Placed a take out order for a personal pan pizza just before 10. Gotta say, it was probably the fluffiest pan pizza I've had at a Pizza Hut. Tasted great, just like I remember as a kid. Boys on tonight were nice, I'd go back.

Seriously the most outstanding customer service compared to other Pizza Huts in Oxnard. Tonight I kept getting put on hold at the Saviers location and usually have that problem whenever I try to order. I can only get delivery from Saviers so I make the drive out to this one because they are the best and the food that they make is always worth it. The employees are polite, fast, and professional and the food is great! Definitely will keep coming back

It's been about 6+ years since we last ordered from here. We thought we'd try it again. The pizza was a little dry and so were the breadsticks that were overcooked. I think it's sat in the warmer too long before they gave it to me. The portion size of the pasta has really gotten small. Pizza taste wasn't bad but a little bland.

I finally get my order and get inside only to find that the food is cold and the mozzarella sticks are burnt (photo attached). Also, the order of mozzarella sticks is supposed to have 8 sticks and there were only 6 (I ate one to see if the color was deceiving and maybe they weren't burnt....but they definitely were). I called the store and the girl on the phone could not care less that I was unhappy. She offered to have the order sent out again (it's almost 9pm at this point, no thank you) or get a store credit (I will not be ordering from them again, so that was also a no from me). I asked for a refund for bare minimum of the mozzarella sticks because they are inedible. She agreed and said it will show up in my account in a few days. Just overall very disappointed in this experience. I was REALLY craving hot, cheesy pepperoni pizza and I got cold cardboard and poor customer service instead.

Sadly, This was our Last Pizza Hut Pizza! When I ordered tonight there was NO option for Pan Pizza, which really MAKES this pizza. It tasted like cardboard, inedible, and terrible. We couldn't even finish 1 piece each. Just Don't Order here. Try another Local Pizza restaurant before Pizza Hut! We are Truly Disappointed 😞

Ordered pizza and wings early on Halloween, to beat the rush, delivery was spot on no issue there, but man was the pizza bad, no taste and dough was hard as a rock. The wings did not really have the flavor they use to have very disappointing. Will not recommend them at this time , again very disappointing in the flavors for the price I was changed. One pizza okay, but all three different pizza's where the same and two sets of wings were bland in flavors.

I paid $30 for a large cold pizza that tasted horrible, little Caesars is better on price and taste for being cheaper pizza.

Horrible experience!!!! I ordered a simple cheese pizza. I got chicken n cheese. I was told they need it back while my 5 year old was hungry for his dinner. I couldn't it to give him. I prefer DOMINOS HANDS DOWN! BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE and their PAN PIZZA IS AWESOME!!! Dont order from here. They will give you a hard time. Especially knowing the food it going in the trash and they are the ones who screwed up!

During this corona epidemic most restaurant dont allow you to dine in. I ordered my pizza by walking in the store. The cashier took my name and telephone number. The store was dead no one around so the pizza should have been made in no time. I wait outside for over 30mins i ordered pizza at 1016pm. I had to walk back inside to ask if my pizza was ready. Didn't get my pizza until 1048. You would think as soon as the pizza was finish she would have just come to the register and let me know standing right outside the door as to not lounge inside the store.

Very bad customer service I called placed an order and they said hold on then hung up then I tried calling back saying that I already had made my order and they kept laughing and joking around. Very disappointed in their customer service. The store manager Joseph was very unprofessional and kept hanging up on me. I guess they don't care about their customers. I've never had this much disrespect and ignorance trying to order a simple pizza for me and my kids. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. And I suggest nobody else should. If try treat their customers like this I can imagine the way they run this business and what they might do to paying customers food.

And as customary after I received the pie asked for cheese & pepper flakes I was told that there was an extra charge for it. Needless to say I will not be returning. I was there around 12 noon. The only thing I can suggest is to retrain her on dealing with customers as she clearly needs it ASAP. And when did pizza hut start charging for something that has always been free? Insane!!!!!

The food was great, but I paid for eight mozzarella sticks and they only gave me six. I wasn’t gonna drive all the way out there again to for the mozzarella sticks that I was missing. I just know that I’m not gonna order again from there.
