Today I had the best sandwich I've had in a long time. Good job workers.

The overall experience was favorable for the family, but I'm convinced that they did not charge us properly for the new meals that they offer. Also, service was a bit slow and careful.

I give it 3 stars because the lady who finally made my sandwich was Hott.

The food is ok, except the fact that the toaster oven has been out of order for a little while, don't know if they have got it fixed or not. The service is not good at all, some of the workers are rude and not Friendly, of course I don't know what they go through but I still pray for them that God will help them feel and act better. The atmosphere isn't pleasant the place looks dirty. I hope that whatever the reason the employees are rude I hope that they will just learn some common curiosity. God Bless you Guys

Understaffed. Poorly managed. No masks. Bread doesn't taste fresh, but tastes burnt. The veggies (lettuce and onion) were good though. Had to wait for my sub as long as I would expect to wait for an entrée in a restaurant. The 2 ladies working there were nice at least, although did not acknowledge me while I was standing an line for 15 minutes (behind 2 guys!) Oh and if you want to place a to go order - you might encounter difficulties, as I heard their app is "acting up" (whatever that means) 😄

Rude customer service nothing is fresh employees walk around the store so they don't have to work rude is not the half of it website states subway closes at 9 pm well the employees obviously make up their own time to close. On one occasion my family and I visited subway in deleon Tx at 7:30 pm one evening and the employee had already closed up then yesterday it was 7:57 pm a husband and wife were getting sandwiches and I was waiting when this rude employee says to me were closed I said all I wanted was cookies and she walked off . This same horrible employee always in a bad mood asked me just how many sandwiches was I wanting like I was bothering her and she had better things to do so I said as many sandwiches as I want she is rude rude rude I would t eat there if it were free they never have stuff always out of cheese bread pizza always something and employees say that the owners are to blame why they are told to close early

Went in to grab dinner already closed at 8:30pm apparently they close at 8pm now because of “COVID” lol what does the virus come out at night? 😱😂 can’t imagine how much money your losing because of that. After all people tend to eat later in the summer.

Not the most “attractive” ever. Part of a sub standard gas station. Began ordering food and was instantly grossed out by diesel breathing bohemoth making my food. After paying, took a glance at the condiments used to make our sandwiches and realized they were expired. Don’t worry, the food was politely discarded.

I asked for extra olives and the lady behind the counter said that she couldn’t. I then asked her if I could have extra olives if she charged me for them? The response was still a no. What a shame lol oh well not my loss this Subway has always been awful, gross, and the workers are rude.

Waited about 2-3 minutes for service. No big deal. I can fake a cough to alert someone a customer is there. Had a mask on tucked UNDER HER CHIN. This town has a handful of places to eat if you’re driving through, but knowing that this woman has been breathing on all of the food and food packaging.... As someone who already had the virus, I have been careful as heck to make sure I didn’t impact other people. I didn’t die from it, but I still wear a mask to protect others. Why wouldn’t a front line worker do the same, especially in an older community such as this???
