This is the most amazing location and will continue coming here in the future. Brittany and Sebastian are the most amazing employees. They are always so welcoming and nice to me. I would highly recommend everyone to come to this location

I have been to this location plenty of times and have not been disappointed yet. Whenever I come in, it always seems like all the staff is focused and working to ensure quality service. That hasn’t stopped them from taking a few moments to greet me whenever I come in to pick up a smoothie, though. If you are looking for a place to stop by for a cold, sweet beverage, then this is the place. I would personally recommend the Island Impact. It is delicious!

Always kind, welcoming, and pleasant to be around. Today I had Lynette and she was so lovely. They both were excellent and some of my favorite workers I have met.

I love going to Smoothie King! The smoothies are always fresh and taste amazing, but what really makes the experience great is the customer service. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, and they get your order out quickly even when it’s busy. I especially want to mention Janae she was so kind and helpful. She made sure my smoothie was exactly how I wanted it and did it all with a smile. Little things like that make you want to keep coming back.

My husband and I come here every morning. The employees are all super friendly and always do a great job. I'm not sure who is over the inventory but they are constantly out of stuff. It's either the protein, fruit, ice cream, yogurt etc. We love the location and want it to do well and be successful but it's very frustrating when we place an online order then show up to pick up our smoothies and they tell us they're out of some of the ingredients.

I have always had good experiences at this Smoothie King, but unfortunately my visit on Thursday, February 12 was extremely disappointing. The young girl with brown hair who took my order and the young blonde girl who made my smoothie were both unprofessional. When placing my order, I specifically asked for less peanut butter and to substitute raspberry. The brown-haired employee told me that was fine, but she failed to communicate that modification to the blonde employee making the drink. When I politely repeated my request to the blonde employee — asking for less peanut butter and not a full scoop — she added a full scoop anyway. When I addressed it, she rolled her eyes and scoffed, and continued making my smoothie with a visible attitude. She then took my drink to the back for an extended period of time. Given her behavior, this made me uncomfortable. When I expressed that I felt uneasy about it, she responded rudely. As I was leaving, the blonde employee made sure to say, “I hope you have a fantastic day. We appreciate you,” in an obviously sarcastic tone. This was the worst customer service I’ve experienced at this location. I hope management addresses this, as I have always enjoyed coming here in the past.

I’m not usually the person to leave reviews especially bad ones, but this visit deserves one. I’ve been to this location many times over the past couple of years, and the service and quality have been on a steady decline. This visit was the worst by far. There were only two cars in the drive-thru (including mine) and three employees working, yet it still took over 10 minutes to get my drink. When I paid and received it, there was zero greeting, no “thank you,” no basic courtesy, just awkward silence. I took a sip and immediately knew something was off. I asked if it was made correctly, and the cashier insisted it was, this is the only drink I get from here and I’ve ordered this exact drink here for years and it was definitely not right. There had already been attitude during ordering, and the tension was so obvious that I decided not to push the issue. I told her, “It’s okay, I don’t really have the time to redo it,” and began rolling up my window. That’s when she shut the window, mocked me to her coworkers, and they all laughed loud enough for me to hear “How are you gonna complain and then say you don’t have time?” It’s a $12 drink. It should be made right the first time. Maybe if the focus was on customers instead of mocking them and joking around on the clock, the quality wouldn’t be this bad. This wasn’t just bad service, it was unprofessional and disrespectful.
