Food is cheap, well cooked and the staff are incredibly friendly. Nice location and me and my GFs favourite spot to visit!
Wonderful service by the staffs there. The ambience was cool and the store was clean. Toilets met the hygiene standards. If you are looking for a proper Mexican fast food, 5 star for this restaurant.
We had a quick lunch while shopping at liverpool. Our experience with food and athmosphere was good, one of the staff named Dee, stood out the crowd, she was very helpfull and had a lovely attitude.
I went into the store last week and the food was lovely and warm and quick! Bobby served me and he was very professional, ensuring our order was spot on which it was. The seating area was very clean and there was no rubbish lying around
The food is fast, tasty, and consistently satisfying. I love the variety on the menu from the classic Crunchwrap Supreme to the creative limited time items. The staff at this location are friendly and efficient and quick, got my order in under 3 minutes.There was not much to complain
Good points: Really clean kitchen and restaurant. Food was spot on. Loads of flavour and well cooked. Very friendly and polite service. Would eat here again. . Bad points: Toilet has very strong smell of urine, can smell it while you wait your food, its a little off putting. Wasn't much meat in the Taco, would have hoped for a little more mince filling.
Really good food. And in the evening the order came pretty quick, with lots of free tables. Since its a small restaurant in the city center, you can only order digital and pay with cashless. There is no ordering counter either.
The drink options are decent, the chips were lovely, the rest of the meal was standard: nothing special, but definitely better options than other fast food chains.
Happily surprised to find Taco Bell in Europe. Most of the food is cheap muck that's only tasty at 3am after a messy night but the Naked Chicken (pictured) was excellent, even while sober!

We love Taco Bell as don't get much chance to go, there aren't any near us. Service here was pretty poor - items missing, had to go back and wait a while. These still weren't correct. The food however was good when it arrived. Toilets not clean.
It's been years since I went to Taco Bell and the last time I really enjoyed the beef tacos. This time was somewhat underwhelming. The chicken tenders and fries were the highlight but the beef tacos had more salad than beef. No hot drinks available either.
No place to sit and eat. Leftover from previous customer was still there so couldn't sit there. By the time I could figure out the siting arrangements, food got dead cold and soggy.
So disappointing. I've been to a couple of other Taco Bells before so tried the one in Liverpool. The portion size was beyond ridiculous. Such a waste of money. I left there after spending nearly £12 on and went somewhere else to eat. Ripped off.
The portions are always so inconsistent it’s ridiculous. Sometimes the burritos are well packed and sometimes hardly anything inside. Large chips sometimes good sizes other times hardly consider it a small.
Ordered from this store, only received drinks, no food. Unbelievable. Tried calling to sort it with them only cutting the phone off, terrible customer service.
The wait time in the store was extremely long, and many customers were left standing around with no communication. One asian staff member was shouting at people, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I’d really suggest better customer service training and clearer queue management.”
Just spent 21 pound and they are refusing to let me use the toilet even though they are open for 3 more hours. By law this is illegal as the amount of seating they offer.
They don’t believe in cleaning the tables once a customer leaves, it smells bad, the food is soggy and lacks taste , big time!! Save your money, time and taste buds
Better go somewhere else. Seriously. There was so dirty all around, and the food wasn't good at all, also the portions are small. The worst fast food I've ever been so far.
This taco bell sucks. No cheese, low meat, just crap. I've had taco bell in multiple countries and cities. This is by far the worst. Save your coin.
i ordered a beefy meat burrito and it took 2 hours to get here and it was stone cold. the chips were absolutely vile. never ordering from here again.
