Guys, how does not love good authentic Mexican food? Well, if you do, here is a must to go. I had their carne asada mulita, there parillada " I recommend if you want to taste a little bit of all there meats" and there churos. I was fantastic, it made my food soul sooo happy. Please see pictures..by the way these folks, these people have 4 restaurants, Santa Barbara, Oxnard, and 2 in Ventura. Well, my brothers and sisters, God bless and enjoy good eats..till the next restaurant..

Delicious tacos. I had 2 Al pastor and 1 carne asada. There was plenty of meat that it fell out while I was eating and was enough to fill up the extra tortilla. The pineapple on the Al pastor reminds of being in mexico. Inside was busy and every table full. Extra seating outside and the food came out within minutes.

I first visited their Ventura location a couple of months ago and found out they have a location here in Oxnard as well. Their tacos are just as good here. I ordered green Chile enchiladas but they ended up giving me red sauce enchiladas which were spicy but I still liked. I definitely recommend them. Their orchata was delicious and service was so friendly.

Good call-in pickup place. I had Alhambre Especial - was good. Not a fancy place but decent quick eats.

Great tacos. Menu change with price increase. However, this one is worth it. Tacos are larger and the shrimp was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. Decor-wise nothing traditional about the place but this is not what this great establishment is about; its casual dining with great food. I have been here a couple of times in the past and was satisfied with their offering. It's consistent, good ingredients and a clean, if not sterile atmosphere. I will always go back to this place for a quick eat in the run

Place was decent overall. I prefer the Ventura location on the avenue for the food & salsas. This one is very clean though and the staff is very app to clean tables and trash areas which is nice. Food was pretty good, salsas are basic. They do have a self serve salsa bar which is cool. Prices are decent as well. One thing I did really enjoy and will return exclusively for this. The fresh mango drink they have is amazing. Very refreshing & not too sweet. It’s a bummer they don’t give refills on it, unfortunately they have to charge you for a whole extra drink for more. Great spot to eat and hang out inside and outside.

Amazing Asada 🌮 ! Texture was tender and smooth. 👍 Flavor was glorious with the Chipotle salsa👍 However, the chicken 🌮 was lacking in flavor👎 And the Green salsa was weak in flavor and spice 👎. Oddly enough, the chicken 🌮 was almost a dollar more than the Asada. Overall, try the asada 🌮 with the Chipotle salsa and you won't be disappointed 😎

I ordered breakfast burritos for my wife and myself. We each got a bacon burrito, and I paid $3 more for extra bacon. What a massive disappointment. The burrito had maybe half a strip of bacon and half an egg; it was 90% beans. We paid $32 for two breakfast burritos that were 90% beans. I’m so disappointed and feel so ripped off. Never coming back here for breakfast again. The lunch and dinner options are okay though.

When I arrived I asked how big the tacos are. The cashier said they are larger than street tacos. I ordered 3 grilled chicken tacos to go. When I got the bag it felt light. I should’ve checked it before leaving. They took the cheap route on the meat. It wasn’t even enough meat for a street taco. They were folded in half to hide the lack of meat. No presentation at all. No onions or cilantro. She didn’t ask me if I wanted either one. Each taco was almost $4 too. What a disappointment. I would love my money back. Had to eat them and didn’t even fill me up.

Decided to give this place a shot since I could not find any taco stands. Ordered a torta and two tacos that came out to almost $30 with a fountain drink. Said hello no and just got the torta and drink for $18. Long story short meat was dry cheese half melted more beans than meat and bland. The only good thing about it was the taste of the bread. Should have gone to in n out to get more bang for my buck.

This place gave me vibes that as a customer you cannot complain otherwise they will try to humiliate you especially if you are Hispanic. I order three chicken tacos/ grill chicken tacos and I have always order chicken tacos and they give me grill chicken tacos. Nobody has ever asked me whether I want them shredded or if I want the full chicken in there 🙂‍↔️ I call your business and I express the situation and your employee claimed in a very defensive tone trying belittle me claiming that she was right and I was wrong. She implied this, “what you want me to do? You want the money back? I will have to speak with my boss. I don’t think you want to come just for that.” “We don’t have any issues refunding you JUST FOR THREE TACOS” Evidently that’s not problem, I’m not requesting a refund. I just called for her to pay attention since today was me next time someone else and customer service skills can better. Yet she shut me off abruptly at the beginning of the call placing me on hold and I get it, your employees may get busy. However I know exactly what I order and I was expecting just an apology but instead she was verbally fighting me when I was not even mean to her. Boss if you are reading this you know better that that’s not the way to interact with customers. Even for this small order I left tips. And the tacos don’t even look good, I’m not lying they don’t look tasty just simple dry tacos. Sep6/24 PM shift. Nothing against the cashier whom charged me and handed me the food.

Update: burrito de asada has almost no carne. Cheaping out. What a disappointment My wife loves this place. We always get burritos de asada. Today I decided to be adventurous and get a Torta. Alpastor torta. And it was delicious. Also, the green hot sauce is the best The Alpastor tacos are very good Parking is usually easy and there’s lots of tables available when we arrive They have a salsa bar available for dining And three refills on soft drinks The Al Pastor meat seems to be grilled to be slightly krispy just the Way I like it
