I remember visiting Tommy's back in LA, for those special chili nights; what better place to go other than here? For a restaurant deliciously notorious for their chili-adorned fast food (their "world famous chili burgers", in particular), the cleanliness and hygiene of the interior were superb. In fact, you wouldn't think the place was a 'slam-everything-in-chili-and/or-cheese' with how clean and spiffy the tables, chairs, windows, everything looked. There's even a sanitizer dispenser right beside the napkin equivalent (tip: napkins are very essential when eating here). Like, damn. The service is especially great. Staff here are nice and patient, though it might've been because we arrived at a not-so-busy time. Regardless, it definitely helped with my pleasant experience here. To be fair, the food here should be something of a craving on certain days rather than an occasional thing. Although I rate the food 4 stars (the chili burgers back at LA were a bit better), the additional bonuses provided here bumps it up to a 5. Awesome. tl; dr ++staff/service ++clean/sanitary ++AC (air conditioning) +food and timing
I'm originally from socal this is s a must have everytime. The tamales with everything is a great go too. I would say you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu and don't forget Chilli goes on everything but your shirt and the sodas. And don't forget if you don't see the shack then take it back.
In a world that's always changing, it's great to know Tommy's is the same old burger joint you know and love. Their chili burgers are just the best!

What are the cleanest fast food places I've ever been in. The floor was immaculate. Every table was very clean. There is no trash or extra napkins around that needed to be thrown away

This is the original Tommy burgers! Place is always spotless the food is always amazing and the people are always extremely helpful! I grew up on Tommy's and I've never once had a bad experience.
I had the #2 with chili cheese fries my wife had a triple chili cheeseburger. What can I say about Tommy's? We both used to hit up the spot in LA in our teen years, the OG Tommy's; so this is more nostalgia than anything. We like Tommy's from time to time. The chili is the same great chili. The burgers are delicious. If you're in Corona and are craving a chili dog, fries, or a burger, get your fix at Tommy's. It won't disappoint.

If you’ve never been to an Original Tommy’s then you’re in for an absolute treat! The burgers are thin smash patty style, cooked quick and covered with a very generous amount of chili and cheese. Their regular fries, much like other major burger spots, aren’t the best. This is easy fixed though by covering them in chili or cheese - or both of course for some classic chili cheese fries! At the end of the day these burgers are a delicious mess and worth every calorie they’ll cost you!
I haven't had a Tommy's burger in a few years. It tasted just like the good old days. Double cheese with cheese chili fries. Bam! And I had to pick up one of their pretty cool 75th anniversary T-shirts 💪

It’s Thanksgiving and this is the only place that is open. It took a little bit of time to get the order completed, but I suspect that’s because they’re probably slightly understaffed on a holiday. Otherwise, everything was great!

Quick and easy. Used the drive thru. Granted that the price isn't what it used to be.... it was still pretty good. Nostalgic.... Just a warning or maybe something to take note of, I know they place the food in half boxes but sometimes, there's stuck food underneath them..... So just be careful placing your to-go on the seat or on the dash, because it could get oily/ dirty.

I tried this years ago and it wasn’t really as great as I wanted it to be. Tried about everything on the menu again today and… not my tempo. I seriously dislike American cheese so a slab of melted American over cheese fries or tamal what have you versus shredded cheese is definitely not my jam. Everything was just kind of mushy fries were undercooked the tomato and the chili had a good flavor, but yeah. I had a definite mismatch with what I typically like so I probably am not going to try it again. Also interesting that they put a tomato and pickles on the chili cheese tamal. Stopped by today and honestly, we expected more. The burgers need to be better seasoned and the chili to our surprise was bland. We did order chili cheese fries and could've used more cheese to make it better. It was hard to enjoy, since the chili was bland. 3/4ths into our burgers, we started to feel sick. Not even 15 min after the last bite, pne of my relatives went to go blow up the toilet to do #2. 💩 We won't be trying it again. Something we ate was contaminated. Wendy's has better seasoned chili and we just noticed In N Out was right across the building. We should've spent our money there.

Terrible food and service! overpriced and they got our whole order wrong. Never will go back!
I had to have got overcharged here recently. Because there is no possible way the total is $19 just for a single cheeseburger combo. That's more than Carls Jr, Wendy's, In & Out, etc. And on par price with Five Guys. Not possible. I can go to some Restaurants and pay cheaper. Food is good but not worth that price.
I don't know what happened to Tommy's. The patties are small and paper thin. Hardly any chili on burgers and they put as little condiments as possible in the burgers. Burgers should be half price. They are literally the size of McDonald's burgers but 3x the price. Spent almost $60 for 3 combos and a 4th burger. Service was good. Its no wonder why it was empty but the in n out right across the street was packed.

Was about 100 degrees when I walked in there. The manager is lazy and is in the back while workers have to work in harsh conditions. Workers look like they are hot and suffering. Food was ALSO COLD! Young black man also looked drained and MISTREATED!
Chilli tasted like it was from a can, overall was not very good. Cold burger patty was extremely small and the slice of American cheese was cold, not melted on either the burger or chili cheese fries. One couple that was there before us never got their food, left mumbling that they watched people come and go and no food, plus several business days to get their refund. Honestly I think they were lucky since my stomach was rumbly the entire hour drive home, felt like I would be sick. My advice, don't let the long line at the In and Out across from Tommy's make you try this horrible restaurant, you will pay more $ for awful food & service, I regret not going to in and out.
