Carl's Jr. Is always a good place to get good food. It's always clean, the people who work there are friendly and helpful. It's a little pricey but it's like that all over. And the milkshakes are outa this world!

I visited today 2/5/25 My first time in Tracy and I was getting super hungry. I eat inside; the place is very clean and the lady who took my order was so helpful and friendly. I was more than satisfied with the quality of food they are serving. I saw only (Hispanic) ladies working in there....wow ❤️ GREAT TEAM

I have continually visited this location and other location in Tracy for many many years (20+). This location over the years has had its ups and downs as all businesses do. For the past I would say 4, it’s been in a down state. But, what a pleasant surprise I’ve seen in the past few months. New employees ready to work and eager to fulfill your needs. Great customer service along with good wait times for food and good quality. The new manager Alex has been making great changes and being more hands on then previous managers I’ve seen here. Her great customer service along with attention to detail is already showing changes in this location. Her along with Abraham have made these last couple visits great. Not many fast food places have great customer service with the new technology take over but Alex and Abraham are leading as prime examples for the Carls’ franchises. Thank you both! (3/27/2024)

Really clean and super fast, the smell in there was amazing. The workers were really nice and amazing we need more fast food workers like them. I was impressed of how clean the inside and outside of this restaurant was, even the drive thru was so clean. You can tell they love what they do and they love to impresse people. I love it and i wasnt even the biggest fan of Carls Jr. Also they have really clean restrooms and yes they are always open.

They don't want your business. Oh btw, if you do eat here make sure to bring multiple people if you have coupons. Only 1 per person is ridiculous and dumb. Oh yeah $25 for a large combo meal? Hahahhahahahaha

Just ordered chicken stripes cooked in old burnt oil. I guess at this location they don't change the oi. So unless u want old oil tasting food I'd suggest to go to anther location.

Absolutely horrible service. I asked at the drive-thru if they had any specials going on. Lady literally said no just what's on the menu. I pay for my item and right past the window they have this advertisement for this late night deal. Before any food is served and maybe seconds after I paid I wanted to get the late night special they had. The manager told me she did not know how to issue a refund. There was no new food loss or anything like that. They even had me wait like 10 mins for my food. If I was going to wait this long why not just honor the order change I asked. This employee named Lucia didn't want to do her job or answer a simple question I asked before I ordered. I will not be coming back.

Took me 30 minutes to grab a burger. Ridiculous. They need to hire more people or train them to work faster. Absolutely ridiculous it took 30 minutes for a small burger. It's a fast food chain that provides low-quality food, not a real restaurant.

I do not recommend eating here. I went inside happy to order upon coming in I was hit with a gust of such disgusting hot air. The workers looks so sweaty and miserable. And apologized for the AC not being on. Please for god sakes turn that AC on it’s over 100 degrees outside they’re not animals. Very hard working team that needs to be treated better. What a shame
