Opiniones de Sushi Itto Del Manantial
Reservations are not required but they're helpful because it can be a long wait. We all enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. It arrived quickly. The service was great. It's kind of small but it has outdoor seating and last night it was beautiful. Definitely recommend. They are located on the ground floor of a parking garage which was $10. They do validate your ticket.
First time here...WOW! The flavor in the bar drinks and Sushi! Just WOW!!! SOOOOOOO GOOD! The vibez are so good, music atmosphere even the bathrooms are DOPE! Our server Kayla was so pleasant which made our date even better! 10 outta 10 would recommend!!!
loved kayla ! the service was amazing and so was the food ! will definitely come again 🫶🏻
Sushiito was amazing! 🤩 My husband and I were recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. We ordered the Bento box, tuna tostada, Salmon, Matcha Cheesecake and Mochi! Everything was extremely delicious. Very generous dinner portions! The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely. We ordered a Sake flight, and they were all great. We thoroughly enjoyed the service by Vianey. Overall, it was a 10/10! We highly recommend! It was all so good I forgot to take pictures!
Beautiful location, such a fun place for date night whether it’s lunch or at night time. Have attended multiple times even for fitness/women’s events and it’s always a great time! Yummy cocktails as well, don’t leave without trying the matcha churros 😍 Thank you to Lucero, for the exceptional customer service. When there have been any hiccups, she is quick to fix them and make things right. She always gives my family and I a great dining experience!
Went for Valentine’s Day and even though they were fully booked we were still seen swiftly and smoothly. Food was amazing, servers were friendly and efficient. Only complaint was that the music was louder than expected, if you are not a fan of loud music I recommend the outdoor seating to have the full ambient experience.
I took my partner here for a dinner date for his birthday and it was our first time in downtown El Paso. The environment in this restaurant is nice, it feels personable. There weren't many people here when we came, which made it more quiet. Our waitress was fantastic and treated us well, making for a good experience. Everything that we ordered tasted amazing, even the drinks! My partner said the drinks were some of the best he's had. I don't drink alcohol, so their winter strawberry matcha latte was also very good! The food is very good here. I am not the best food photographer, but I am uploading photos with my review. I definitely recommend making a reservation here!
Sushiitto in downtown El Paso is such a fun surprise — modern, chic, and full of creative touches. Think matcha churros, matcha lemonade, and even gold-topped matcha ice cream! They’ve got vegan and vegetarian options, chicharrones with guac, and the little touches (like the hot towels that magically expand in water) make it feel special. Great service, good music, and an overall elevated vibe without feeling pretentious.
I highly recommend this place. Its modern yet romantic for date night. Great service, fantastic food. My wife and I got shareable stuff, edemame, gyozas, nagiri sampler, and a spyder roll, then a dessert. Also since we had never tried saki before we got the flight. For the amount of amazing food we got plus an alcohol flight we spent about $130. For going kinda all out on date night at a nice restaurant i think it was very reasonable. The food was so good too, the eel nagiri was probably my favorite, usually around here eel almost has like a sardine texture to it, but this was a very buttery and creamy texture, I will probably order that next time just on its own. 10/10 give this place a shot.
They seated me without having a reservation. They were very accommodating. My server Angela was truly phenomenal, she was super friendly. Always came with a smile, very on top of everything. Because of her and the atmosphere I will definitely be coming back again when I am in El Paso
Came in for lunch on a Sunday with my husband and definitely did not leave disappointed. Very nice spot, appealing to the eye; welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. Herman was our server, he was great! Very friendly and had great recommendations of everything from drinks, appetizers, entrees and dessert! I had "La Toxica" and my husband had the "Jamaica Mezcalina". Both recommended by Herman and both delicious! They are both mezcal drinks, so if you enjoy the smoky taste, those are your drinks! We had 3 rolls to share, the Lobster, the rainbow and the butterfly roll. The Butterfly roll was my favorite! It had tuna, salmon and mango with avocado. Yum! Be sure to check them out!
Review for Sushi Itto – Saturday Evening Visit Service: I visited Sushi Itto on a Saturday evening around 4:30 PM with a party of two. We had reservations, and I was pleased to see that all of my requests were accommodated exactly as noted. The highlight of the evening was our bartender, Alexa. She was absolutely phenomenal—without a doubt, one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had. She kept our drinks full and consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Her attentiveness and welcoming energy made a great impression and elevated the entire experience. Drinks: We tried the drink sampler, which was good across the board. The citrus option was definitely the standout among them. The Sapporo on draft was cold, crisp, and as good as always. I was especially impressed with the cucumber martini—surprisingly refreshing, light, and a perfect pairing for the meal. Alexa made sure each drink was prepared just right and kept them flowing throughout our visit. Food: We started with the miso soup, which was delicious and flavorful. The tofu in the soup might throw some people off if they’re not used to the texture, but I enjoyed it. For the main course, I had the Salmon Dinner Entrée, which was cooked to perfection and served with a generous portion of rice and a sweet mango sauce on the side—absolutely exquisite. I also tried the Salmon Beach Roll, which includes ahi tuna, salmon, and avocado. It comes topped with spicy mayo, but I requested mine on the side since I’m not a fan of spicy mayo. The roll came with 10 large pieces, and each bite was fresh, flavorful, and filling. ⸻ Final Thoughts: Sushi Itto delivered a fantastic dining experience, from start to finish. Great food, refreshing drinks, and top-tier service. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend asking for Alexa at the bar—she truly made the night memorable.
Thank you so much for a wonderful evening. This was our first time here. It was our 22nd anniversary and the food was delicious. Best sushi in town by far. My husband does not eat sushi but loved the ribeye. Cooked perfectly. Our night was so memorable because of the wonderful service. Herman was absolutely amazing. Please ask for him, you will not be disappointed. Truly a wonderful night. Thank you. 💕🙏🏼😊
Everything was delicious!! It was our first time and it didn’t disappoint!! The service was also amazing apologetic when our churros took a while! We will be back my husband wants to try the Japanese steak! Oh and let’s not forget the drinks if you don’t want alcohol I recommend the mango tea sweet it’s not too sugary!! Today is July 1st, once again NOT disappointed!! The drinks were yummy just as much as the food, great service as well!!! So good that we took our dessert home and my kids loved the Churros!!! Definitely recommend especially for a date night if you come to eat really bring money to eat you won’t be disappointed!!! You can get sushi anywhere and if you do get sushi definitely share and get an entree!!! We will be back again!!!
First time here and everything was so good. From all the staff being so nice, to the food being amazing and the atmosphere was inviting. Our server Alex really helped us in figuring out what to try out first and she was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our time there. The food was also so amazing! I need to come back and try more items on the menu
What a great date spot! Easy parking in the West Star building parking garage (and the restaurant validates your ticket)....great ambiance and exceptional service. Not sure if we got a new sushi chef or not, but the rolls were very loosely rolled so they fell apart very easily, but they tasted great. The sake flight was very good...all of them! But...the hidden treasure was the roasted edamame..... absolutely delightful...unique, and downright addicting! Roasting being the key here! When I go back, I'll try something other than the sushi rolls, but definitely a go to again kind of place!!
Different but good experience. We went in today (Friday) at 6:45pm. Family oriented, great ambiance. By the time we left (roughly 8pm) this place turned into a lounge (club lights turned on/Music louder). Food was good, certain dishes were great, good amount staff working, different servers picked up our dishes, and manager checked up on us. There is 2 diff menus. When you call, you have to ask if the chef is working that night. If there is a chef, he/she will cook the food in front of you. Or you can do the normal menu. I highly recommend this place. They validate if you park in the parking garage. Only thing that I we did not like was one incident. We sent back the volcano roll (too much cheese). Server said we had to pay for it (at checkout) because there was nothing wrong with it. Good thing is manager fixed this issue and took it off our bill.
Atmosphere: 10/10. Service: lightning-fast (I blinked and my food was there—did they have it teleported?). Overall vibe: genuinely amazing But let's talk about the food-to-dollar ratio… because $115 later, I walked out feeling like I'd just paid premium prices for a gourmet appetizer sampler meant for a hummingbird. An hour later I was in the McDonald's drive-thru like "yes hello, I'd like to cancel my intermittent fasting experiment” Everything else slaps—vibe, speed, quality of what little there was. So if you're celebrating something fancy, want Instagram-worthy plates, or just feel like flexing your wallet for three bites, go for it. One-time novelty or special occasion? Solid. Everyday hunger? This place will leave you emotionally and calorically bankrupt. **4 stars.** (The missing star went to buy my post-dinner McChicken)
We had a reservation for 8:30pm and were told we’d have to wait 30 minutes because our table still had not left, which I don’t consider that to bad thing at all and completely understand because the atmosphere was very nice! Anyway, right after telling us that they sat us at another table that was open but unfortunately we were waiting for a little while to be greeted. Nevertheless, the food was SO GOOD! Truly everything was 10/10 and Carlos was truly a pleasure. The drinks didn’t taste much like alcohol so had us feeling good after two lol. The cherry on top is that they comped our ticket due to not being greeted for so long and truly went out of their way to make us feel wanted. Definitely returning.
Tried different varieties of courses and mostly all were great. Server wasn’t too friendly, very loud music but nice establishment. Would come back if I’m in the area.
I would give 5/5 if they had more traditional basic rolls. Many are tempura, have mango, cream cheese or spicy mayo. The fish quality is really good. We ordered our own custom rolls with avocado cucumber and yellow tail and tuna. The rainbow roll was solid too. I would come back here again. A little pricier than average but you get what you pay for, it is definitely worth it. Also they validate parking which is great. Best sushi quality in El Paso, but I hope in the near future they have more traditional rolls in conjunction with their American rolls to server a wider customer base.
I'd love to give 5 stars, but we had a reservation for 2 adults and 1 kid. But we were first seated at the bar area, and ended up sitting outside. So it was kind of a rough start. But! We had a good server, and it made the experience worth the stay. Food was good and will definitely come back to try other stuff from the menu.
I went here for my birthday. We had 2 starters the roasted edamame, which was quite good and the Riley chihcharron which was well not a chicharron the meat was extremely dry and overcooked engulfed by avocado and served with tortilla chips, no chihcharron to be seen. I had the tonkatsu over rice which was dry unfortunately while my significant other had the itaki-men Ramen which was only okay the egg was hard boiled while the broth did not have depth of flavor. I ordered 1 desert while another was brought to me for my birthday. The one that was paid for was a match cheesecake... which I don't know why it was called a cheesecake when it tasted like unsweetened gelatin. The match they used tasted like nothing. The most flavorful thing was the crust and even that was lacking, the compote was extremely loose but tasted good. Though the brownie which was brought to me was a little dense it tasted fine. The overall service was great but the food was lacking.
So the food was good but a bit overpriced. This is definitely the kind of price you would pay if you lived right by the ocean and they caught the fish and slapped it right on your table. But the simple fact that they probably get their fish shipped to them and then have it prepared for you days later to still charge. That price is still kind of steep. For five people, including two kids, they came out to $290 before tip I don't really see the 290 being a bad thing because I was able to have an experience with the wife and kids and the mother-in-law put her $290. There is a lot of things I could have done and still had good food There's another sushi place called the sushi place. Who is also very good, very tasty and at the same quality has this restaurant before a fraction of the cost I will admit I get green tea hot had every sushi place I go to and this was the only sushi place that I noticed did actual dried tea leaves had almost looked like they packed them themselves and I had to wait 15 minutes for those tea leaves to drain so that I could have some green tea and it tasted very very good So there is premium feel and premium service leaked throughout the experience. But again it didn't really carry all the way through We ended up getting the tonkatsu ramen soup and the servings were really low, especially for the $20 price point. Had sober lake. They charge $18 and the bowl is much bigger and filled to the top with way more noodles. Again, the food was good, but if you're going to pay $20 noodles don't cost that much. You can fill the bowl and the broth doesn't cost that much either. You can feel the bowl with that as well. The environment is very fancy. I would say it's two stories below. Ruth Chris. From the nicest places I've been to Ruth, Chris looks the nicest has good lighting and has a beautiful wine cellar when you walk in and there's steaks are immaculate. It is expensive there but not once have I eaten there and thought this isn't worth it. At this place, like I said I did enjoy the food but the soup servings were very minimal We did end up taking the matcha cheesecake which wasn't bad. It was a bit gelatinous so if you are squeamish with textures you may get grossed out by it. But cheesecake is usually very creamy and sticky and has some weight to it. This was very solid and thick and did carry a good taste of matcha blended with that cheesecake, but the texture was a bit off for most people who are texture sensitive
The food was great, but the service and overall experience were disappointing—except for our waitress, Alex, who was fantastic and the only one who didn’t ruin the night for us. For the Valentine’s Day special, we were seated at the sushi bar instead of a romantic table, which took away from the ambiance we were expecting. While the idea of watching the chefs work is nice in theory, neither my partner nor I could see much, making the seating choice feel pointless. Service was also disorganized—our third course (steak) was served before our second (nigiri), which disrupted the flow of the meal. We wanted to take our time and enjoy the evening, but we felt rushed throughout. To top it off, when we arrived, the two front desk hosts ignored us for about 10 minutes, which was frustrating and unwelcoming. Despite these issues, Alex provided excellent service, and we really appreciated her attentiveness. That said, we won’t be returning for special events. We might come back occasionally for sushi, but not for a full dining experience.
Went during lunch. My coworker and I ordered a a glass of wine and shissito peppers to start, we wish we could have ordered more however the service was subpar. Took our server 15 minutes to greet us, we received waters right away and then we ordered our drinks and apps since we were starving and it was lunchtime. Once we arrived there was only one other gentleman and then the two of us. We kept talking about how our drinks we’re taking a while, and the gentleman behind us chimed in and said it’s crazy we can’t get service when there’s only two tables in the whole restaurant. We got our appetizers before our drinks and decided to close out and go to park tavern instead before ordering our entrees. However, when we closed out our server handed us to toast tab with the 20% tip marker already punched in trying to get us to still tip. We still did tip decently, however I would never come back or ever recommend this place to anyone based on service. As much hype as this place has been given, it is not worth it. I personally have been in the hospitality and service industry for 10+ years and would not recommend this “high end” sushi bar. Couldn’t even get a dirty vodka martini right.
