We went to eat at Applebee’s for the first time in over a year! We were lucky enough to have Cory as our waiter! He was absolutely amazing! Best service we have had in a very long time anywhere! The food was good and we will be going back!

We we're taken to our table, it took literally 10 mins and I finally asked someone whom our waiter/ waitress would be. The food was good, but to see them working together with other tables and not ours kind of baffled me. I still tip, although I'm a big tipper. Customer service is a big deal when greeting people and making feel like you want them there. Everyone should be treated the same and taken care of. The most awkward experience I've ever had at apple bees. I don't know who management may be, but they need to be checking the floor and making sure customers are being taken care and attended to. Terrible experience.

Our server Twyla was quick, personable, hard working. She made good suggestions for alcoholic drinks,, was super helpful and just seemed glad to be doing what she was doing. The 4 cheese honey pepper macaroni is so good! Classic app filled us up too. We had a wonderful server, she was helpful to not only us but other tables. Twila, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. The manager there was also great, she talks to the other people and is very present in her store. Definitely coming back soon!

Absolutely love this place! Phillip N was our waiter, he was the best! The food is always great, the atmosphere is wonderful, but Francis Solomon is the one who keeps bringing us back! She is friendly and fun and you can tell that she really enjoys her job! She is an amazing person! Thank you, keep up the good work!

Wife and I enjoyed an awesome meal with one of the best servers we have ever had. Our drinks never even had an opportunity to get low and we never felt ignored. Food was fast and prepared perfectly. There were drink specials and we definitely partook in those. We will be back often.

Our food was fanominal great service great atmosphere the main person over the restaurant even checked on us a few times. The steaks were cooked as asked medium rare and were very delicious! Would definitely recommend eating at Applebee's. The only disappointment would be they had no Coca-Cola products! For a jack and coke. The kids food was well prepared and very delicious!

I see a lot of negative recent reviews. However, my experience tonight was top notch. Brittany J was one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered, not only with my table but the surrounding tables as well. My 8 year old daughter even said “mom, she’s really happy and good at her job”. I’d also like to shout out the MOD. I didn’t catch his name but he did do two rounds of table touches. I’m a former restaurant manager and that was something we were always taught but you rarely see anymore in establishments, so I really loved to witness that. Because of them, I will be back the next time I’m in town.

Great service and good food today. We took advantage of the lunch specials and the kids meals. All were satisfied ...plus the dollar brownie desert is a tremendous value at 1 dollar. Our waitress went above and beyond to keep our drinks refilled. Overall a great experience. Only way to improve is to get lower prices.

We just had dinner here and I ordered the whiskey bacon hamburger and let me tell y’all, this was so delicious, it comes with fries but today they were dry so I couldn’t eat them, usually I just eat a few and specially if they are soft, the passion lemonade was grrrreat😋😋😋 And Katie our waitress she was wonderful and so sweet 🌹😎 my hubs hamburger and strawberry lemonade was good. We had an inexperienced waitress and a few miscommunication errors, but the manager did everything to help get things ironed out. Overall, I would recommend this establishment.

The waitress was under shadow training, but the shadow did a fantastic job of making sure customer service was well taken care of. It was a birthday get together, so we got to have them sing to her, which is always great 🙂

Our food was quite good overall. My wife had the steak, and I had the mac and cheese bowl. The grilled chicken in the bowl was rubbery, but the manager quickly replaced it with a piece grilled properly. We had a BOGO coupon, so no complaints there. However, the soft drinks were 3 bucks each; that's a mini-crime. The staff was friendly. All in all, a good experience.

The entire experience was good. My steak was done correctly, the broccoli was fresh, and the mashed potatoes were well, just mashed potatoes, exactly what I expected. The appetizer was good, and the chips were k thin and brittle, making it difficult to get the spinach artichoke dip. The blonde brownie is always a hit. The service was spot on and pleasant. The atmosphere was decent. The restaurant was clean, the flatware was not. The music was a bit loud. It made following conversations difficult.

The staff were very good. We went on Easter, and unfortunately, they had a full staff there despite the half empty dining room. My friends loved their food, mine was ok. The drinks were excellent. My friend loved her French onion soup. I really liked the pretzels with beer cheese-the cheese really isn't beer cheese, but it's good.

They sat my 12-person party at 11:30 pm. Did as good as they could at that time of night. We were pleased! =)

Me and a fellow co worker stopped here to eat before heading back on our long trip home. The service was great and the food was great. I ordered the triple bacon burger which was excellent and my co worker ordered the tacos. The portions for the tacos were a little lacking but the management corrected it right away. Otherwise, this place is good to go.

Brittany was our server. She was excellent great attitude and very kind. There was some discrepancy in my order. I'm not sure if I told her the wrong Burbon Street ontray, or she misunderstood what I ordered. I also ordered soup. She brought out the soup she apologized for about how long it took to serve me the soup(it arrived just before my order). She explained that the kitchen made the wrong soup and they had to remake the soup, but the bowl was only half full when she served it to me. Between my order being wrong and the soup, she offered a couple of ways to fix the problem. We accepted the offer, and the rest of the night was very good. Overall, this was a very positive meal experience, and staff and management were very professional.

Date: 2/14/2024 I just left from here with my spouse. We were standing at the door since there weren't seats available. The hostess ignored me and my spouse. People came after us and she greeted them and told them how long the wait would be. We ignored the first time thinking she was tired and busy, but after the second and third time it looked intentional. Mind you the people she went to were same race as her. Everything great for the most part. Server at the time came over asked one of the people I was with if she wanted a refill on her tea. Never brought it out then asked a second time. Again she said yes then my brother asked for some more Dr. Pepper. Server never brought it out. I ran out of tea in my glass Server came back by. I had to be nice rude for us to get drinks. The time she took to do anything was horrible I could have had another child by the time my desert came out. Then she put all meals on separate tickets when I asked just for the desert to be on a separate ticket. I will not be going back.

Usually, we always have a long wait time on alcoholic drinks. We enjoy coming to Applebee’s, but there’s times where they don’t even come to check to see if you need a refill. Some can be friendly and some of the waiters can be a little rushing. And we always end up having to wait a while before we can pay our tab out, but food is usually good.

Our server was great and the food was great except there was not enough salad dressing on the salad. When we asked for two to go salad dressings, we got them Got them for a dollar each for them. So you do not get enough salad dressing but you can get more for two dollars. We won't be back for some time.

We dont eat here very often so I dont know how the service usually is but today my husband and I ate lunch here. Our server,Jose, didn't do the greatest job. He took forever to greet us and then after we got our food we barely saw him. He would do what is called in the service industry " a drive by" and keep going. His customer service skills need some work but his attitude was really good. All in all we enjoyed the atmosphere and our food.

Tried the all-you-can-eat shrimp, ribs. One word nasty! Had not been to an Applebee's in years, it will be years before I go again.

Would have been OK waiting an hour for our food had the waiter given a heads up things were backed up but watching him serve the larger tables eagerly and attending our side of the room only when we could get his attention was just bad service.

Poor service. Our waitress was more worried about giving service to a table of drunk men that was right beside us. My brother and I stopped at Applebee's in a small town coming from Fort Worth, Texas. The music was so loud, we had to speak very loudly. Even though all the guests were 60/70 years old. I didn't recognize one song. I had to ask several times for it to be turned down. It was turned down at least six times before it got to bearable. We almost left, it was so loud. We ordered qeuso, and we were curious as to what it actually was; it was gelatinous goop. I don't think there was anything dairy in it. I was gross.

Bourbon steak, shrimp and chicken!! We tried them all $80 & a house margarita on the rocks. The margarita was good, for $2. The bourbon has no burbon flavor the pics on the menu look good but when you actually get your plate it's already pre-portioned and you get a less filling plate potatoes were dry they seem to be just regular potatoes with no other flavors on them the chicken steak and shrimp had no bourbon flavor either they just put together steak and potatoes and called it bourbon chicken and potatoes and called that bourbon a chicken and steak and shrimp are cooked properly not too dry but it was really and the least amount of words a real lack of flavor. I was really disappointed in my meal. No bourbon flavor or spice at all. Kelly's Cajon Grill in Grapevine Mills Mall is the best real bourbon flavor real Cajun potatoes and a Cajun feast they are the best.

Very easy to place an order to go. Arrived prior to food being done. Took food home, grilled Chicken Salad, was good, but probally would choose crispy chicken salad next time. The fish and chips, not so much. The fish was something you'd find in a box, in the frozen food section from walmart. But even worse was the French fries. Cold, old and stale. If I was the cook, I'd be embarrassed to serve those fries. Come on, It doesn't take 5 minutes to cook a new order. Serve hot and fresh, make my meal enjoyable. ( some people are going to say, you took.your order to go and by the time you got home, the fries got cold,)..negitive....brought other food home from the same distance or longer, never had that issue...just bad cold, old and stale fries

Went for dinner on monday night about 8:30 p.m. Service was extremely poor. Very over priced for the amount of food we were given. No refills on tea. Had to ask 2x for a simple condiment & waited a very long time for it in order to eat. The music playing was mixed but mostly very heavy metal with the "F" word. No mistaking what word that was. Not only is this family UNFRIENDLY it is not even somewhat decent. Felt more as if I went to a rave where someone brought a little food. If you enjoy a decent place to eat with somewhat of a sense of morals this is NOT your place.

The food was disgusting! The steak tasted freezer burnt and my potatoes and green beans were ice cold. When we arrived, it was about 4:30 and not that busy. There were about five employees that we could see, some playing on their phones. Finally, Alissa seated us and it was soon apparent that she was fulfilling the role of hostess, bartender, and server. It took an hour for us to receive our food, which was very good, but we ordered simple meals that should not have taken long, especially since it was not busy. Additionally, it was very warm, and we were informed that corporate controls the thermostat, and evidently, corporate doesn't understand Texas summers. Alissa knew of the issue and set up different fans to circulate the air. Our drinks were only filled once, and we were told that the servers cannot bring out pitchers. Overall, this restaurant seems to have some serious issues.

Stopped by to celebrate my 8 year olds birthday. It wasn’t busy when we arrived but we did notice the place looked messy and several tables hadn’t been cleaned yet. They sat us at a table that had food all over the chairs, thought okay we’ll just clean it ourselves so we did. Our waiter brought us some plates for our appetizer, they were all dirty. He apologized and went back for more plates, he brought back 4 and reassured us these were clean (they were not). At this point I felt really iffy about eating off any plates from that kitchen but I decided to stay. They brought my son his food and there was hair on his plate, I sent it back and they brought us a “new” batch of mozzarella sticks. I had ordered boneless wings and they brought me bone-in, by this point our waiter was held up by a large (15+) group of college kids & never came back. We decided to get up and try to pay with another staff, they knew that the order had been wrong because they saw my husband and I discussing the bill but didn’t offer any assistance. It’s very disappointing to have ended the night paying $75 for hair in the food & 8 dirty plates. Oh, and we never could get silverware from anyone!

Terrible service-the manager ended up being our server because the waitress went mia. Ordered the combo appetizer- there was like 6 tortilla chips. Strawberry balsamic salad..17$ salad-it came with FOUR slices of strawberry. I stacked them on the side of the plate and it didn’t even equate one whole strawberry. Showed the manager and asked for a few more and was charged 2$ also it came with a teaspoon of the dressing and I charged for that too. I shouldn’t have to pay extra to make the item as described.

They were not busy at all and another couple came in about 10 minutes after us and got their drink orders. Place definitely didn't seem well organized and will not eat at this location again.

I came in like I usually do once a week and this REVIEW is not about the awesome bartenders and servers or food. This is about the manager being fired. I know when I come to Applebee’s I am going to be taken care of and given a nice experience because of Aaron who I heard was no longer here. What a travesty for management who made this decision. I have personally seen this man make every issue that has come up, fixed, even if it meant him being back in the kitchen and helping run food. He has been a smiling face at this location as long as I have lived here and he is the reason I always come back. I hope corporate looks to the folks being hands off and see what kind of service your folks get with him not being here. Makes me sad. One less place to eat. I hope he lands somewhere where he is appreciated for his long hours and kind heart and demeanor because I will be there. He is the epitome of what is lacking in restaurants now much less a chain. He deserves better. I own a small business and finding great people is hard. When you find a great one you elevate them, not let them go.

We always go here. I don't mind it. But there is this One Person. That for some reason. Is a Total GRINCH !!!!! Don't have to be Christmas. This Person is probably why we stay away alot. It doesn't care for me, so there for. We want be Back. GRINCH i hate that you have an Issue with yourself about Me. Freaking get Over yourself !!!!!! Not only this. Unless The GRINCH likes you. Then it will speak. To you . Hell the only reason we go or I its because of Mike. He is the best one there. The food is getting Crappy, dried wings. Same old Menu. Come AppleBees Cooperate. Think of something new. Do a dang suggestion box. And your New Burger drowned in Cheese. Come on. Yall are one of the few places I can eat.

The restaurant was not busy at all and it took over 30 minutes to get soup and it was cold and the cheese was just a big chunk. The waitress blamed the wait time on my mom's 6 oz medium rare steak, and blamed the cold soup on the kitchen saying they JUST put it in the window and that's how they gave it to her (I find that hard to believe)... Ordered macaroni and cheese for my daughter and it was cooked too long in the microwave then dumped onto a serving dish still molded into the shape of the container it was cooked in and all of the corners/edges were burnt hard. We peeled the hard parts off leaving only half the macaroni and cheese left. Terrible Experience!

I order food and was not fresh it was old look like it been sit in the back for hours the garlic stick toast was hard as rock u could break a window with it and I told the waitress this must been sit in the back for hours and she was not friendly at all just dry as a waitress I always tips my waitress and very good but she didn’t get no tip and then I call BISHOP TO OUR TABLE EVEN THOUGH HE WASNT OUR WAITRESS & ask him will he tell them to remake my order and I wanted it fresh he went to the kitchen and told the cook I heard them back there laughing about what I said cause I didn’t get no fresh food what I order BUT I KNEW HIM FROM BEFORE WHEN HE DID SERVICE OUR TABLE back in October when it was my daughter birthday and he cheated my husband out of money but I made it right with him after it all I want be back APPLE BEE I GO TO CHILI FROM NOW ON WHERE I GET GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOOD FOOD YALL IS TRASH AND GET SOME NEW COOKS AND WAITRESS

Did the 2 for $25 and a bacon cheeseburger no tomatoes... Got the cheeseburger with tomatoes and got charged $68.14 with no tip as it was a to go order. Will be complaining to corporate about the extra $30 in price among the other issues. Definitely trying to cheat people here

Went to try and enjoy the Texas & OU game.. it was not busy at all.. maybe 20 people tops.. first off.. the glasses of water were filthy.. had some green stuff stuck to the inside of the cup.. didn't try it.. food was not bad.. but it took so dang long to get drinks.. we ended up just paying and leaving at halftime and ran home to finish the game because we were there for over an hour and barely got served 2 drinks.. the plates were dirty too.. it's crazy to see what used to be a good time so ran down in the dumps.. oh and drink specials? Yea, it's for show.. they just charge whatever they feel like.. overall it was a ridiculous experience.. sad times..

Me and my family came to celebrate my sons 23rd birthday and this was very nasty and disgusting serving my son not once but twice raw meat the fries was cold the waitress was rude as hell slamming drinks down and then forgetting about us completely this was uncalled for this was my favorite place to come to get a free drinks with the family The picture was from the second steak

I guess the waitress Destiny C doesn't like us, and that's why the service was so bad. She ordered our drinks and didn't even wait or ask if we wanted anything else. I ordered an appetizer as she walked by; she wasn't interested in listening to me. She never refilled drinks, never came to ask if everything was okay, so I had to go find her to pay my bill.

They took like 4 minutes to come attend service, took them 45 to receive food (horrible one by the way) the only "good thing" was the beer MODELO, the food had no flavor, it was watery, the chicken tender taste frozen, horrible food, and really expensive for this terrible experience! Never come back..
