes
I do mobile orders. I always order the same drink, with coconut milk. The last few times I've had to call and get a refund because they've made it with dairy. I pay extra for non-dairy and I cant have cows milk, so the drink goes to waste. Yes, they always are happy to remake it or refund me, but this is happening so often now that its unmistakable at this point. The consistancy at this location is awful.
Have had some issues lately. Over filling my personal cup. Got some liquid on my laptop. Also bought a mug and the inside broke. I was having issues with the app but they said nothing they can do without a receipt. Totally understand but not my fault the quality of the cup sucked. Very disappointed with this location.
Never going there again very bad coustemer service, very rude, and got all my orders wrong, and I had to keep having to repeat myself because she wasn't giving her attention when I was asking a question and trying to let her know that she did my orders wrong, this is the first time I come here and now I will never in my life go back
First time at this starbucks and last one. You guys had available orders online. Then you guys do not allow people to get our drinks on time because we have to do line at car even If we order like 20 min. ago. Close online orders if you guys cant handled it !!
I order through the app and it went in, but when I arrived there the drive thru was blocked with cones, so I went inside and it was locked the people in the inside saw me and ignore me (now I order an hour before they even close ) so I wasted money, gas and time just to not get my drinks I’m so disappointed.
Worse Starbucks in the valley they always take more than 40min specially through the drive thru when it should be faster. Really disappointed

How hard is it to make a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso? I ask them to top it off with Sweet Cream cold foam please and they shake it in the drink. Why would I want foam shaken? Foam is a topper.. Right??? I tell them there is no Foam they take it back pour some of the drink out and add the cold foam. Now I just have milk. I return it to be remade and this time they do not add the Oatmilk just the cold foam.. Am I crazy or is this ridiculous? Why do you offer coffee beverages that your staff do not comprehend. Add means to add not substitute. It’s not rocket science!
I ordered my drink with the whipped cream on bottom, so they filled my drink one inch below the cup line. I was late to work and didnt have time to go back, so I called them a ton of times and they wouldnt answer their phone. Never buying my coffee at this location again.
it was a horrible experience waited an hour for two drinks. the cashier and baristas had a rude attitude with customers. ignoring the ones who were trying to speak to them and showing the fact they were annoyed with all the customers and orders all over their faces.
Disappointed!! Drove 15 minutes out of my way off of the 10 freeway because the hours showed that they were open until 10:30. Got there at 10:12 pm to locked doors! Employee behind the counter just looked up and turned around to keep wiping the counter.
Store filthy when you walk in. Didn't even go in the restroom, figured it would be worse. Plus ... I HATE the stupid no decaf coffee policy. Sbux is working hard to lose my business.
I stopped in today at 1:30pm and was coldly received by Luise/ Luis. Didn't say hello, or greet me, never made eye contact and never cracked a smile. I waited for my frapachino, and the second attendant whispered across the bar.....my order had been sitting there for a while. Luise/ Luis was basically picking his nose oblivious to his surroundings. I will be sure to pass along my review to my Coachella City Dwellers, family and friends. The other 2 staff members were very nice and attentative.
They close the place earlier than posted. Worker locked the doors as soon as she saw us exit our vehicle around 10:20pm when the closing time posted is 11:00. Wack af.
Tried to use the restroom and was denied unless I purchased something. Cal. Health & Saf. Code §§ 118700-118703, all public businesses must allow the public to use their restrooms if they have one.
With the pandemic at the time I understand places do not function with the same structure as before. But I placed an order online since this Starbucks promotes curbside pick up just call. Well I placed an order and no one opened the door after I knocked the workers just ignored me. I also called 7 times and no one ever picked up the phone. Needless to say that the drive through had a line that seemed to be about 30-40 minute wait line. Please don’t advertise something you can’t fulfill. They do not have curbside pick up so you might as well just wait in that 40 minute drive thru
The customer service at this place is horrible. If I could give it zero stars I would. My 11 year old cousin went in the other day to pick up our mobile order - which was wrong. They made lattes when we had ordered frapps. My cousin told the barista who then went off on my cousin yelling at her saying she “does this all the time” and informing her she needs to bring in the app next time blah, blah, blah. I’m assuming she thought my cousin was some kid who tries to come in all the time and trick them into making free drinks. However, that was my cousins first time in that Starbucks! Secondly, they should never EVER speak to a child like that especially one who’s on their own with no adult supervision. Then, we had done another mobile order last night. We get to the Starbucks and see that the lobby is closed and it’s drive thru only. That would have be fine except we didn’t have a car with us. We rode scooters over there. Furthermore, the app didn’t indicate that the lobby was closed. Had it, we wouldn’t have ordered from there. We started knocking on the door hoping someone would come to the door so we could explain the situation. Instead we were just given attitude. The employees inside just kept shaking their head and fingers saying “no.” We tried multiple times to get their attention as we kept trying to tell them “we don’t have a car. We can’t go through the drive thru. Can you just leave the drinks at the door?” But each time they’d just say no and then ignore us and walk away. About 10 minutes later they came outside asking if we had a mobile order and apologized because their lobby is closed. The apology would have been fine if they didn’t ignore us the multiple times before because we kept trying to tel them we had a mobile order and couldn’t use the drive thru. Also keep in mind, this was at 9 and they close at 10. They had plenty of time to keep the lobby open. We were also informed by another Starbucks location that they are supposed to open the doors in this particular situation. When we started explaining to the employee who gave us our drink the whole situation she just kept saying sorry and then told us she was just really busy making orders because she had two employees call off???? Im sorry? She was literally mopping the whole time!!! This entire situation would have been avoided if they just came to the door to see what we were trying to say.
I was driving through from out of town and wanted something to perk me up for the rest of my drive, so I stopped by this location. They had apparently closed 15-20 minutes before their listed closing time according to Google maps. Instead of saying "Sorry, we're closed", or saying anything at all, the entire staff chose to ignore me at the window completely. I feel like it isn't hard to just acknowledge a person, and it made me feel unimportant and invisible.
Really bad service. I understand when it’s rush hour and it gets annoying to be taking so many orders but the employees don’t have to show it or be rude to the guest. Like really ignoring customers when they are clearly trying to speak to them. Very unprofessional. No one is obligated to work there, they can easily find a job they can handle.
Lazy staff.... at 6pm I tried to walk in and get my coffee cause the drive thru line was insane... I knocked and a lady finally answered the door and answered " what do you need" I replied with just curious to know when you guys started closing early? She says we sometimes close the cafe part to better at serving the drive thru faster and that i was welcome to use the drive tru.... Lazy lazy lazy and frankly rude staff. I hope corporate is aware.
Horrible experience!! We get in line to get a drink before working Coachella. We order, get to the window, 1st off, there were about 10 people standing by the window, no one greets. My husband had to greet them to get their attention. THEN, we hand them out card and they say they aren't taking cards YET no one informed us. I asked what they're doing for people with no cards and the girl couldn't answer so I ask for the manager. She come and immediately explains no cards and that they told me at the window. I explain they DID NOT because I would not have ordered. But they need to have a sign BEFORE people are trapped in the line. She asks for my card and the machine magically started working. I understand that computers stop working, etc but this store needed to be pro- active and informed is PRIOR to getting into the lane. I'll never go back there.
You think after being greeted at the counter I’d be helped. But no. The Asian girl was too busy stocking pastry’s and checking a $20 for the drive thru. No one was in the place. Actually the manager was talking to an employee on the floor for training. I heard her entire schedule. You guys need to get it together.
WHEN i walked into this establishment i wasn’t greeted although the person in front of me did… which was AUTOMATICALLY giving bad vibes. Then when it was finally my turn to order the guy RAN from the register and proceeded to stock instead of taking my order and i waited for 10 minutes to order a simple cup of water.. TERRIBLE service, PLEASE fire that person.
Incredibly slow service, ordered my drink 10 minutes before my arrival and had to wait another 15 for just 1 grande drink. If you're ordering here, be sure to order within a lot of time in advance!
I ordered extra vanilla foam on my matcha and they didn't even put any . I pay extra did not have time to go back in . The green tea I ordered tasted like sugar water with a hint of color. Upsetting they can never get the order right at this starbucks . Avoid it unless you want watered down items or not getting what you order.
Went the other day to this location, I wanted the brown sugar oatmilk size venti. They stated they didn’t have venti cups. I advised them that’s fine , just put it in a Trenta cup. They said they can’t do that , they can only give me a grande. I told them the grande and venti are almost the same price so I don’t want to pay for a grande . I even asked for the manager and he said the same thing. I did reach out to Starbucks customer service so hopefully this can be resolved. You would think a manager would at least offer something or ask what he can do to rectify the situation but no. Anyways I hope this Starbucks location retrains management and employees on customer service .
This Starbucks is just not good, been here plenty of times and they always mess up simple instructions. Like cmon they can’t even read and put caramel drizzle, they also didn’t even let us finish our order and cut us off when ordering. It was also 10PM so they might’ve been tired, I’ll give them that.
