We go there for a quick aperitif, because it's quite large and there's usually room for everyone, the staff are friendly, and the platter isn't huge but just right.

We stopped at this bar while passing through on a Sunday outing. It was strange to find that nearby Rivarolo wasn't even open for lunch, while we saw several in Cuorgnè. We limited ourselves to a quick snack (piadina and a giant toasted sandwich, which, to be honest, wasn't exactly giant), two freshly squeezed juices, cappuccinos, and brioches (a bit German-style): everything was excellent, well-cooked and flavorful, with frothy cappuccinos and fresh brioches (it was Sunday). The staff were extremely friendly, and the place was...typical of a small town (everyone here knows everyone, and the TV is always on). It was very easy to find: practically across the street from the train station, which, unfortunately, is no longer needed due to the absurd disruption to the arrival of trains (last station: Rivarolo).

I happened upon it by chance, passing through on a bike ride. The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and accommodating...we were supposed to go up to Nivolet by bike, and it wasn't the sunniest day (so to speak), and he told us, "Better this than the strong sun." :-) Delicious cappuccino and croissant :-)
