The drinks are wonderful, the fresh fruit strawberry slush but this is the third time we have come here and got a cheeseburger and fries or onion rings and the hamburger is cold and cheese hasn't melted because of it. The onion rings rock but fries were about the same as the hamburger cold as though they have been sitting around waiting on a order. Onion rings are always fresh. Won't order food here anymore. We even tried more than one location. Not for me!

Worst experience ever. The wait for the drive thru was incredibly outrageous. With only 3 cars in the line. Don't recommend here unless you have a full tank of gas and about an hour and a half worth of waiting time. And that's being generous.

A glorious young gentleman that took my order and told me what I couldn't have instead of what I could. I asked for a number 4 double with bacon. He told me he couldn't do it. Knowing full well you guys Can he just chooses not to? I push the issue and finally got what I asked for. With atitude. Now I have to wonder did they spit in my food In retaliation.. Definitely will not be returning. 80% sure it was spit. Now in saying this I feel sorry for the poor young lady that had to deliver my meal in the rain. She with a smile got a $5 tip.

Be careful here, the burgers are good, but at this restaurant be sure to get your receipt, the person who brought our food to the car attempted to keep our receipt without asking us and balled it up in his hands. I told him that I wanted to keep that receipt and of-course he gave it to me all crinkled up. The reason I mention this is because I think that when they do this practice it's a way for them to steal money from the restaurant AND if later you happen to have an issue with the food now there's no record or a dishonest record of a refund that has never happened. So please be careful and aware of this.

#2 cheeseburger. No onion, No tomato, add Jalapenos. First burger, received, cheeseburger with only onions and tomato. Sent it back, asked for#2 cheeseburger. No onion, No tomato, add Jalapenos. Received cheeseburger with only Jalapeños. Not happy. But my cherry limeade was excellent

My first and last Sonic experience. $4 for 4, count them four, shriveled dried onion rings. The chix sandwich was flat and brown with limp lettuce, it included "bacon", which was not on the description. It was barely edible. It's clear to me the complimentary mints are to get the bad taste out of your mouth.

They brought our order and I asked for for some extra fry sauce and I offer to pay for it and said that they could only give 2 with a large order i got this sonic every day and buy drinks and half of the time they can't get it right the smashed hamburger it was a small one and changed the same a sonic hamburger I told the manager that I would quit going there i gest I will start go to Wendy more or some wear else

The manager was rude and didn’t like the fact that she made a drink wrong and then had another employee bring it out. The drink had ice all the way to the top and barely had any of the drink. We had 3 drinks and it took them 20 mins.

It took them 20 minutes to make 4 drinks, and when they brought them out, 2 of them were wrong. People who work there just don't have a drive to work anymore. That place used to be really good, but the service has just plummeted. Would not recommend!

We wont eat here again. We were passing through, didnt check our order before leaving. We should have as we usually do not get our correct order at any sonic. We ordered a chicken basket with tator tots and a coney with cheese tator tots. We got a chicken basket with dried up chicken and old fries and a coney with chili cheese fries. It was read back correctly i just feel like old food was thrown together and given to us. On the bright side the young man who gave us our order was very polite.
