Our waitress Juliette was amazing. The food was good wasn't what I expected but the waitress made it all worth it! and the location was nice and the building was clean and bathrooms were clean too.

Enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. I sat at the bar for my dinner with my sister. I do not drink alcohol but the place was really " alive" & the food was excellent and the prices were fair. Customers, like myself seemed to really enjoyed the restaurant.

I love Chili's. It was my second time ever going. I got this plate that has half a slack of ribs, sausage with cheese in it, corn on the cob, fries, and some chicken fingers, and last garlic bread. Dessert was amazing. Molten lava cake.

My server was very nice and patient as we asked lots of questions. My mother has many dietary restrictions and she was very nice to recommend entrees. She also made sure the cook knew to be careful. I just had the new Chicken Tenders that were delicious.

This place was me and my husband's go to spot during 2020. Covid hit and everything was closed down but Chili's had curbside pick up and we basically lived off of that. We had to have been here at least once a week. Great service, the food is always standard and never changes.

It was a Friday night a small wait 10-15 minutes. Waitress was nice and attentive. We did order soup but one came out not hot, rather on the warm side. We ask to have it reheated and politey did and returned it with more cheese, very nice. Overall food was good and service was good.

We ate here today for the first time in a few years. Latet lunch. We did the 3 for $10 deal. You get a drink, starter, and select entree. Our server was Megan and she was very good! Request her station if she’s in. We have the Rewards deal so we got Chips and Salsa for the table for free. (Unlimited refills) I love Chili’s chips. They were as good as I remember. Nice and thin. This time they weren’t warm, they usually are. I also love the taste of their salsa. Not too price but has a lot of taste. My adult daughter and I selected the Original Chicken Tenders . I will say that I don’t usually get chicken tenders/strips but Chili’s are really good. They are battered and delicious! And you get a lot. At least 5 large pieces. We got the honey mustard dipping sauce and it was good. The chicken is moist and tender and the coating crispy. you get corn on the cob and fries with it but you can choose any 2 sides. I picked coleslaw and loaded mashed potatoes and my daughter picked fries and loaded mashed. The sides were all good. They serve it on a metal tray and if you get fries they are in a metal box. Very nice plating. My nephew got the kid’s pizza chocolate milk, and the mini lava cake for dessert. He shared the cake with us and it was warm and gooey, so good! We all got soup. Chicken Enchilada-which is the best, and my sister got Baked Potato Soup. Also good. We filled up on the chips and salsa so we didn’t eat all our food. We took home a lot of leftovers.

Placed a to go order at 602p, order was read back to me 3 times cause every time it was different, then was told my total was 49 for to pick 3 for me and I said I'm sorry what. She then replied I'll see if I can get you a discount, mind you the price wasn't right from the beginning then was told 31 something and that's what it should've been. Then was told your order will be ready in 15 min, 40 min later order just came out and I had ty check it cause with the way things had gone I was like I need to confirm things well here comes another burger now making it 3 burgers when I only ordered two . Then I get home to find out they gave me a wrong order or wrong burger, however you wanna look at it. This was the worst experience we've ever had here. I try and be patient and understanding but maybe this is why robots and AI are taking people's jobs cause humans can't even take an order right and or give a correct order back to a consumer and they want 20 an hr , if that's what you want then price yourself and earn it. We won't be back for awhile.

This chain has definitely gone downhill. Once a long time ago this place was edible. Not so much anymore. The sliders were overcooked. The mozzarella sticks were not melted inside. The egg rolls were warm & with less filling. The Santa Fe salad was sad! Very little chicken and way too many tortilla strips. Very sad looking lifeless salad. Only good thing was the Molten cake but server said it was under 5 bucks but it really was 10 bucks. A disappointing food experience. Do better Chili's!

My family of 14 visited this Chili's on October 31st after 9:00 PM. We were initially quoted a 30-minute wait, which was understandable as our entire party hadn't arrived. Once everyone was present, the problems began. After the initial 30 minutes passed, we were told it would be another 10-15 minutes. The reason given was that they had a room available but didn't want to overwhelm the three waiters in that section. However, while we continued to wait, they repeatedly seated multiple parties of 3 and 4 in that same area. The logic was contradictory and frustrating. When I questioned the hostess, she gave the same explanation and then muttered, "This is the situation," under her breath as she walked away. This was unprofessional and demonstrated a complete lack of customer service training. The situation was critical as we had two elderly members with diabetes who needed to eat promptly. We asked for the shift manager, "Andrew," but he never appeared. Instead, a man named Joel came out. By this time, nearly an hour had passed, and our confidence in the establishment was gone. We declined Joel's offer to finally seat us, as we feared further delays and had already experienced such poor service. The lack of organization, the clear misprioritization of tables, and the unprofessional staff interaction made us take our business elsewhere. Thankfully, my husband secured a table for us at the BWW across the street (Same djopping center), where we were seated and served without any issue. This experience reflects a severe failure in management and staff training. We will not be returning.

The food was horrible. It started with stale fries in the Texas cheese fries. The steak was gummy and the explosion salad was soggy. The best part was the drinks. $100 wasted because we did not eat or enjoy our food.
