One of my favorite places! I love the balsamic dressing especially. Also we tried the asiago chicken with shrimp was light as simply divine, along with the stuffed meatloaf. Not usually a meatloaf fan but this is no ordinary meatloaf!

I had a steak sandwich, my buddy had a burger. The food was delicious. The owner came by to see how things were and made us feel welcome. Service was fast and friendly. I plan to eat here again.

You can get a fish fry anytime and they are delicious. Pasta specials are always good. Today i had artichokes and spinach with chicken and perfectly cooked pasta in an alfredo sauce. Topped with a bruschetta mix. Awesome. The pot roast over mashed potatoes looked great too.

We most always show up for the Saturday afternoon bands and we really enjoy the vibe. All older people ( like us) , no BS and great servers ! We dont always get something to eat, but we just happened to try the Reuben sandwich this past Saturday. OMG!!!!!!! We couldn’t believe it !!! The beef was smoked !!! What a surprise!!! Probably the BEST Reuben we’ve EVER HAD !!!!! WE WILL BE BACK ! Thanks guys !

My girlfriend and I enjoyed this place very much. We sat on the patio and the backyard which looks to be filled with all the classic tailgating games. The food was great and so was the service. We will be back soon!

Fast service, good food, nice place! We had a few drinks and our server was awesome! Lindsay (awesome memory on the order, I definitely noticed!) Drinks were consistent, fast, and affordable. It was my 1st trip to the Raintree and they did not disappoint. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. Our server was very pleasant. The food was great. The Thai Chicken was cooked perfectly and the chili sauce was a nice touch. The loaded potato skins were just that, loaded. They were served hot and were devoured by the table. The poutine pot roast was fantastic. This is a nice place with a cool vibe. I'll definitely return.

I have visited Raintree Bar and Grill for events in the last year and the venue was ideal for these situations. Indoor and outdoor areas, responsive staff, good parking.

I fell in love with their unique pizzas and fast delivery. The rarity of my unique tastebuds makes it difficult sometimes for me to find something outside of my own cooking to eat. I love their food so much and I am looking forward to dining in with their ambient atmosphere 😀

This is Tonawandas best kept secret. They even kept it from us for years! Food was amazing. They're menu is so big so we over ordered and have left overs but not much! Wings crispy!! Hottest sauce was awesome, great constant burn. Best asparagus I've ever had! Pizza was fantastic, crispy bottom but not over done. Poutine pot roast soooo good! Last but not least our waitress Lindsay was just a doll! We're really looking forward to going back!!

Surprisingly great little place. I thought it might not be that great since it seems to be targeted at the Raintree Apartments and given its location and convenience for the residents in the apartment complex it could probably get away with lower quality because of its convenience. However the food was great, it looks like a great place to go and watch the game because there are TVs everywhere that are easy to see and the service was excellent.

This is a Great place for Dinner and Drinks! they have a good selection of bands every weekend. The Bartender's are so friendly and make you feel welcome especially the owner Joe and are Waitress Angela she was very friendly and professional!

Went for happy hour on Friday like we do. The app special was chips and dip - homemade chips with seemingly homemade onion dip. Told my wife this will be better than what my mom made. And it was. Incredibly good CHIPS And DIP!!!.you can't beat this place.

Great food and great atmosphere. We went on a Sunday afternoon and there were 4 different bands playing. I loved the music. It was busy, the prices were average, and there was a benefit going on. I got in on a few raffles and had a great time.

A real great place. The food was pretty good. Soups were excellent. Salads nice and fresh. Summer seafood specials look great.

My wife and I stopped in here recently, while we were out buzzing about Buffalo talking with local clients about our AI web development and digital marketing services (JTB Online,) and we had worked up quite the appetite....so we decided to grab some lunch. We came in and was greeted by a very nice lady, who politely told us to sit wherever we wanted. They were not very crowded and the atmosphere seemed very laid back, embedded with a smattering of some chill folks knocking back pints of cold beer, and swapping Josh Allen stories. I am from Houston, Texas. My wife is a Buffalo native...to the core.....(as all Buffalo natives are😎.) We asked our waitress how their wings are, and she said in a very confident tone, "They are really awesome..." I was like, "Alrighty then....that seals the deal." So, we ordered a few dozen of garlic parm, cajun spice, medium, and bourbon wings. We wanted to get a real good sampling of what they offer, so we went all-in. …and let me tell you, “Boy, are we happy that we did that!!!!” Now, my wife being from Buffalo, she is more of a straight down the middle of the road "Buffalo Medium with a little Frank’s on the side and a ton of good blue cheese" kinda gal. I like those equally well (and I love Frank's Hot Sauce), but I am also a man of variety. For me, eating buffalo wings is a lot like listening to really good music. I like different styles, for difference reasons...a splash of color for each mood, ya might say. 😎 So, I can honestly say that their wings are to die for!!!! My wife is super critical of wings, being the Buffalo gal she is....very critical. She looked at me and said, "This place does it the right way..." I was really impressed all the way around (as was my beautiful little strawberry blonde boss sitting next to me)….this little place tucked neatly away in some alcove, is a real hidden treasure imho. I like Raintree so much, in fact; that I am ensuring that when I have clients coming in from out of town, and they want to truly experience what great Buffalo wings taste like…I am bringing them to Raintree! The nice lady (I forgot to write down her name) was tremendous also. She was very attentive and personable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a cool Buffalo experience. They really nail the wings game here….big time. Kudos on a job well done, Raintree….we look forward to eating with you again real soon. Ordered 3 different sauces on wings and some fingers too. All were excellent. Ordered extra crispy wings - cooked perfect. Were attempting to go to a " Wing Trail" establishment but they were closed. This was a recommendation so tried them out. SHOULD be on the Wing Trail list. Service was good, just short staffed like everywhere. Comfortable atmosphere with lots of space, no wait. Will certainly be back again

Love this hidden gem. Typical bar food. Friday fish fries and great specials. Last night, I had a blue cheese Alfredo basil linguini topped with sirloin cooked perfectly (medium rare). It came with a soup or salad all for $18. They also offer extra large draft beer. Everything is very reasonable.

The food at Raintree is awesome for take away or eat in. Fish fry, bourbon meatballs, and goat cheese salmon salad are some favorites. The atmosphere goes from chill earlier in the day to bustling late night. The crowd ranges all ages. One of my favorite places for good beers, live music, and watching sports (even rugby!)

Great place till the band started then you couldn't hear yourself talk So we left. The food was good and the bartenders very friendly. I recommend going early.

My wife and I come here occasionally for dinner, it has always been good. This particular evening we stayed longer to see there entertainment. It was a band called "Flip side", it was good, the lead singer was very entertaining.

Food excellent. French onion soup. Love the grilled romaine salad. Burger delicious Service was also excellent. Music a little loud and not to my liking but that's a matter of opinion.

Chicken fingers were top notch! Fries were hot & great! Took food to go, will be going back! Sauces were So so, but will try more sauces.

Quiet during the weekdays, service is quick and the food is good. This place has live music on the weekends. The band's are usually good and the bartenders keep up with the craziness. Would recommend for a night out.

Nice place, bartenders work their butts off. Definitely need a stage at least 22 in. And how hard would it be to project the band onto a TV behind the stage. I could figure that out in like 12 minutes.

Food is average at best. Service was good. Atmosphere was what kept us around for a while longer easy crowd no drama no fake people no glamor girls and juice head boys.

The Fish Fry was great! The Pizza was less impressive but OK. The wings were OK they weren't crispy and too saucy. I asked for medium and got hot. The wait staff is young and not as customer oriented as they could be. Things like no smile, no welcome to our restaurant and no thank you and come again. Nice place, remodeled. Looks like new with more/better use of space. Nice crowd. I hope this place makes it. It's in a great location. They need to work on training there staff to make customers feel more welcome.

The food is good and portion sizes are large, I particularly liked the fries that came as a side, crispy and salty, but there seems to be an issue with coordination. We stood in the hostess line for nearly 15 minutes with no hostess, while there were plenty of open tables. After being seated two different waitresses tried to serve us, they eventually worked it out but things could definitely run a bit smoother there.

We went in there with a huge party, and the waitress busted her butt to make sure we were tended to. Unfortunately, she also had to tend to two other tables, so she was kind of hung out to dry by the management. The wings were really good and the beer menu is respectable. I'd definitely go there again.

Food was pretty good! The chicken fingers are all natural and lightly breaded- and HUGE. Tasty loganberry bbq sauce to go with them. Drinks were pretty fairly priced. While we were there, a band was setting up and the venue is a little small for such a loud band, but overall not a bad spot.

First time ,we will be back again, close by to grab a meal. Would have liked the Wings Chargrilled. It really makes a difference when Grilled. I worked in a restaurant's for 40 years those little extras make a big difference.

We picked our order up to go. It was ok but not great. I don't know that we will try anything from there again anytime soon. The fish fry was average but not great. Really not impressed for the first visit.

Bartenders are very attentive, friendly and handle a large crowd very well. Did get a couple subs to go and were lackluster.. Were a bit skimpy and literally hard. Have been here a few times. Live music more often than 90% of anywhere else in area. Second time around had chicken quesadilla and personal pizza and both were exceptional. Chicken was seasoned, juicy and probably best quesadilla I've had since I can remember. Pizza is passable. Nothing wrong about it but nothing rememberable or that's gonna stick in your head to say "gotta have that again" to bring you back.

Food was good. Nerds Gone Wild were good. Bar fights were ridiculous! I felt bad for the poor bouncer. Some people really need to grow up! Obviously can't hold their booze or whatever! I won't ever go there again.

They should have had 2 bartenders on.She was good but too many people for one person

We went in on a Wednesday evening so it wasn't super busy. Service was friendly and she did hustle. I tried thr fish. Don't. I never had a fish fry where I had to use a knife to cut through part of the batter. Some of their selections are good. Not many casual places offer Salmon. Seeing as Joe, the owner, Is very nice and Is trying to get things back up and running after reopening for dining, we will give him another try. We want to support the local places.

Was served huge piece of raw dough, instead of making me a new one, staff put it back in the oven to over cook it. Ordered clams, was given empty cup, had to ask for butter. Place was empty, staff just wanted to leave so we suffered for it. Thankfully the drinks were comped

I really do love this place but it's unfortunate that things are never consistent. If it's a good day, the food is EXCELLENT I mean I've had some delicious meals here...and on an off day, let's just say it will ruin your evening. Waitresses are always sweet, maybe more staffing would help? We will be back regardless and roll the dice...

Food was pretty standard, some solid fish options. Place was very local, service was just ok, price wasn't bad since one of the menu items I ordered was forgotten from trying to remember without writing down the order. Overall just ok for the first visit. Outdoor patio seating was quiet.

Did not feel it was worth the trip did not care for the steak sub and paid to much for it.

Very disappointed, service was awful, no check back to see if we needed anything and not even a refill. Only 2 waitresses from what I could tell so being understaffed could be the issue. Special was so over seasoned it was inedible. Had to leave cash because after 15 minutes of waiting for them to come pick up the check we lost our patience and just wanted to leave. It's a shame as it's close and could have become a go to place for us.

Waitress was decent , place was empty and food took forever. Waited 40 minutes in an empty venue. Chicken was raw and I didn’t even want to finish it . Social distancing was pretty bad , and booths were ripped and lumpy.

We were seated quickly, pleasantly. Chill atmosphere, dimly lit. Things started to go sideways when the loaded potatoes (definitely not fresh) came out before all the drinks were served. Soups, hard NO! Entrees severely overcooked or reheated one to many times. In my opinion they should stick to the bar/pizza arena.

Has always been one of our "go to" places until recently. 2 weeks ago ordered Reuben, has been great in past. Was mostly fat, showed waitress who said "Yeah, sometimes it's like that " when I commented they should be ashamed to serve that she took $5 off bill. Went last night, fish fry greasy and undercooked. Waitress never asked if I wanted a drink refill, nor did she offer us boxes. Think we need another place to go, especially since it wasn't crowded so waitress was certainly not rushed.

First thing I noticed was the ripped upholstery on the booth the waitress sat us at. There was literally only one other couple seated in the dining area having a few drinks and we were seated in the booth right next to them. So much for social distancing. The waitress was prompt and very pleasant. Took our drink order which was filled promptly. However we waited over 40 minutes for our food order to be completed. We were literally the ONLY diners in the dining room....my wings were nicely spiced as requested but the blue cheese was definitely straight out of a bottle and not a refrigerated brand. That might cut it in other metropolitan markets but certainly not in the metro area of the City in which the chicken wing originated. My son ordered a chicken finger sub. It looked like a nice balance of roll to toppings with a generous amount of chicken fingers but as soon as he picked it up to take a bite it was obvious that the inside of the chicken finger was a bit on the pink side. I guess the chef that cut the sandwhich didnt take the time to have a look....i used to frequent this restaurant back in the early 80's and have been here recently without any incident but i will have to think long and hard before returning again....

Nothing really special about this place. The beer is way over priced $6 for a Coors on tap. The chili was bland and watery. The help seemed to be nice considering I'm an old man and they don't know how to talk to people like me. Like I said nothing special, but better then other bars that have been n this building.

Pizza place that wants to increase prices and offer no delivery . They wanna increase their prices to sit down restraint prices offer no delivery after there 250% mark up and then continue their profit bit telling you they don't deliver and to call grubhub Pizza joints inherently deliver but places like this have raised prices and passed the buck to delivery companies increasing their profits exponentially. My family and I went to dine at this establishment, and we were surprised to see that the place was empty other than some youngins at the bar. The owner/ manager was very rude to my family. It was a shocker to see that he treated us in such a manner. He proceeded to yell at my kinds for “prancing around like wild animals “ Will never go back

We just had the driest cheese, pepperoni, and bacon pizza on the planet. Are you guys running low on sauce? There must have been a teaspoon of sauce on the entire large pizza. Plus, it was overcooked and tough. We had overcooked chicken fingers from you in the past too. They had a tough, leathery batter as if they were sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Plus, the homemade sauces sucked. We can’t take a chance on you guys anymore. Update: My girlfriend likes to get a drink here with friends after work. Today, she asked me if I would like her to bring me home a sub. I asked her for a capicola sub. Again I was disappointed. How can you call it a capicola sub when there is so little capicola on it? Maybe just say “Seasoned with capicola.” The most striking feature of this garbage sub was the tough doughy roll. I tried giving you another chance, but now I’m done.

this is the 3rd time in a row that i have not been able to get food at your restaurant. i get with weather and what not it was hard to keep somethings in stock so i let the other 2 times slide but tonight was the last time i stood in the building for 20 mins cooks looking at me from the back, try to get they're attention nothing they bring someone else they're food then look at me and inform me that they closed 4 mins ago so my advice is don't eat here McDonald will treat you better then this place. the employees don't care and you know that means the company dose not care either. i would have been fine if they just told me its closed. but letting costumers stand there and then after you make them wait for 20 mins tell them your closed is simply inexcusable

Pizza was disgusting. Got a replacement and that was gross. Hardy any sauce and zero flavor. Are in the restaurant and the poutine was awful. Steak is extremely fatty. Pasta was good. Staff in restaurant was very friendly, but i wouldnt recommend eating there.

Food is bad. Home made blue cheese SUCKS! And how can you screw up wings but they do. The quesadilla looks like a garbage plate made inside out with no salsa. Over priced for type of food, fine dining prices for bar food.

Good music but the bartenders are not attetentive. It's like your bothering them for a drink. One time they ignored me and my friend when we wanted yo eat AFTER giving us menus. I mean really??? If my friend isnt playing there I don't go. If I do I get water.

Food was Blah. I got the chicken marsala and absolutely no flavor and watery. Again, with the French onion soup. My mother got the chicken finger sub Roll was stale and no flavor. I'm very disappointed. The service was very good but the place was dead on a Saturday at 5-6pm. This was my 3rd time there, and I'm still not impressed.

The pizzeria has slices everyday I walk in there I really do not think they felt like making any slices so they told me they do not do it on Saturday but either way it just lame there food ok but not worth the effort.

I'm not sure if we just had bad luck and our first time ordering was a rough night or what but we will not be ordering again. The food is BLAND, not a seasoning in sight. I ordered the country fried chicken and on the menu it's supposed to be served with cream gravy. They gave me breakfast sausage gravy! Like what?! At least put that on the menu for those that don't eat pork! The batter was blah, no flavor at all. Only decent part of this entree was the buttered corn! My family also ordered the baby bac mac, it was watery and same as with my meal, no flavor! The ranch for the salad tastes sour and all dill, again with no seasonings! To repeat, I don't know if we just got a bad night or what the case was but this was a terrible meal, felt like we wasted money.

The service was good even though there were some issues with their CC scanner. This was one of the worst slices of pizza I have ever had in my life. The cheese tasted sour and the sauce was incredibly thick +dough tasted stale. I heard good things and was very disappointed. 1.5/5
