I had ordered A cold brew at the drive thru, When the young man handed me the coffee the top came loose and the coffee spilled all-over me and my car. The employee was very sympathetic and told me to please pull over and he would make me another drink. I appreciated his professionalism and the way he handled the situation. Great customer service!! Sorry I didn't get his name.
The best place for coffee And other drinks and the workers are so nice
I visited this Dunkin' to see if they could help me fix my drink. I had gone to a different Dunkin' earlier, and my drink was too bitter. I wanted to see if they could add an extra pump of flavor to make it sweeter. The staff was extremely kind and fixed my drink, even adding extra ice and giving me a new lid. I am very grateful for their help. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the girl I spoke to, but she had blonde hair and, I believe, blue eyes. Overall, I'm thankful for the service I received and would be happy to return to this location again.
Three cars were asked to pull aside to Wait for their food. We only ordered a bagel and cream cheese. We waited 15 minutes. The order came out wrong. Had to go back in and wait another 5 minutes for them to make another bagel that they burnt. And there were no napkins in the bag. No matter how many people you have pulled aside, the line is still at the window. Just make each order one at a time and get it right the first time. Then you wouldn't have a backup of angry people getting the wrong food.
I stopped by to get a coffee and hash browns at the location on 1351 Central Ave. Unfortunately, the hash browns were completely burned and so hard they felt like a rock. Very disappointed with the food quality this time.
How do you get an order wrong when I only ordered 1 breakfast sandwich you are tweaking
I usually don't leave reviews, but this Dunkin consistently gets my orders wrong. Whether it be not decaf, or the wrong cheese on a sandwich. I always order online so it's printed out, so either the just don't read the labels or dont care. Avoid unless you like getting something different than what you order.
Worst Dunkin ever. They always forget something from my order or don’t make it correctly. Decided to go again today and see if it’s better. Had a mobile pickup. Went to the drive thru and told the guy my name for the order and he said okay pullup. After 5 mins at the window he says he’s out of items to make 2 of my drinks. How does this location constantly fail to provide proper service? I was refunded but on a Dunkin gift card which is annoying
Guys upfront are purposely not filling orders. Waited 40 minutes for a sandwich and then the guy laughed at me and told me that it’s been sitting there for a long time and back. Sandwich wasn’t even what I ordered it was just an old forgotten piece of food possibly from the day before.
Two guys up front made eye contact with me Multiple times…whenever I went to speak they turned away and pretended to work. The drive through person had to literally tell them to acknowledge the customer. Dude if you’re too cool to talk to customers just go live with your mom until you’re ready to be an adult. Typical low level franchise employees.
Once again super disappointed. About a year ago now I had a horrible experience with a staff member and vowed not to come back. I assumed coming back a year later she would not still be there and gave it a shot. I had to repeat my order in drive thru multiple times. I asked for a plain bagel with butter, and two double chocolate frosted donuts. When at the window I was given two different styles donuts, and I said “this is not what I ordered I did not touch them yet can I please give them back and get the donuts I asked for” and the lady said no and waved her hand as if to tell me to go away. I got home and realized my bagel had cream cheese and not butter. I brought the bag with the ticket back and showed them where it said butter on it, then opened the bagel and showed them mine had cream cheese. I asked for a new bagel with butter and with no words another lady snatched the bag from my hands and went to the back to make me a new one. Then another staff member handed me a bag and all she said was “I think this is for you” and walked away. Very disappointing.
Probably the least competent workers I’ve ever seen who simply do not want to be there. You will sit on the line and at the window for at least 5 minutes everytime. I ordered a bacon and egg no cheese on a plain bagel and I got 1 slice of bacon and a slice of cold cheese with a poppyseed bagel. And what’s funny is, I’ve ordered here maybe 6 times cause I work down the road and it’s quick. I’ve ordered the same thing 6 times. And it’s been incorrect all 6 times. Last time they put cheese on it I had to wait in line for 15 minutes and had to leave because my lunch break was over and so I left having paid $7 for a sandwich that I can’t eat. If they don’t want to work there then they shouldn’t be working there. Makes no sense on why they’re getting paid for a job they aren’t even doing
I have gone to 1636 central since it first opened. I have never had such bad service as the last year. Yesterday i got out of line and went to wolf Rd dd. Today i waited in the line at 11:30, decided to park and go in only to have to stand at the counter and there was nobody to take care of the counter. I heard a lot of arguing near the drive thru window. Left and tried the line again. I will be taking my business to wolf Rd from now on. I don’t have time to waste sitting in line without moving to place my order. Very poor service. I will give kudos the the young guy that has been there, i think he said 17 years. You need more workers like him
I never write reviews but I am in hopes that an owner sees it. When I pulled up to the drive through a woman (manager or supervisor) was SCREAMING at her employee, I believe it was a young girl I couldn’t see but I could hear her. The employee had made a mistake and the manager was screaming and disrespecting the worker for repeating the same mistake. That is NEVER appropriate no matter the frustration toward your employee. This is extremely distasteful and someone like that should not be in a position of authority. This incident was on 11/11 around or before 10 am.
They mess up every single time I’ve tried to get coffee here then argue with me when I tell them they forgot the syrup or sugar or cold foam etc. Always a diff problem but never made right! and it stinks cause it’s less then a mile from my house so it was convenient but I can’t keep throwing my money away.. gave them another shot today this place is horrible! Less ice apparently means less coffee…. I thought I paid extra for less ice!
I tried ordering a bagel and an ice coffee, the simplest order you could get. When I arrived to the window the lady with jacked up braids and lopsided chest just stuck her hand out with no verbalization didn’t acknowledge me say hello read me my order or my total just stared at me with her hand out. I gave my card and proceeded to blow my nose. When I didn’t hear anything I looked back and again her hand is out the window with my card in it, not saying a word. Then she hands me my coffee, again not speaking nor making eye contact. She walked away from the window, so I started to play on my phone, I look up to find her body turned away from the window and hand again out the window holding my bag in the air with no words to me, but I finally hear her start speaking to her coworker. I grab my bag and pull off to find no straw for my coffee, so rather than deal with her again I went inside and told Serena they had forgotten my straw. No words from her either, she just pointed in the direction of the straws and walked away because their cigarette break was more important than serving me. I’m absolutely disgusted and as long as they work here won’t be returning. You just lost a weekly customer of 6+ years. I was nothing but polite when I was there with pleases and thank yous. I work in fast food myself and would’ve never allowed this treatment to a customer. Then I pull off because at this point I have to get to work myself and realize there’s no spread on my bagel it’s just toasted nothing else. I want cameras pulled.
If I could say no stars I would. The staff really need to be retrained every time we get coffees they’re screwed up. Today they forget to put the coffee in my coffee! I was given milk and flavoring. Then when we brought it back the women wearing a shower cap decided to curse and argue with not only us but her manager in front of us!
