Preguntas frecuentes sobre Naked Pizza
Opiniones de Naked Pizza Coronado
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere. The menu offered a wide variety of mouthwatering pizza options, each one more delicious than the last. The crust was perfectly bubbly and crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. I left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied and eager to return. If you’re a pizza lover, this place is an absolute must-visit!
I rode a great trolly ride to Coronado Island and jumped off the trolly to check out the sights. I was hankering for a slice of pizza and came across Village Pizzeria. I decided to check them out cause they do serve single pieces of pie. I actually ended up ordering their special that day, which was a chicken Parmesan type sandwich. I can’t remember what they called it, tho. It had a special name. And the sauce was a vodka style tomato sauce. The sandwich and sauce were delish! That paired with a nice cold water, it was a wonderful lunch. The pizza also looks excellent and I wished I had had room in my belly for a slice! Thin crust, large pieces and a lot of toppings to choose from. There is a small seating section indoors and plenty of tables outside under the porch. Great place to people watch. The counter gal was friendly and brought my food out to me! Be confident picking Village Pizzeria as a place to check out if ever visit Coronado Island.
Pizza is on point. My son is a pizza snob and I'm not a super huge pizza fan, we both loved it. Slices are big, cheese is melted beautifully, pepperoni is flavorful and slightly crisp. Greek salad was also very good. Highly recommend for a pizza fix.
The pizza here was goooood! And my boyfriend and I were able to get a large half-and-half with half meathead and half poundtown. It was pretty busy when we went, but we did find a table shortly after ordering. You order at the counter and they bring the food right out to your table so the service was exceptional. Be prepared for wait times during peak hours, but this place is definitely worth the wait.
Not the greatest pizza, but it passes the vibe test. Service is good, depending on who’s on staff at the time. Will be going back when in need of food to feed a big group but don’t want to go off the island for a better pizza.
Stumbled upon this spot while walking around Coronado during December month, very busy crowds for sure. We got the garlic knots and small Napoli pizza. The knots were a little raw on the inside, and cooked on the outside, the marinara made it much better in my opinion. The pizza was nothing special, not salty enough, but the dough was pretty good. Overall not too bad for the price, and service was very fast considering it was super busy. Staff was very cool and would come again to try other items off the menu.
amazing tasting pizza, probably top 5 in san diego in my opinion. Whitestone is definitely top. You also have the og Pepperoni/Cheese that's always good. Amazing and friendly staff as well. Ryan is highly professional who has helped our group place orders, decide what to get, also with top recommendations numerous times after the beach! Autumn was very accommodating when it came to exploring other options when they were sold out of the pizza of the month. We come here every couple of weeks and will continue to do so!
We ordered a veg pizza with customized toppings and it was tasty and they customized it as per our order. The taste of garlic and basil was distinctly yummy. The delivery was fast. The place doesn't have any special or unique view but the quiet and nice lighting outside provides a nice outdoor sitting where you can have long chats over pizza..
It was our first time visiting this place. From all the restaurants we could choose we desired to get pizza. The girl at the register seemed bothered because we took couple of minutes to check the menu. She left us standing there, turned her back to us to chatting with the other coworkers. Till someone (I guess the manager) asked if we need it help, then the girl came to the register. We went outside finding a nice table, unfortunately the table was not sturdy enough, we asked the guy if he could fix it. He told us he was not able to do so. We move to another table, the guy showed up with our large pizza missing a slice. He promise to fix the issue and he did, he brought another small pizza to cover the inconvenience. However our pizza didn't look or tasted fresh, or warm enough as a fresh made pizza should be. We were hungry far away from our hotel that we didn't complain or say anything, not only we had to park 3 streets away, walk to the restaurant to have not that great experience. We just wanted to let you know about this.. Thank you.
I would have given them 5 stars but our pizza wasn’t cooked in the middle of the pizza. We had just drove 4 hours and was exhausted and wanted to bring our food back to the hotel. I truly was looking forward to having this pizza because it was a thin crust which is the best. The flavor was great but undercooked and way to exhausted to go back so we just had the salad. The hostess who took our order was so pleasant and very sweet
$78 for a pitcher of beer and a large pizza in a run down noisy hole in the wall?! Fun for families because the kids can run around on the outside patio but we had hoped for something more memorable and less goudgy and grungy. The pizza itself had loads of creative combos but the white sauce was more like a light layer of olive oil and garlic so we were eating dry flat bread pizza without a lot of spice unless we added the red pepper (which we did). Ask for red sauce instead of the white. You have to go up to order and they will bring it to you when it's ready. All three of us had time to clean off our table ourselves and individually walk outside and around to the back where there are stinky garbage cans to use the single stall dirty gas-station like bathroom. Servers were super friendly until they started cleaning and banging around us to get us to leave because it was closing. Hey guys, If you hadn't taken 40 minutes to cook our pizza we would have been gone in time.
I was craving a margherita pizza and was going to get one at the hotel Del. However, Village Pizzaria was along the way so I thought I'd try them. It was good but not the best I've had (the best margherita pizza is at the Fountainebleau in Vegas). This version is salty and very garlicky. But it was saucy, which is how I like it. I got a small, which was generously sized.
The pizza was great. However I like drinking wine with my pizza and they were out of the bottles I asked for. Yes bottles, not bottle. They were out of everything I asked for. They had enough of one wine to pour me glasses but then I noticed after the fact they had happy hour on wine among other things while we were there and I was charged full price for my glasses. That was frustrating but I still give it a 4 for the pizza. The outdoor patio area is nice to enjoy your meal.
My wife and I were vacationing in Coronado Island and for dinner one night we happened on Village Pizzeria. To be honest most of the fair-priced 3-4 star restaurants in Coronado are not known for their ambiance or gorgeous setting. Village Pizzeria is basic in surroundings and outside dining. What Village Pizzeria is good at is friendly staff (other than the girl last night that seemed mopey or bored) and great servers. Their food is 4 out of 5 stars which is very good but lacks certain refinements. We had their Mediterranean Pizza, Lasagna, Zucchini sticks, and Village Hero sandwich. The pizza was cooked perfectly as was the lasagna. The only thing that dropped the star total was the lack of flavor in those items. The marinara sauce was bland, as was the pizza and hero. A touch of sea salt or a drizzle of olive oil would have heightened the flavor. But all in all a good place for a decent meal.
Visited during Happy Hour. They were busy, so it took a while to get a seat. Service was sparse and we were never offered a drink refill. The food was really good though. We ordered a Caesar salad for the table and we all wanted more after we finished. I had a slice of the sausage and mushroom pizza, which was a nice size and flavorful. The Garlic Knots were kind of disappointing. Their wasn't much of a garlic flavor and they were slightly dry. Definitely worth a try, especially during their happy hour!
Fun little pizzeria not far from the Hotel Del Coronado on Orange Street. We ordered a build your own small half pepperoni / half sausage pizza to go. It was a decent pizza, but not my favorite. I would say it's better than your regular pizza chains. The crust was lovely - soft and chewy while the sausage had some kick (spicy), which was a nice touch. I ordered extra sausage and they were very generous. It was VERY light on the cheese and the red sauce wasn't the type I enjoy - almost sweet tasting. That being said, pizza flavors are often personal and other people's taste buds may enjoy it more.
Folks here are nice, but get there early. If you want popular items on the menu they sell out, at least that is what was explained to me. The atmosphere is excellent! Lighting and scenery are beautiful and at a great location. The food taste was average. Pizza was ok, Brussel sprouts were loved by our veggie loving party member. Fried Zucchini was done well, and the ranch also complimented the flavor. Mozzarella sticks were better than average heat and serve. Overall it's most like any other pizza joint other than excellent atmosphere, however the price far exceeds almost every pizza place. Value- I will go somewhere else if I'm going to spend that much.
