Walked in to place my order was ready pretty fast! (On a friday) The cashier was very sweet he was a young hispanc, the past employees that used to work the front always seemed to have a attitude . The food was worth what I paid for

Typically when you order from wingstop they take forever. This one however is an exception. They are quick and easy and do a tremendous job when it comes to customer service. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you for doing such a great job.

I wanted to give a huge shout out to the manager Stephanie and her team that helped us retrieve my company's large order from a delivery driver that was lost and unresponsive. She left the store to find the driver and got the wings from him and delivered them to our office herself. MUCH APPRECIATED! We had fun at our party with great wings. THANKS!

We had such a great experience here! I ordered almost 200 wings + sides for a company lunch, we arrived about 15-20 mins before and they were unaware of the order. However the lady running the store it would only be about 10-15 minutes. I was u sir but she delivered, and very quick! We had all of our wings + sides within 5 minutes of our scheduled pick up time. She took accountability and then pushed out order out no problem. Everything was correct and of course fresh! Thank you for taking care of us and making sure we got everything in a timely manner! We will be considering you guys again.

The restaurant has the new order display system, and thus, the food is ready in less than 10 minutes. The food was hot and tasty, but the cashier should have repeated it back to confirm as we received and paid for extra veggies. The restaurant needs to be upgraded soon as the floor is in poor condition. Plenty of parking available on site

Love the wings..and sometimes the fries. Depending how busy it is,will give you an idea of how your food is going to turn out. If it's busy, expect your fries to come out overcooked and your wait very long. Just letting you know what happened to me.

2nd time I have waited over 35 mins for a mobile order. If it is night time or a packed lobby I understand. There were 3 guests seated and only 3 cooks in the back. I watched a guest who ordered in front of me get his food in 10 mins. What’s the purpose of a mobile order if the location puts them on the back burner? Also the employees just don’t seem to care here anymore overall. That’s a greater indication of management then themselves though. Food is still good that’s why it’s not 1 star

Store requests delivery drivers as soon as order is placed, NOT when order is being prepared. So store is packed full of frustrated drivers waiting up to 45 minutes, fuming because their time has been wasted which has cost them money. Drivers are actively pushing to have this store delisted.

They never cook the wings fully or do cross contamination or something bc everytime I try wingstop again I get food poisoning to the point I’m throwing up stomach acid the next day

Location is advertising The Perfect Combo chicken sandwich and when I order it they said they do not have it available. Employee was not able to explain why just said is nit available and did not offer anything in exchange. I was not given my receipt because the machine did nit printed and staff did not know how to reprint receipt. Young staff must be trained better in customer service.

I came in to pick up a family meal to go and the young man named Oscar refused to allow me to get water in my “own” Stanley cup. As I sat I watched him give drink cups to other people as they waited. Very poor customer service and he was willing to allow me to get a cup of if I paid. Again it was my own cup just water nothing more …. I will NEVER go back here
