This was the first time I've actually had taco bell tacos but I couldn't get over how good they are! I got the 2 taco supreme, it was dead in there so it was done pretty much immediately too. Chips are great, I was a bit disappointed with the portion size - until I realised it was really cheap compared to other fast food so it worked out fine for the price. My partner got the cruchwrap which she said was great, and we got the cinnamon things (no idea what they were lol) and they were godly. The chairs are a bit dirty/rusty but the tables were clean enough. The staff were friendly and helpful, we didn't have a clue what anything was so we had a few questions that they were happy to answer.

usually only order on delivery but decided to pop in while I was in town. staff were really friendly, I got my food in like five minutes and it was great! Not sure why other reviews are complaining about cleanliness, it was spotless when I went even in the toilet, guess they must have been there at much busier times. Overall a great place I'll definitely be going in more often instead of just deliveries :)

The establishment is in an amazing location in the heart of Liverpool. With there being so few Taco Bell's in the UK it really is great to have one in our fabulous city. When I entered the venue i was greeted with a warm welcome from a member of staff as well as complimentary free WiFi and charging points. I went to order and everything was reasonably prices, lower than most fast food stores and great value for money. I ordered the Taco supreme meal which included fries (or nachos)with added cheese for 50p, two tacos with your choice of filling (I went for Beef), a large drink (free refills) and churro's with a chocolate sauce dip. For £6.29 that was amazing value. I decided to sit upstairs as it was much more peaceful from downstairs but provided a pretty good view of the city centre. The meal itself was rather tasty especially the fries with cheese and sour cream topped on. The churro's were to die for when you dip them in the chocolate sauce, it was like heaven in my mouth. While everything seems good about the location, the only reason i did not give a full 5 stars is because of the wait line when ordering. While this is standard due to being one of the rare Taco Bell UK establishments i still feel they could put a little more effort in their order / collect system.

Bad points: Toilet has very strong smell of urine, can smell it while you wait your food, its a little off putting. Wasn't much meat in the Taco, would have hoped for a little more mince filling.

Happily surprised to find Taco Bell in Europe. Most of the food is cheap muck that's only tasty at 3am after a messy night but the Naked Chicken (pictured) was excellent, even while sober!

Haven't been to Taco Bell in a few years as we don't have one near where I live and been aa the last time I had eaten at this specific taco bell, I really enjoyed it, I decided to go hers again on a day trip in Liverpool this time taking mt partner along. As a vegetarian I ordered the black bean based Volcano burrito box and my partner ordered the beaf version of the same meal. After opening my box (clearly labelled BB for black bean) I had a meat based taco in mine - this was just an accident and turned out to be my partners but not a great start. Both mine and my partners tacos where extremely dry with barely any filling then moving onto the burrito, again extremely dry however I found my black bean burrito was more filled than my partners just needed more sauce on it. Then lastly the churros were tasteless barely any coating of the sugar/cinnamon mix and tasted either old or undercooked (they did not have a golden brown look to them) - the saving graces were the fries and drinks which were as stated and tasted lovely but overall I was really let down especially having got my partner to try it for the first time for it to be not as great as I had been saying. The service was fine, no complaints on that front other than the mix up with the veggie and meat taco Atmosphere was mediocre Unfortunately i did not take photos because it didn't cross my mind at the time but hopefully this was just a one off 🖤

Chicken quesadilla with fire hot sauce & chicken burritos are among my personal favourites. They were also having an option to fill in a customer satisfaction survey using the transaction number in the recent purchase receipt and get 20% off your next order but haven't used it in recent times so unsure on whether it still exists.

Regular taco bell. Nothing special. Bland food, but not a problem of this outlet. Taco bell itself is bland. Service was quick as it was 3pm, not to many tables, it's more of a take away. Better resturants in the area, but food is cheap.

Food okay and after ordering received food after a few minutes. However not a pleasant experience inside, over half tables were empty but had not been cleared and were dirty. And floors and drinks machine very messy.

We love Taco Bell as don't get much chance to go, there aren't any near us. Service here was pretty poor - items missing, had to go back and wait a while. These still weren't correct. The food however was good when it arrived. Toilets not clean.

It's been years since I went to Taco Bell and the last time I really enjoyed the beef tacos. This time was somewhat underwhelming. The chicken tenders and fries were the highlight but the beef tacos had more salad than beef. No hot drinks available either.

I had to try 4 different drinks to find one that wasn't half soda water and then a nosel fell off in to my cup. The floors are covered in bits of food. On the odd occasion someone comes out to wipe the tables they just brush bits onto the seats and floor. I won't eat the meat any more and the veggie options are becoming dire as well.

The bathroom smelt like 3 day old urine. Really gross and off putting, it's like the staff hasn't mopped the floor in weeks. The front of the restaurant is neglected with dirty tables and floors. The crunchy taco and churros were nice, but I wouldn't go back, and I wouldn't recommend it.

So disappointing. I've been to a couple of other Taco Bells before so tried the one in Liverpool. The portion size was beyond ridiculous. Such a waste of money. I left there after spending nearly £12 on and went somewhere else to eat. Ripped off.

The portions are always so inconsistent it’s ridiculous. Sometimes the burritos are well packed and sometimes hardly anything inside. Large chips sometimes good sizes other times hardly consider it a small.

Ordered around £45 worth of food (£50 including delivery) and received 2 tacos and 2 drinks. Told the delivery driver this wasn't right and he pointed at the receipt on the order and said it had my name on it. The receipt had my full order on it, but the driver appeared to have either given part of my order away to someone else, or eaten it himself. Reported this to Taco Bell straight away and have not heard a response from them. £50 down the drain - if I could give this 0 stars I would.

Worst quesadilla ever. Go to Tortilla around the corner for a better quesadilla or burrito.

Ordered a large burrito got the cheese on the out side of the wrap, jalapeños outside of the wrap and the inside was a little bit cheese sause and meat, rest was just the wrap. 20% filling and 80% just plain tortilla wrap

Service was pleasant but unbelievably slow. Ordered a stuffed burrito which just fell apart and was far from "stuffed". Seems to be a lot of staff standing around and doing nothing. Comparing this Taco Bell to ones i've visited in the states and it pales in comparison. Even Taco Bells in Asia do a better job. Staff definitely need better training on how to prepare food properly and more efficiently.

Shocking. Ordered tacos which weren’t even tacos! - they were wrapped up in a flimsy tortilla wrap, not using taco shells! (Even though I had ordered normal tacos and not soft tacos) Not to mention one of them was just thrown into the bag as I opened it and the filling was spilt everywhere. The quesadilla has barely any filling and is so flavourless and flat. A little salt on that would even go a long way😩. Chips were the only decent items.

The restaurant is pretty much ran by teenagers which is evident in the overall quality inside the restaurant in terms of hygiene primarily, as well as the staff's unenthusiastically lazy attitudes. Downstairs the tables, floors, and couches/chairs had remnants of food (chips, lettuce, cheese etc), spillages, smears, rubbish (paper bags, cups and straws etc), drinks machine was flooded with spilled drinks, floors filthy and grimy. Upstairs was much worse, presumably bevause it had not been checked. The condition would be excusable had the shop been busy but it was a slow sunday afternoon. After waiting around 15 minutes watching the staff nonchalantly throw together our order, the food was very poor overall in terms of quality however the soft tacos were incredibly lovely as usual. On the downside, the volcano burrito was a massive let down - a mush of spicy beef, sour cream and flavourless rice, which we only ended up eating about ¾ of. The chips were okay but we have had better here previously. We usually love the tacos here but the burrito slided and the quality of hygiene in the whole place was massively repulsive.

Is it Pancake Day already? My first and certainly my last experience at Taco Bell. Tried the Quesadilla, in what can only be described as a pancake soaked-up in a very runny spicy filling with very little beef...good luck eating this without getting it down ya. Fries were the only decent thing as my meal. Very poor atmosphere with as much Mexican flavour as a battered chilli bean.

Tables are a mess. By the time I got my order I had to settle for the least dirtiest table after waiting 14 minutes.
