Love stopping in when I’m in Dallas been going there for atleast 10 yrs great service and excellent food!!!

I always get the Birria taco, but I always ask a crisp a little bit more because if you get more than one, it gets soggy on one side pretty quickly I don’t care for the breakfast tacos as much as I care for one of the lunch meat related ones, but every time I’m in the area I have to stop by here

Long wait for my food but honestly it was worth it. The trio dips thing is fantastic I couldn’t even wait until I got home before I started munching on them! I’ve been here a few times and they don’t usually disappoint. I like their outdoor seating that is also covered so the Texas sun will not straight up destroy you. But I usually just take mine and go anyways. Good space to sit and wait for your order though. They also say your name over a speaker so you can hear them as long as you are in the general vicinity. Anyways if this review was way too long just know this place makes their food to order so don’t go if you are in a hurry but it definitely is worth it if you have the time.

Great place to stop for taco or sopes, elotes and aguas frescas. My go-to are the pastor or the birria tacos with cheese. I also like the cucumber (pepino) agua fresca. Food comes out fast and we usually take it to go but there is a spot on the patio to eat them there.

BEST tacos in Dallas hands down. I’ve lived here for 2 years and have been here sooo many times and have never been disappointed. You can’t go wrong here for breakfast lunch or dinner - everything is amazing

Tacos Y Mas does not disappoint! We've seen the sign for brisket tacos for a while and always wanted to stop & I'm glad we finally did! Everything, from the food, service, and pricing, was great. Wish they had some indoor seating or enclosed patio with AC for the summer days, but we ate in our car, and that was just fine! Parking is somewhat limited and has a car wash next door, so it's a busy street corner, but not too bad during off-peak times. It's definitely worth the stop, and we will be going back again! I suggest getting their amazing brisket, barbacoa, and watermelon aqua frescas, but next time, I'm trying the horchata!

I ordered the Big D breakfast burrito! It was sooo good! A great size, fresh, hot temperature and their sauces are great! I would have posted a picture of the burrito but it was gone almost as fast as it arrived! I will definitely be back!

Good taco stand for taco Tuesday cravings. Fish tacos were great. Other tacos were good too. Ordered one of the hottest salsas that I’ve ever had hehe We will be back. Keep up the great work. Now, I know that I can call ahead for my order to save some time waiting for the food. Keep it up guys.

I just visit. The food was delicious and did not take a long time for them to deliver my order. I came out with my family however, as soon as I get ready to take a bite of my taco, I spilled the whole plate of my food. The lady came and saw that I spelt it and remade it. That type of kindness made my day

Stopped here for breakfast and it was awesome and fast! I ordered the Breakfast Bowl with salsa verde, started my day off right! Next time I'm in town I'm getting so much more!

Really good street tacos at a reasonable price. Sure, there's better tacos in DFW, and there's cheaper tacos in DFW, but if you find better AND cheaper tacos, you let me know. It's a walk-up shack, so I would reccommend carry-out. The staff are also very friendly and quick.

We used the Tacos Y Mas on Ross to cater our pool party at Manchester State Thomas. They were attentive and communicated really well about all of our details. The food was simple and yummy! We ordered Chicken, Steak, Carnitas, and Barbacoa tacos in flour and corn...200 of them along with chips, rice and beans. They delivered them on time, hot, and fresh. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

Tacos are great, great flavor and cooked fresh. You have to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for your food but it's definitely worth the wait. The prices are reasonable and the staff was Kool.

Tacos Y Mas - Lower Greenville Mexican, Breakfast & Brunch Lower Greenville, Dallas Mar 5, 2025 This is a cute little place facing Ross Avenue across from what used to be an old Sears location. The girls behind the counter are sweet and courteous. The place has the ambience of a street taco joint you might find in Ensenada, Mexico. Red, white and green ceramic tile adorn the outside. I ordered the Birria Taco and the Islander Taco. The Islander Taco has grilled shrimp with pineapple, onions and a nice hit of curry powder.

I have been coming to this spot for about 4 years now and I can't get enough. HIGHLY recommended! Food is awesome, the breakfast tacos are to die for and they are super cheap. Go check em out!

I got ground beef taco plate, corn on the cob and watermelon drink. Yummy! everything was delicious and I will definitely be back soon. FYI be prepared to wait everything is cooked to order in order, worth the wait.

This place serves some amazing food! Our server Mint was great. It was crowded and we had to wait for awhile but it was fully worth it. Every dish we ordered was fantastic. Highly recommend the calamari appetizer.

Tacos were good the birria was definitely great! A little pricey but the taste is worth it, at least I would say. The rice and beans were bomb and should definitely be included with the birria plate but yeah aside from price the food was cool. I went back twice in a weekend trip.

Are they the best tacos in Dallas? No. But they're a good standard street taco. The Big D breakfast burrito is probably the best thing on the menu tbh. They're also not the best breakfast burritos but again it's a good standard.

El Verde burrito is a great veggie choice. They have many hot sauce options! Also, they have a vegetarian section on menu which makes ordering easier.

I had a mahi mahi taco (5/5) and carnitas (4/5). Good taste & flavor, just super greasy.

Was driving around heading to a different place to eat and saw this and changed up. Not the street tacos I remember when I used to live here but still good. Quick and easy.

Went for steak and lengua tacos 🌮, they were still Delicious 😋. Sorry, didn't think to take photos. They didn't last that long. 🤷🏽‍♀️ My only complaint is I would like to have more cilantro, I never get it when I ask for Lots of Cilantro. 🌿🌱

Nice chill atmosphere. Had 2 tripe tacos they where not to my liking plus a 5 taco birria platter two drinks for 25 bucks. Mid food, but study of 1 take it as you will. I've had better and cheaper at Fuel City Dallas.

I ordered from the street tacos section. Just the basic chicken tacos. The taste was average & was totally bland. Even after throwing some spicy salsa, still tasted the same. I have been to few Mexican fast food or street food places and liked the food over here. Friendly staff and fast service. The place is a small roadside fast food place. I would go back to try other food in the menu.

Once upon a time this place had the BEST fajita tacos for a decent price. Now, it is $4 and change just for ONE fajita taco and the street tacos are not as great as they once were. Especially the chicken, taste like the chicken breast was boiled then shredded. This would not be my first choice if I had other options due to mediocre tacos at a very high price.

The food is pretty good for a real "taco stand." It's well lit at night and is open for late night snack runs. That's a plus if you want to break from the fast food junk. This real meat & veggies so you it's gotta be better than the filler from fast food joints.

While having a lot of options to choose from, no one item really shines. The pastor tacos were ok. Not the best I’ve had and not the worst. The corn tortillas were too grainy. The chips were old and extremely hard. The salsa was good not great. Overall, it was ok. I may do a revisit.

I called in an order and it wasn't ready. They didn't even have my order I only have a 30 minute lunch break I called in the order and the said 5 to 6 minutes and it wasn't ready/non existence, I couldn't wait for the order because i have to get back to work thats why i called in and i was very hungry and frustrated now im going back to work with an empty belly and very hungry. these people are very unprofessional/unorganized when doing to go orders /call in orders.

Used to love this place. Hands down, it was the best. Last three times I’ve been there, though, they’ve messed up my order. No cilantro and onions on the street tacos, just meat and a tortillas. The egg and cheese tacos also have about half the filling they used to. Prices, however, are up. Just not a good experience any more. Moving down the road to Las Banquetas.

The cashier was very nice and had great service! Our tortas were very disappointing. The picture showed a big torta with onions and jalapenos and we got a barely filled torta with shredded cheese, minimal lettuce, one tomato slice, and barely any meat. The hot sauce was good, but the chipotle tasted purely of mayo. Will probably not being going back.

Breakfast tacos had no flavor at all. We added alot of sauce just for the flavor. Tongue was ok but still no seasoning. Bland food with am expensive price. Staff seemed nice.

I got the chicken quesadilla with rice and beans. I really wanted to like this place but the food was a giant let down. The rice wasn't cooked completely and dry and the quesadilla was super soft with chicken that tasted as it were straight from a can with no seasoning. I'll give them another chance but my expectations are very low. Hopefully it was just an off day for them.

I’ve been to this location for years, and this has been the strangest tacos I’ve had. My family is from Mexico, but the pastor and the carnitas tasted l b cinnamon, and I don’t mean a slight cinnamon flavor. We ordered 10 tacos but they were just awful, the tortillas are meh- not great but acceptable

Didn’t really care for this place. It was over priced for the portions. The cowboy tacos description says jalapeño sausage then when we get it there is a teaspoon of ground sausage sprinkled on it - come on.

I come here a lot and everything is normally good. Lately, they have been giving less and less food and charging more. I paid $15 for the quesabirria platter plus a side of rice and beans, all together $22. The “birria” was just their barbacoa and barely any at that. The tortillas were not even dipped in the consume. The only reason I’m leaving a two is because of past visits.

I accidentally order at this store lower Greenville instead of my usual store near me 75228, couldn’t cancel order via Postmates. Terrible Tacos, very little meat seriously where the meat go? and the red and green salsas are water down, the chipotle sauce tasted like mayo only. Try tacos y mas at another location (75228) you won’t be disappointed bc this one is terrible.

That feeling, when you open the container for you food. And immediately begin to question your choices. That's what you can expect here. That is. Assuming you even get your food. DoorDashed and 10% of our order was missing. Sides, entire entrées, sauces critical to food. Yep all missing. Because of the restaurant. Multiple calls to the store. No answer. DoorDash just offered money back.. so thanks for nothing. Might be for the best though. My food was missing but what I shared with others... makes me glad I didnt pay for a meal. Wildly disappointed on every level. Its the kind of food after a bite or two, or even just opening the box. You know is goimg to make for a rough morning the next day. Absolutely do not recommend.

It was absolutely horrible for me especially since I read so many great reviews I even got food poisoning from it I will not be going back I bought three beef street tacos in queso with chips the chips were still the queso was runny it was not a good experience for me

The owner does not care about their customers go across the street! You will get sick or injured food comes with foreign objects (staples,hair) This place needs to be shut down completely! They can’t keep staff so you don’t know who your going to see might get a smile might get an attitude. I had a strand of hair and a staple in my damn food ! The steak is like dog food like someone boiled it than grilled it worst texture ever. I don’t think a dog would even touch this crap. The fish tacos lack flavor and was rubbery. The torta is missing beans! The best thing here was the watermelon juice and spicy red salsa. I could list more about the terrible menu but just don’t do it! I completely blame myself I have gave them numerous chances and they continue to decline prior I was experiencing issues like, hard rice , cold beans in the middle and egg shells left in breakfast Burrito. They are open extremely late and I’ve been unfortunately desperate due to getting off work late. The food isn’t good and menu is also overpriced the Mexican place across the street is way better they just give smaller portions. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all it’s nasty and dirty. I was pissed off and threw my plate out without taking a picture. It’s disgusting to have someone’s hair in your damn mouth!!! Eat here at your own risk but know it’s a risk! The best thing at this place is sometimes there is a homeless man around and they have given him free food a few times I was there.

Finally tried it and I was right, disappointing! The tacos were not good and the meat had a weird texture, were also lacking flavor. The salsas were nasty, and the corn 🌽 it was CANNED CORN 🥴🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Also it’s pricey for being what it is. 19.95 for 4 tacos and a corn. Go to Chilango Tacos if you want better tacos!

I ordered on the phone and they got it wrong, so then I ordered at the windows and they got it even more wrong. I ordered in English and in Spanish. This has happened twice. The food has no flavor, I had to out hot sauce on them to stand it and felt too bad to ask for a refund. I got 6 breakfast tacos and it was about $30, all for them to get the order wrong twice.

Went to this place to order Big D burrito, 2 brisket tacos, 2 chicken chipotle tacos, enchilada platter, guacamole and 2 churros. Total of $51.00. The guacamole was not in the bag, I asked about it and they stated that the kitchen says they put it in the bag. Why would I drive 35 minutes away for an order just to lie about guacamole? Going back and forth to basically call your customer a liar is insane. Then she says that the kitchen stated they put a small “salsa” thing of guacamole in there. WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT IF I PAID $3.99 for guacamole?? Make that make sense. There wasn’t even a small one. Definitely wouldn’t ever eat her again.

I had the worst experience at Tacos y Mas Sunday, April 23 with horrible customer service. I ended up walking away without my food order after waiting over 40 minutes. The woman at the front counter was rude, unempathetic, and did not admit to any fault and kept exclaiming " We are busy, we are busy." I placed an order at 5:30 pm as there were only 1-2 people ahead of me with the person ahead just picking up an order. I ended up waiting over a total of 40 minutes for my food, to which I had asked twice where my meal was counting 6 people after me who had received their food before me. I asked the first time after 20 minutes and she acknowledged "it is coming." I went again after 30 minutes to the woman asking where my food was. I said everyone's orders after I had been given out, "Where is mine? " and she said "Wait, what is your order again, and gave me another blank statement of another 5-6 minutes." 10 minutes later she called my order and I told her this is ridiculous. You forgot my order as I saw you tell your staff to prepare my order fast. I was disappointed because I had asked twice about an update of my order and she refused to admit that it was her fault. I asked for a refund or some concession due to her not preparing my order after I had asked her multiple times and a 40 minute wait to which she responded " Fine, I will give your money back" slamming the register in the process. I then asked for my food and she reported " No you don't get the food, I gave you your money" I explained to her "I waited 40 minutes and you aren't going to give me my food?" Is that customer service? It was her staff's fault for not fulfilling my order after I asked twice. I waited outside in the cold in the front as she kept convincing me my order was on the way, however she ignored my request and responded "you don't get the food, I don't care you can complain if you want." What a horribly run business and what poor customer care. Taco Bell, Wendy's, any fast food chain would acknowledge their mistake and give a coupon, provide a free dessert or give a discount on the order however for a local business this was the worst service I have ever received. I ended up waiting 40 minutes, wasting my time, to get my money back to me with an empty stomach. I would have never ordered if this was going to be the outcome. I was understanding that it can get busy but for the responses she gave me after I will never be coming back nor will I recommend.

4 STARS ⭐️ out of 10, As someone who has tried over 1,000 Taco Joints. The tortillas were dry and crumbly, taking away from what should have been a fresh, soft base for the tacos. The meat wasn’t much better—dry, flavorless, and desperately in need of seasoning. Even the lemon slices they served on the side were dry, like they had been sitting out all day. Overall, it felt like no real care went into the food. Definitely not the worst place I’ve eaten at, but I won’t be eating at any of their locations.

What time to you guys actually open? I’ve gone 3 times in the last two weeks at your open time (6:30) and was told you open at 7AM. Right now there are 4 customers waiting and your staff is saying you’re not open. You are most def losing money.

I had high hopes for Taco Y Mas, but the service completely ruined the experience. The food might be good, but it’s not worth the headache. I placed my order (#103) and patiently waited. As I stood there watching orders come out, I was shocked when they got all the way to #118, and mine still hadn’t shown up! No one bothered to check on my order, despite seeing me waiting. When they finally realized their mistake, all I got was a half-hearted ‘sorry.’ No attempt to fix it, no compensation, nothing. Completely unacceptable. Great food doesn’t make up for terrible service!

The beef and fish in our order taste no fresh , including the lemon in the order look like it cut at least 8 hours before. Food not taste or smell good , never buy from there again

Food is terrible. No flavor! Ordered a burrito with rice, pico, and jalapeño to be put inside and instead I got condiments. Asked for grilled jalapeño and they said they didn’t have any more. It’s a hole in a wall and not well sanitized. If you care about flavor, service, and sanitation you won’t come here I promise. Oh and it was 30 bucks lol to add insult. The clientele base in that area don’t know better so I see why they get away with this.

Cashier asked me to hold on Alisha R she forgot she had me on the phone waiting I was holding 10 min 45 seconds before I pulled up while on hold she was having a personal conversation with a male customer that I believe was so Un call for didn't even come back on the line to ask me to hold on when I walked up she had forgotten she placed me on hold this cashier needs to know the meaning of being vertical I didn't even get a I'm sorry I am a paying customer she tried to excuse by telling me she would get my order out before all the people ahead of me that were waiting she needs better customer service and needs to be re trained she has no skills my order was #200 today is 9-20-2025 my order was taken till 7:48 this needs to be handles . Going downhill fast. Been my favorite taco spot for years but lately food quality is low. The roja salsa is SO watered down. It’s just red colored water now I can’t even use it. I ask for corn tortilla but get flour.

i usually love going here, but the past few times i have ordered they do not pay attention to any of the instructions i list. my boyfriend is allergic to onions and does not like cilantro. they used to listen to my listed order but now i keep getting cilantro and onions despite listing an allergy. it's a waste of money for me and just poor service.

So I’ll say the Birra were better today than before, me and my girl come here because it’s on the way to her job my rating is so low one because À la carte these tacos are roughly $5 each and for $5 it’s doesn’t even come with consume which is crazy because what’s birra without consume it’s 2.99$ for a small container of consume if you Want consume then you have to pay $15 for two Birra tacos with rice and beans , then when you ask for a full cup of consume they get upset when I asked for a full cup the lady told me I was fine with what I had when I asked again she abrasively told me give her the cup smh the consume did not have much flavor I had to bring it home and add some flavor to it we will for sure find another place to get our tacos also the quesadillas don’t have much cheese smh

First time eating here and I wish I could have gotten a refund but we ordered to go . The steak is like the texture of cat food. And the tripas were gummy and I couldn’t eat them and had no seasoning! I thought I was eating cat food and they charge for cheese and it’s not even melted cheese

I ordered chicken and beef street tacos. The food was cold, the corn tortillas were soggy and raw, the meat was BOILED, both the chicken and the beef with no seasoning. I tried one, and it was the most disgusting food I've ever eaten from a Mexican restaurant in the 32 years I've been in Dallas. Wasted $28 for food and delivery and I will never eat food from here again.

So I went their today also tried to call..No answer phone # not updated. I can't even get with anyone about my issues. Ordered 30 bucks of expensive tacos. He found a bone in one of the tacos...(Is that normal)! Also he's really sick now. Not tasty all the bottoms were Soggy. Not fresh really disappointed in this place. Never going back...Better choices out for good street tacos....Going to Popeyes next time!

I ordered this at 3 am, and everything tastes disgusting, seems like its been heated in the microwave, the chicken is black from the inside i paid 22$ and honestly worse tacos i have ever Eaten !!! Just by looking at it i lost my appetite, serving people chicken thats been on the counter for hours? I do not recommend this place at ALL. If i could rate it this place 0/5 I would .... Woke up the next morning feeling sick and nauseous.
